Abstract
The invention discloses a follow-up machine tool telescopic protection structure which comprises a base, a sliding table, a telescopic protection assembly and two protection plates, wherein the base is provided with a guide rail, the sliding table is slidably arranged on the guide rail, the telescopic protection assembly comprises an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate and a telescopic protection cover, the upper mounting plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sliding table, the two protection plates are respectively fixed on two sides of the base, the protection plates are provided with sliding grooves parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding table, the lower mounting plate is provided with a connecting end which is slidably arranged in the sliding grooves, the connecting end is connected with an elastic piece, the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the protection plate, and the elastic piece has a trend of pulling the connecting end to the upper end of the sliding grooves. The invention can realize the protection of the guide rail and the screw rod at the lower side of the Z axis of the machine tool, has more compact structure than the traditional telescopic protection structure, reduces the stroke of the Z axis of the machine tool and the occupation of high space, and is beneficial to improving the performance of the machine tool.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protection of Z-axis transmission systems of machine tools, in particular to a follow-up type machine tool telescopic protection structure.
Background
In the past, most numerical control machine tools are used for metal processing, oil is adopted for cooling during processing, and the oil has the effect of protecting a screw rod and a guide rail. Therefore, the lower sides of the Z-axis guide rails of most numerical control machine tools are exposed, and the problem of rust is avoided as long as the sliding blocks have the function of scraping scraps. According to a first aspect of the present invention, a telescopic guard structure for a follow-up machine tool includes: the base is provided with a guide rail which is axially parallel to the Z axis of the machine tool; the sliding table is slidably arranged on the guide rail; the telescopic protection assembly comprises an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate and a telescopic protection cover which is connected between the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate in a telescopic manner, and the upper mounting plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sliding table; the two protection plates are respectively fixed on two sides of the base, the protection plates are provided with sliding grooves parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding table, two ends of the lower mounting plate are provided with connecting ends which can be respectively and slidably mounted in the sliding grooves of the two protection plates, the connecting ends are connected with elastic pieces, the other ends of the elastic pieces are connected with the protection plates, the protection plates are located above the sliding grooves, and the elastic pieces have a trend of pulling the connecting ends to the upper ends of the sliding grooves.
The follow-up machine tool telescopic protection structure provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: according to the follow-up machine tool telescopic protection structure, when the sliding table slides upwards along the guide rail, the sliding table drives the telescopic protection cover to be unfolded upwards through the upper mounting plate, and the connecting end of the lower mounting plate moves to the upper end of the sliding groove under the action of the elastic piece; when the sliding table slides downwards along the guide rail to drive the upper mounting plate to move downwards so that the telescopic protection cover is contracted to the minimum compression amount, the sliding table overcomes the elasticity of the elastic piece to continuously slide downwards to push the telescopic protection cover to move downwards along the sliding groove, and therefore the purpose of protecting the guide rail and the screw rod on the lower side of the Z axis of the machine tool is achieved. The invention can realize the protection of the guide rail and the screw rod at the lower side of the Z axis of the machine tool, has more compact structure than the traditional telescopic protection structure, reduces the stroke of the Z axis of the machine tool and the occupation of high space, and is beneficial to improving the performance of the machine tool.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the guide rails are two, and the two guide rails are arranged on the end face of the base in parallel and spaced apart.

The telescopic protection assembly 300 comprises an upper mounting plate 310, a lower mounting plate 320, and a telescopic protection cover 330 telescopically connected between the upper mounting plate 310 and the lower mounting plate 320, wherein the upper mounting plate 310 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sliding table 200 and can move along with the sliding table 200. Referring to fig. 4, in the following type machine tool telescopic protection structure, when a sliding table 200 slides upwards along a guide rail 110, the sliding table 200 drives a telescopic protection cover 330 to be unfolded upwards through an upper mounting plate 310, a connecting end 321 of a lower mounting plate 320 moves to the upper end of a sliding groove 410 under the action of an elastic piece 420, referring to fig. 1 and 3, when the sliding table 200 slides downwards along the guide rail 110 to drive the upper mounting plate 310 to move downwards so that the telescopic protection cover 330 is contracted to the minimum compression amount, the sliding table 200 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic piece 420 to continuously slide downwards to push the telescopic protection cover 330 to move downwards along the sliding groove 410, so that the purpose of protecting the guide rail and the screw rod on the lower side of a machine tool Z axis is achieved.
In some embodiments, two guide rails 110 may be provided, where the two guide rails 110 are arranged on the end surface of the base 100 at intervals in parallel, so that the sliding table 200 slides on the guide rails 110 more stably, and the working stability of the telescopic protection structure is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the lower mounting plate 320 may be provided with a guide bar 322, the telescopic protection cover 330 is provided with a through hole adapted to the guide bar 322, and the guide bar 322 may be provided with one or two, so that when the telescopic protection cover 330 is compressed to a relatively small telescopic amount, the telescopic protection cover 330 may be smoothly sleeved on the guide bar 322 through the through hole, and then integrally follow the sliding table 200 to continuously move downwards together, so that the telescopic protection cover 330 is more stable and is not easy to shake when integrally moving.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, the telescopic protection cover 330 includes a plurality of telescopic folding armor pieces integrally connected, the armor pieces are provided with extending ends 331 towards the guide rods 322, and through holes are formed in the extending ends 331, so that the telescopic protection cover 330 can be sleeved on the guide rods 322 through the through holes in the extending ends 331, and the telescopic protection cover has a simple structure, is convenient to process and occupies a small space.
In some embodiments, the protection plate 400 is disposed above the chute 410 and has hooks 430, and the upper ends of the elastic members 420 are hung on the hooks 430. By providing the hooks 430, a user can conveniently hang the elastic member 420 on the protection plate 400, and installation, disassembly and maintenance are convenient.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 420 is a spring, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected to the connecting end 321 and the hook 430. The spring can be an extension spring, has better elasticity, and has low cost and convenient installation.
