Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a novel ventilation system for a kitchen, and belongs to the field of kitchen ventilation systems.
[ background of the invention ]
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, people also begin to research whether an air conditioner can be arranged in a kitchen to enable the room temperature to reach the comfortable range of a human body when the kitchen is used for cooking, so that people can cook in a comfortable and warm environment.
The main problem at present lies in the particularity of the environment of the kitchen, and because the oil smoke is large in the cooking process of the kitchen, the air conditioning equipment usually needs to suck air with high temperature in the kitchen into the air conditioning main machine and discharge cold air into the kitchen, so that the air conditioning equipment needs to have strong filtering performance on the oil smoke, otherwise, the service life of the air conditioning equipment is greatly influenced. A
Kitchen air conditioner on the market at present mainly includes air conditioner host computer, air inlet panel and air-out panel, and the air conditioner host computer is installed between furred ceiling and kitchen capital construction top layer usually, and the air inlet panel is installed on the furred ceiling in kitchen usually with the air-out panel, and the air inlet panel links to each other with the air conditioner host computer through the tuber pipe respectively with the air-out panel.
Because the cooking position of a user is usually located at the position of a gas stove, for the installation position of a kitchen air conditioner, the position of an air outlet panel of the common kitchen air conditioner is preferably arranged above the gas stove, for example, on a ceiling correspondingly above the gas stove, so that the user can feel the cooling effect as much as possible, but because the size of an air conditioner main unit is limited, the air inlet and the air outlet of the air conditioner main unit are relatively close to each other, so that the position of the air inlet panel of the air conditioner is also correspondingly close to the gas stove, however, the oil smoke content of air near the gas stove is a relatively high area, so that the oil smoke content of air sucked in the air during air inlet is relatively heavy, so that the service life of the air conditioner main unit is greatly influenced, so that the kitchen air conditioner generally has two conditions, namely, the kitchen air conditioner is installed far away from the gas stove as, the kitchen air conditioner has the advantages that the user feels direct and obvious on the cooling effect, but the defect is that the service life of the air conditioner main unit can be influenced.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a novel kitchen ventilation system, which can enable a user to feel a better cooling effect and simultaneously reduce the influence on the service life of an air conditioner host computer as much as possible.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a novel for kitchen air exchange system, kitchen include capital construction top layer and furred ceiling layer, air exchange system includes:
an air mixing chamber formed between the topsides and the capital construction topsides;
the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner host, an air inlet panel and an air outlet panel, wherein the air inlet panel and the air outlet panel are arranged on a suspended ceiling layer, and the air conditioner host is arranged in an air mixing chamber;
the ventilation system includes a cooling mode comprising:
in the first air inlet mode, air below the suspended ceiling layer enters the air mixing chamber after passing through the air inlet panel;
and in the second air inlet mode, air below the suspended ceiling layer is mixed with air in the air mixing cavity and then enters the air-conditioning main machine.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
in the invention, the air inlet mode of the traditional kitchen air conditioning system is changed, and the traditional air inlet mode is that the air inlet panel is connected with the air conditioning main machine through the closed air pipe, so that the air in the kitchen directly enters the air conditioning main machine after being sucked from the air inlet panel. In the invention, because the space between the suspended ceiling layer and the capital construction top layer forms an air mixing chamber, and the air mixing chamber has air and keeps certain air circulation with the outside because of the existence of the air inlet panel or the existence of normal smoke exhaust holes and other factors, when the air conditioner host starts air inlet, negative pressure is generated in the air mixing chamber, so that the air below the suspended ceiling layer is sucked into the air mixing chamber from the air inlet panel, because the original air in the air mixing chamber has relatively less oil content, and the oil content of the air sucked from the lower part of the suspended ceiling layer is higher, after the air and the air are mixed, the whole oil content can be diluted, and the diluted air enters the air conditioner host, thus the oil content of the air sucked into the air conditioner host can be reduced, thereby reducing the impact on the life of the air conditioner host.
Secondly, due to the improvement of the air inlet mode, the position of the air inlet panel on the suspended ceiling layer can be selected at will, because the traditional air inlet panel needs to be connected with the air conditioner host machine through parts such as an air pipe, and the parts are not needed in the invention, the position of the air inlet panel can be arranged at any position of a kitchen, so that the air inlet panel can be arranged far away from the gas stove, and the air outlet panel can still be arranged above the gas stove, so that the oil content of air sucked from the air inlet panel is further ensured to be relatively low, the air outlet panel can also be ensured to be close to a user, and the user can better sense the cooling effect.
Finally, the installation position of the air inlet panel can be selected at will, so that the kitchen air conditioner has lower installation requirements on a kitchen, and the kitchen air conditioner has a very wide application range and better market competitiveness.
Preferably, the air conditioner main unit comprises a first air inlet and a first air outlet, the first air inlet is used for being communicated with the air mixing chamber, and the first air outlet is used for being matched with the air outlet panel in position.
Preferably, the air conditioner main unit comprises a compressor, an evaporator and a condenser communicated with the evaporator, and air enters the evaporator from the first air inlet and is discharged from the first air outlet after passing through the evaporator.
Preferably, the first air inlet and/or the first air outlet are/is located at the bottom of the air conditioner main unit.
Preferably, the air conditioner main unit further comprises a second air inlet and a second air outlet, and the second air inlet and the second air outlet are communicated with the outside through air pipes.
Preferably, in the refrigeration mode, the air conditioner main unit simultaneously enters air through the first air inlet and the second air inlet.
Preferably, a first speed regulating device for controlling the air inlet volume of the first air inlet and a second speed regulating device for controlling the air inlet volume of the second air inlet are arranged in the air conditioner main unit.
Preferably, the ventilation system comprises a ventilation mode, in the ventilation mode, a compressor in the air-conditioning main machine does not work, outdoor air enters the air-conditioning main machine from the second air inlet, and the air is discharged through the first air outlet; or, in the ventilation mode, the compressor does not work, and air enters the air-conditioning host machine from the first air inlet and is discharged from the second air outlet.
Preferably, in the ventilation mode, outdoor air enters the air conditioner host from the second air inlet, and air is discharged through the first air outlet, and air does not enter the first air inlet.
Preferably, the ventilation system comprises a plurality of air inlet panels, and the air inlet panels are paired with the same air conditioner host machine at the same time.
These features and advantages of the present invention will be disclosed in more detail in the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention are explained and illustrated below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the implementation, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In the following description, the terms such as "inner", "outer", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc., which indicate orientations or positional relationships, are used for convenience in describing embodiments and simplifying descriptions, but do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment shows a novel ventilation system for kitchen, the present embodiment is mainly used in kitchen environment, generally speaking, a finished kitchen includes a infrastructure top layer 11 and a ceiling layer 12, the infrastructure top layer 11 can be understood as a ceiling top layer formed by concrete infrastructure, and the ceiling layer 12 is a decoration layer formed after the modern kitchen is finished, which can be an aluminum buckle layer or a wood ceiling layer 12 or a plastic buckle layer, etc., for convenience of display, the ceiling layer 12 in fig. 1 is shown as transparent, and the ventilation system of the present embodiment includes:
an air mixing chamber 10 is formed between the suspended ceiling layer 12 and the capital construction top layer 11, and as the suspended ceiling layer 12 is arranged below the capital construction top layer 11, one air mixing chamber 10 is naturally formed among the suspended ceiling layer 12, the capital construction top layer 11 and the wall, and in addition, the wall can be replaced by a man-made baffle plate;
the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner main machine 2, an air inlet panel 3 and an air outlet panel 4, wherein the air inlet panel 3 and the air outlet panel 4 are installed on a ceiling layer 12, the air conditioner main machine 2 is installed in an air mixing chamber 10, and the air conditioner main machine 2 is hung below a capital construction top layer 11 and is located on the ceiling layer 12 in the embodiment;
the ventilation system includes a cooling mode comprising:
in the first air inlet mode, air below the suspended ceiling layer 12 enters the air mixing chamber 10 after passing through the air inlet panel 3;
in the second air inlet mode, air below the suspended ceiling layer 12 is mixed with air in the air mixing chamber 10 and then enters the air conditioner main unit 2.
In the embodiment of the invention, the air inlet mode of the traditional kitchen air conditioning system is changed, and the traditional air inlet mode is that the air inlet panel 3 is connected with the air conditioning main machine 2 through a closed air pipe, so that the air in the kitchen directly enters the air conditioning main machine 2 after being sucked from the air inlet panel 3. In this embodiment, because the space between the ceiling layer 12 and the infrastructure top layer 11 forms an air mixing chamber 10, and because the air mixing chamber 10 exists due to the existence of the air intake panel 3 or the existence of normal smoke exhaust holes, and the like, the space between the ceiling layer 12 and the infrastructure top layer 11 also has air and keeps certain air circulation with the outside, when the air-conditioning main unit 2 is started to intake air, negative pressure is generated in the air mixing chamber 10, so that the air below the ceiling layer 12 is sucked into the air mixing chamber 10 from the air intake panel 3, because the original oil content of the air in the air mixing chamber 10 is relatively small, and the oil content of the air sucked from the lower side of the ceiling layer 12 is high, after the air and the air are mixed, the whole oil content can be diluted, and the diluted air enters the air-conditioning main unit 2, so that the oil content of the air sucked into the air-conditioning main unit 2 can be reduced, so that the influence on the life of the air-conditioning main unit 2 can be reduced.
Secondly, due to the improvement of the air inlet mode in the embodiment, the position of the air inlet panel 3 on the suspended ceiling layer 12 can be selected at will, because the traditional air inlet panel 3 needs to be connected with the air conditioner main machine 2 through parts such as an air pipe, and the parts are not needed in the invention, the position of the air inlet panel 3 can be arranged at any position of a kitchen, so that the air inlet panel 3 can be arranged far away from a gas stove, and the air outlet panel 4 can still be arranged above the gas stove, thus further ensuring that the oil content of air sucked from the air inlet panel 3 is relatively low, and ensuring that the air outlet panel 4 is close to a user, so that the user can sense the cooling effect better.
Finally, the installation position of the air inlet panel 3 can be selected at will, and the horizontal distance between the air inlet panel 3 and the air conditioner main unit 2 can be in a large selection range, such as 3m, 5m and even 10m, so that the kitchen air conditioner has lower installation requirements on a kitchen, the kitchen air conditioner has a very wide application range and better market competitiveness.
In this embodiment, in order to enable the cool air exhausted by the main air conditioner 2 to be exhausted to the air outlet panel 4 more directly, the main air conditioner 2 in this embodiment includes a first air inlet 21 and a first air outlet 22, the first air inlet 21 is configured to communicate with the air mixing chamber 10, and the first air outlet 22 is configured to be paired with the air outlet panel 4. That is, in this embodiment, the position between the first air inlet 21 and the air inlet panel 3 is optional, and the position between the first air outlet 22 and the air outlet panel 4 is adaptive, this can be seen from fig. 2, the air outlet panel 4 is installed on the ceiling layer 12, and the position of the first air outlet 22 is just above the air outlet panel 4, for the convenience of installation, the air outlet panel 4 of this embodiment can be directly installed at the first air outlet 22, so that the connection with an air pipe can be omitted, and the cold air can be discharged more directly.
As for the internal structure of the air conditioner main body 2 in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the air conditioner main body 2 includes a compressor 25, an evaporator 23, and a condenser 24 communicated with the evaporator 23, and air enters the evaporator 23 from the first air inlet 21, passes through the evaporator 23, and is discharged from the first air outlet 22. The principle of the cooling operation of the air conditioner main unit 2 is well known in the air conditioning field, and thus will not be described herein. It should be noted that, because the oil content of the air entering from the first air inlet 21 is relatively low in this embodiment, it will not cause a great influence on the evaporator 23 and the corresponding fan, so as to ensure the service life of the components inside the main air conditioner 2.
As described above, in order to facilitate the direct connection between the air outlet panel 4 and the air conditioner main unit 2, the position of the first air outlet 22 is preferably set at the bottom of the air conditioner main unit 2 in this embodiment, so that the air outlet panel 4 and the air conditioner main unit 2 are directly and conveniently assembled and connected, and the connection can be performed by using a snap connection or a fastener for fixing. Of course, in other embodiments, the connection manner is not limited to this, and the first air outlet 22 and the air outlet panel 4 may not correspond in position, and are connected through an air duct.
And for the position of the first air inlet 21, it is also preferably arranged at the bottom of the main air conditioner 2, so that the purpose of design is as follows: firstly, in the refrigeration mode, air in the kitchen is preferentially sucked, the air in the kitchen is located below the ceiling layer 12, and the first air inlet 21 is arranged at the bottom of the air conditioner main unit 2, so that negative pressure is preferentially generated in a local space close to the ceiling layer 12, air below the ceiling layer 12 can be rapidly sucked above the ceiling layer 12 through the air inlet panel 3, and the response of the refrigeration mode can be faster, and the effect of rapid cooling can be achieved; secondly, reserve more spaces for other positions, because air conditioner host 2 probably will consider reserving other air intakes, and other air intakes need to be connected with the tuber pipe, if design then the installation tuber pipe is just not very convenient in air conditioner host 2 bottom, and first air intake 21 need not connect the tuber pipe, so establish first air intake 21 in air conditioner host 2's bottom comparatively suitable.
Certainly, in order to enable air to enter the first air inlet 21 more smoothly, when the first air inlet 21 is located at the bottom of the air conditioner main unit 2, a vertical distance between the first air inlet 21 and the ceiling layer 12 is greater than or equal to 10mm, preferably 40mm or 50mm, and if the vertical distance between the first air inlet 21 and the ceiling layer 12 is too small, unsmooth air inlet is easily caused, which affects the refrigeration effect.
Of course, as for the kitchen ventilation system, the function is too limited if only in the cooling mode, so the ventilation system of this embodiment includes a normal ventilation mode in addition to the cooling mode, and structurally, the main air conditioner 2 includes a second air inlet 26 and a second air outlet 27 in addition to the first air inlet 21 and the first air outlet 22, and the second air inlet 26 and the second air outlet 27 are communicated with the outside through the air duct 29.
In the cooling mode, when the main air conditioner 2 is in the air intake mode, only air may be taken in from the first air inlet 21, or air may be taken in from both the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet 26, when air is taken in from both the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet 26, the oil content of the air passing through the evaporator 23 may be further diluted, and at the same time, it is also ensured that the oil content of the discharged cold air is also low, so in the cooling mode, preferably in this embodiment, the main air conditioner 2 is in the air intake mode through both the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet 26, when air is discharged, the cold air is discharged through the first air outlet 22 and the air outlet panel 4, and the hot air is discharged to the outside through the second air outlet 27 and the air duct. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, air may be only supplied through the first air inlet 21, and air is not supplied from the second air inlet 26.
In the ventilation mode, the compressor 25, the condenser 24, and the like in the main air conditioner 2 do not operate, but the ventilation mode in the present invention may also have a plurality of air circulation modes, one of which is: outdoor air enters the air conditioner main body 2 from the second air inlet 26, and is discharged through the first air outlet 22. Since the kitchen is different from a common bedroom, a user can properly open the window to exchange air indoors and outdoors when cooking in the normal kitchen, the window can be closed unless the user is in the cooling mode, and cold air is prevented from being exchanged with the outside, so that air can be discharged indoors through the first air outlet 22 in the common ventilation mode, and then air exchange is performed through the window of the kitchen. Since the air in the kitchen contains certain oil smoke, in order to prolong the service life of the air conditioner main unit 2 as much as possible, in the ventilation mode, it is preferable that the first air inlet 21 does not supply air, that is, in the ventilation mode, only the second air inlet 26 is used to suck the outdoor air and discharge the air to the indoor.
In addition, the present invention has another ventilation mode, that is, air enters the main air conditioner 2 from the first air inlet 21 and is discharged from the second air outlet 27, this mode is equivalent to sucking air below the ceiling layer 12 into the air mixing chamber 10, then enters the main air conditioner 2 through the first air inlet 21, and finally is discharged to the outside through the second air outlet 27, in this ventilation mode, the first air outlet 22 may choose not to discharge air, or may choose to discharge air, and of course, in this ventilation mode, the first air outlet 22 preferably does not discharge air.
In view of the above-mentioned various modes of air circulation, the air conditioner main body 2 of the present embodiment is provided with a control unit inside, and the control unit can individually control the opening and closing of the corresponding functions of the first air inlet 21, the first air outlet 22, the second air inlet 26, and the second air outlet 27, so as to achieve various combinations of possibilities.
In addition, in consideration of that in the cooling mode of this embodiment, the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet 26 can have simultaneous air inlet, and since the size of the kitchen or the height of the oil smoke is different in many cases, in order to enable the ventilation system of this embodiment to better match or adapt to the current application environment, a first speed adjusting device for controlling the air inlet amount of the first air inlet 21 and a second speed adjusting device for controlling the air inlet amount of the second air inlet 26 are provided in the air conditioner main unit 2 in this embodiment. The first speed regulating device and the second speed regulating device may preferably be speed regulating switches or speed regulating circuits for controlling the rotation speed of the fans at the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet 26. Therefore, the indoor and outdoor air inlet volume can be switched or adjusted according to the actual use environment or the current indoor and outdoor environment, so that the refrigeration can achieve a better effect.
For the specific structure of the air inlet panel 3 and the air outlet panel 4, refer to fig. 5 and 6.
The concrete structure of the air intake panel 3 is shown in fig. 5, and the air intake panel 3 comprises an air intake main body frame 31, an air intake grille 32 and a filter screen 33, and the main body frame is installed on the suspended ceiling layer 12. The filter screen 33 is detachably connected with the air inlet main body frame 31, because the filter screen 33 is used for filtering oil smoke at the first layer, a large amount of oil smoke is accumulated on the filter screen, and the filter screen needs to be cleaned frequently.
In fig. 6, the air outlet panel 4 includes an air outlet main body frame 41 and a swing vane 44 rotatably installed on the air outlet main body frame 41, the air outlet main body frame 41 is also installed on the ceiling layer 12, and a driving motor 42 and a control circuit board 43 are preferably further disposed on the air outlet panel 4, when it is required to open, the control circuit board 43 sends a signal to the driving motor 42, and the driving motor 42 drives the swing vane 44 to rotate so as to open. In addition, a communicating air duct 45 is arranged between the air outlet panel 4 and the air conditioner main unit 2, and the communicating air duct 45 can be directly butted with the first air outlet 22 of the air conditioner main unit 2 to reduce the leakage of cold air. In addition, a connecting plate 46 is also shown in the figure, one end of the connecting plate 46 can be sleeved in the communicating air duct 45, and the other end of the connecting plate 46 is fixed on the air conditioner main unit 2.
Example two
As shown in fig. 7, in order to increase the indoor air intake volume in this embodiment, the ventilation system of this embodiment includes a plurality of air intake panels 3, and the plurality of air intake panels 3 are paired with the same air conditioner main unit 2 at the same time. In addition, as the air inlet panels 3 and the air conditioner main unit 2 are not connected through air pipes, a plurality of air inlet panels 3 can be arranged in any area, and a user can quickly install the air conditioner in the later period, the air conditioner can be used for removing part of the suspended ceiling layer 12 by considering the traditional kitchen air, if the air inlet panels 3 are added, the air pipes need to be laid again, but the air conditioner does not need to be installed completely in the embodiment, and is very convenient to install, and meanwhile, the user can freely select where to add the air inlet panels 3.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and may be embodied in many different forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims. Any modification which does not depart from the functional and structural principles of the present invention is intended to be included within the scope of the claims.
