Background
Linear modules are used in many applications where linear motion is required, such as movement of a work platform or movement of a machining spindle of a machine tool. The linear module drives a screw rod to drive a nut pivoted on the moving platform by using a motor, so that the moving platform generates reciprocating motion, and the moving platform protrudes out of a shell of the linear module for fixedly connecting elements.
Generally speaking, in order to deal with the environment with much dust, a dust-proof belt is additionally arranged outside the mobile platform and the shell to prevent foreign matters from entering and accumulating in the shell, and prevent the unsmooth operation and damage between the screw rod and the screw cap. However, in dusty environments, the addition of a dust-proof belt can block dust from directly entering the housing, but cannot prevent dust from accumulating and entering the housing. For better dust-proof effect, dust which may fall into the housing needs to be actively cleaned, thereby further reducing the chance of dust entering the housing.
In contrast, taiwan publication No. M498643 discloses a dust-proof accessory, which is disposed on a moving body, and two guide portions are disposed at two ends of the dust-proof accessory, respectively, and the guide portions contact with the surface of a dust-proof belt to remove dust in the front and rear directions of a module. However, since the dust on the side face is not removed, the dust-proof effect is still improved.
Furthermore, in japanese patent No. 201674045, rollers are used to guide the dust-proof belt on the platform cover, so as to reduce the abrasion of the platform cover and maintain the steel belt in a bonded state, but the cover does not have the function of removing dust, and the dust-proof effect still needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a dust-removing cover for a linear module stage, which can actively remove dust to enhance the dust-proof effect.
According to the present invention, a dust removing cover for a linear module platform is provided for being disposed on the linear module platform, comprising: the body is provided with a top surface, a bottom surface, a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface and a fourth side surface, wherein the first side surface, the second side surface, the third side surface and the fourth side surface are connected with the top surface and the bottom surface; the body forms a groove on the bottom surface; the body protrudes a first dust removing part from the bottom surface, and the first dust removing part is positioned between the groove and the first side surface; the body protrudes a second dust removing part from the bottom surface, and the second dust removing part is positioned between the groove and the third side surface; and the body protrudes a third dust removing part from the bottom surface, and the third dust removing part is connected with the first dust removing part and the second dust removing part.
By arranging the dust cover provided by the invention on the linear module platform, the first dust removing part, the second dust removing part and the third dust removing part are driven by the platform to actively remove dust on the shell and the dust belt, so that the dust preventing effect is improved.
In addition, the body also forms an air inlet hole on the first side surface or the third side surface, and the air inlet hole is communicated with the groove. By injecting gas from the gas inlet, gas can be blown out from a gap between the dust cover and the linear module, and dust is further prevented from entering the linear module.
And the first dust removing part extends from the second side surface to the fourth side surface in the direction adjacent to the first side surface. The linear module platform moves, so that dust is guided by the first dust removal part to be discharged out of the shell, and the dust removal effect is enhanced.
The third dust removing part can also protrude out of the second side surface. And the third dust removing part is used for shoveling dust, so that the dust is reduced to fall on the linear module. If the dust removing effect is to be enhanced, the third dust removing portion can form an inclined plane outside the second side surface, and the inclined plane is inclined downwards from the second side surface to the direction far away from the top surface, so as to enhance the dust removing effect of the third dust removing portion.
In addition, in order to enhance the dustproof effect of the linear module platform and stabilize the combination of the dustproof cover and the linear module platform, the body can be further protruded with an extending part on the fourth side surface and a fixing part on the first side surface or the third side surface. The extension part covers the linear module platform to prevent dust from falling on the platform, and the fixing part is locked on the linear module platform by using the fixing part.
The bottom surface and the first dust removing part extend and are connected with the fixing part respectively. Besides the dust removal effect of the fixing part, the bottom surface, the third side surface and the fixing part surround the linear module platform, and the connection stability of the dust removal cover and the linear module platform is enhanced.

The body 11 forms a groove 117 on the bottom surface 112 for the dust-proof belt 96 to pass through.
The body 11 has a first dust-removing portion 121 protruding from the bottom surface 112, and the first dust-removing portion 121 is located between the groove 117 and the first side surface 113.
The bottom surface 112 of the main body 11 protrudes a second dust removing portion 122, and the second dust removing portion 122 is located between the groove 117 and the third side surface 115. And

If the dust removing effect is enhanced, the third dust removing portion 123 may form an inclined surface 123a outside the second side surface 114, and the inclined surface 123a is inclined downward from the second side surface 114 to a direction away from the top surface 111, so as to enhance the dust removing effect of the third dust removing portion 123.

The bottom surface 112 and the first dust removing part 121 extend and are connected to the fixing part 126, and the second dust removing part 122 is also connected to the fixing part 126. In addition to the dust-removing function of the fixing portion 126, the bottom surface 112, the third side surface 115 and the fixing portion 126 surround the periphery of the linear module platform 91, so as to enhance the stability of the connection between the dust-removing cover 10 and the linear module platform 91.

the body protrudes a second dust removing part from the bottom surface, and the second dust removing part is positioned between the groove and the third side surface; and
the body is provided with a third dust removing part protruding from the bottom surface, and the third dust removing part is connected with the first dust removing part and the second dust removing part.
2. The dust removing cover for a linear module stage according to claim 1, wherein: the body also forms an air inlet hole on the first side surface or the third side surface, and the air inlet hole is communicated with the groove.
3. The dust removing cover for a linear module stage according to claim 1, wherein: the first dust removing part extends from the second side surface to the fourth side surface towards the direction adjacent to the first side surface.
4. The dust removing cover for a linear module stage according to claim 1, wherein: the third dust removing part protrudes out of the second side surface.
5. The dust removing cover for a linear module stage according to claim 4, wherein: the third dust removing part forms an inclined plane outside the second side surface, and the inclined plane inclines downwards from the second side surface towards the direction far away from the top surface.
