螺杆式挤出机具备:螺杆;以及外壳,其收容螺杆,且在混练物的挤出方向上游侧设置有材料的投入口,在混练物的挤出方向下游侧具有前端侧开口。在投入口的下游侧端与外壳的前端侧开口之间设置有压力传感器,该压力传感器测量外壳的内部的压力,根据由压力传感器测量出的压力来控制螺杆的转速。

技术领域
本发明涉及进行混练物的挤出的螺杆式挤出机。
背景技术
在机动车用轮胎的制造工序中,使用如下挤出成形机:设置于将作为轮胎的原料的橡胶进行混练的混练机之下,并将从混练机投入的橡胶(混练物)连续地挤出的同时成形为片状。作为与这种挤出成形机相关的技术,例如存在下述的专利文献1、2所记载的技术。
专利文献1所记载的片材成形装置具备材料供给部、暂时地贮存从材料供给部供给的弹性材料的材料贮存部以及对贮存于材料贮存部的弹性材料进行轧制的材料轧制部。在材料供给部配置有两根螺杆,利用螺杆将弹性材料经由材料贮存部向材料轧制部输送。在材料轧制部配置有两根辊,利用辊将弹性材料成形为片状。
专利文献2所记载的辊头挤出机具备挤出机主体、以及将从挤出机主体挤出来的混炼橡胶轧制为片状的压延辊装置。在挤出机主体与压延辊装置之间配置有缓冲锁定装置。在缓冲锁定装置内配置有感测挤出机主体与压延辊装置之间的压力(挤出机主体的头压力)的感测装置。根据由感测装置感测到的挤出机主体的头压力,自动地控制压延辊的速度以及挤出机主体的螺杆转速。在专利文献2中记载了如下内容:根据该结构,无需由熟练的作业者进行繁琐的手动控制,就能够连续地获得始终具有均匀的宽度的橡胶片材。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
近年来,低燃料消耗率轮胎的需求正在增加。在作为低燃料消耗率轮胎的原料的橡胶中大多配有较高的比例的二氧化硅。配有较高比例的二氧化硅的橡胶(混练物)具有在挤出成形机中难以成形为片状的问题。因此,期望不仅在上游侧工序的混练机中,而且在挤出成形机中也提高橡胶(混练物)的分散混合性。为了提高橡胶(混练物)的分散混合性,需要如下条件:(1)在进行混练物的挤出的螺杆配置部中对混练物施加较多的能量,(2)在进行混练物的挤出的螺杆配置部中使混练物的充满状态稳定。
然而,在专利文献1、2中的任一文献中均没有与用于提高混练物的分散混合性的技术相关的记载。需要说明的是,在专利文献2中,根据挤出机主体的头压力来控制压延辊的速度以及挤出机主体的螺杆转速,但该控制并不会使挤出机主体内的混炼橡胶的充满状态稳定。
本发明是鉴于上述情形而作出的,其目的在于,提供一种解决用于提高混练物的分散混合性的上述课题(1)、(2)中的课题(2),即在进行混练物的挤出的螺杆配置部中能够使混练物的充满状态稳定的结构的螺杆式挤出机。
用于解决课题的技术方案
本发明的螺杆式挤出机进行混练物的挤出,所述螺杆式挤出机具备:螺杆;外壳,其收容所述螺杆,且在混练物的挤出方向上游侧设置有材料的投入口,在混练物的挤出方向下游侧具有前端侧开口,所述螺杆式挤出机的特征在于,在所述投入口的下游侧端与所述外壳的所述前端侧开口之间设置有测量所述外壳的内部的压力的压力传感器,根据由所述压力传感器测量出的压力来控制所述螺杆的转速。
根据该结构,通过根据由上述压力传感器测量出的压力来控制螺杆的转速,从而能够使进行混练物的挤出的螺杆配置部中的外壳内的混练物的充满状态稳定。由此,在螺杆配置部中能够通过螺杆进行混练物的稳定的混练,从而能够提高混练物的分散混合性。
另外,在本发明中,优选的是,所述外壳的内壁面在与所述混练物的挤出方向正交的截面上呈两个圆在同一面上局部重合的状态的外缘形状,左右一对的所述螺杆收容于所述外壳,利用所述压力传感器对所述截面上由从所述外壳的底侧中央的顶部沿水平方向延伸的假想线和从左右一对的所述螺杆的旋转中心分别向下方延伸的假想线划分的部分的所述外壳的内部的压力进行测量。
外壳内部中的上述划分部分是压力容易稳定的部分,且是对于材料(混练物)最为起到混练作用的部分。通过基于该部分的压力来控制螺杆的转速,从而能够使外壳内的混练物的充满状态更稳定。另外,由于是容易使压力稳定的部分,因此该部分中的压力测量也适用于材料(混练物)的混练度的评价。
此外,在本发明中,优选的是,以能够分别测量所述外壳的左侧室以及右侧室中的压力的方式设置有多个所述压力传感器。
根据该结构,即使在外壳的左右室之间混练物的充满率(压力)存在差异,也能够与该差异相对应地来进行适当的控制。
此外,在本发明中,优选的是,以能够测量所述外壳的内部的所述挤出方向上的多个位置的压力的方式设置有多个所述压力传感器。
根据该结构,能够使从外壳排出的混练物的压力稳定。
此外,在本发明中,优选的是,在所述外壳的下游侧的前方配置有将所述混练物成形为片状的上下一对辊,在所述辊设置有负载传感器,该负载传感器测量作用于该辊的负载,通过由所述压力传感器测量出的压力与由所述负载传感器测量出的负载的组合来控制所述辊的转速。
根据该结构,能够使辊跟前的混练物的压力稳定。由此,能够制造厚度以及宽度稳定的片材。
此外,在本发明中,优选的是,在所述外壳的下游侧的前方配置有将混练物成形为片状的上下一对辊,作为在所述外壳与所述辊之间的部分的储备部还设置有储备部压力传感器,该储备部压力传感器测量该储备部的压力,通过由所述压力传感器测量出的压力与由所述储备部压力传感器测量出的压力的组合来控制所述辊的转速。
根据该结构,能够使辊跟前的混练物的压力稳定。由此,能够制造厚度以及宽度稳定的片材。
此外,在本发明中,优选的是,所述外壳呈前端尖细的形状,利用所述压力传感器对所述外壳的内部中的比所述投入口的下游侧端与所述外壳的所述前端侧开口之间的正中靠上游侧处的压力进行测量。
在带有将混练物成形为片状的上下一对辊的螺杆式挤出机的情况下,在本发明中,通过基于由所述压力传感器测量出的压力而进行的螺杆的转速控制来使外壳内的混练物的充满状态稳定。另外,通过由所述压力传感器测量出的压力与由所述负载传感器测量出的负载(或者由所述储备部压力传感器测量出的压力)的组合而进行的辊的转速控制来使片材的厚度以及宽度稳定。
在此,若外壳呈前端尖细的形状,则越靠近该前端外壳内的压力的上升角度变得越陡。当升压较大时,螺杆的旋转能消耗较多,因此,通过在容易测定与外壳的前端压力之差的位置设置所述压力传感器,从而能够进行更适合于螺杆的转速控制的压力的测量。
从上述那样的方面来看,优选测量外壳的内部中的比材料投入口的下游侧端与外壳的前端侧开口之间的正中靠上游侧的部分的压力。
另外,外壳的内部中的比材料投入口的下游侧端与外壳的前端侧开口之间的正中靠上游侧处的压力与储备部的压力(或者作用于辊的负载)差异充分,因此更适合于辊的转速控制。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种在进行混练物的挤出的螺杆配置部中能够使混练物的充满状态稳定的螺杆式挤出机。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对用于实施本发明的方式进行说明。以下的实施方式所示出的螺杆式挤出机是将橡胶等高分子材料的混练物挤出成形为片状的带辊模的螺杆挤出机(以下,称为“带辊模挤出机”)。需要说明的是,本发明的螺杆式挤出机也能够用于被称作造粒机的机器,该造粒机将高分子材料的混练物从具有多个圆形孔的模具挤出之后切断成形为圆筒状的颗粒。
(带辊模挤出机的结构)
参照图1~3,对本发明的第一实施方式的带辊模挤出机1进行说明。带辊模挤出机1具有进行混练物的挤出的左右一对的共计两根螺杆2、3、以及收容螺杆2、3的外壳4。在外壳4的前方配置上下一对的共计两个辊9、10。外壳4与辊9、10之间的部分被称作储备部11,由螺杆2、3挤出的混练物积存于该储备部11。需要说明的是,储备部11被封闭。辊9、10以彼此向相反方向旋转的方式连结,利用省略图示的一个驱动机构而以相同的转速(旋转速度)旋转。辊9、10是用于对混练物进行轧制而成形为片状的部件,并且被称作辊模。
螺杆2、3分别具有轴部6、以及设置于轴部6的外周面的呈螺旋状的螺棱7。螺杆2与螺杆3是除了螺棱的扭转角度彼此相反以外为相同的形状、尺寸的螺杆。另外,螺杆2、3以彼此向相反方向旋转的方式连结,利用省略图示的一个驱动机构而以相同的转速旋转。
外壳4是从混练物的挤出方向上游侧越趋向下游侧则前端越细的形状,该外壳4具有:外壳上游部14,其在上部设置有材料(混练物)的投入口15;以及外壳下游部24,其周围被壁面包围。从投入口15的上方朝向投入口15供给的橡胶等混练物在彼此向相反方向旋转的螺杆2、3的作用下向储备部11挤出,之后,穿过辊9、10之间而成形为片状。
<压力传感器>
如图3所示,外壳4的内壁面在与混练物的挤出方向正交的截面上呈两个圆在同一面上局部重合的状态的外缘形状(眼镜形状),螺杆2收容于外壳4的左侧室4b,螺杆3收容于外壳4的右侧室4c。而且,在外壳4的底部安装有两个压力传感器5(5a、5b)。压力传感器5a安装于左侧室4b侧,压力传感器5b安装于右侧室4c侧。利用压力传感器5(5a、5b)来测量外壳4的内部的压力(混练物的压力)。通过分别测量外壳4的左右室的压力,从而即使混练物的充满率(压力)在外壳4的左右室之间存在差异,也能够与该差异相对应地来适当地进行后述的控制。
如图1、2所示,在混练物的挤出方向上,压力传感器5(5a、5b)安装于外壳4的在投入口15的下游侧端15a与外壳4的前端侧开口之间S的底部。换言之,压力传感器5(5a、5b)安装于外壳4中的作为其下游侧部分的、周围被壁面包围的外壳下游部24的底部。更优选的是,如本实施方式那样,压力传感器5(5a、5b)安装于外壳4的范围S1部分的底部,该范围S1部分在投入口15的下游侧端15a与外壳4的前端侧开口之间S且比投入口15的下游侧端15a与外壳4的前端侧开口之间S的正中靠上游侧。
如图3所示,在观察外壳4的与混练物的挤出方向正交的截面时,压力传感器5(5a、5b)安装于外壳4的底部中的靠近外壳中央的部分,以测量由假想线M1和假想线M2、M3划分的部分的外壳4的内部的压力,假想线M1是从外壳4的底侧中央的顶部T沿水平方向延伸的假想线,假想线M2、M3是从螺杆2、3各自的旋转中心O向下方延伸的假想线。外壳4内部的上述划分部分是压力容易稳定的部分,且是对于材料(混练物)最为起到混练作用的部分。通过基于该部分的压力来控制螺杆2、3的转速(旋转速度),从而能够使外壳4内的混练物的充满状态更稳定。另外,由于是容易使压力稳定的部分,因此该部分中的压力测量也适用于材料(混练物)的混练度的评价。需要说明的是,压力传感器5(5a、5b)以其前端部(压力检测部)不从外壳4的底侧内壁面4a突出的方式安装于外壳4,以使得不与旋转的螺杆2、3的螺棱7接触。
<负载传感器>
如图2所示,在配置于外壳4的前方、即外壳4的下游侧的前方的辊9、10的轴部分别安装有负载传感器8。负载传感器8例如由应变仪构成。负载传感器8是测量从储备部11挤出来的混练物作用于各个辊9、10的负载的传感器。
图4是挤出机使用中的外壳下游部24内的压力分布图。图1、2等中记载的“0”、“L”、“S”、“S1”与图4中记载的“0”、“L”、“S”、“S1”对应。若外壳4呈前端尖细的形状,则越靠近外壳4的前端外壳4的容积越小,因此,由螺杆2、3挤出来的混练物随着靠近外壳4的前端而逐渐地被压实。因此,越靠近外壳4的前端则外壳4内的压力(混练物的压力)的上升角度变得越陡。“PL”是大气压,“P0”是截面积最小的外壳4的前端侧开口处的压力(混练物的压力)。
当升压(压力)较大时,螺杆2、3的旋转能消耗较多,因此,通过在容易测定与外壳4的前端压力之差的位置设置压力传感器5,从而能够进行更适合于螺杆2、3的转速控制的压力的测量。从上述那样的方面来看,优选测量外壳4的内部的比投入口15的下游侧端15a与外壳4的前端侧开口之间S的正中(L/2)靠上游侧的部分的压力。另外,外壳4的内部的比投入口15的下游侧端15a和外壳4的前端侧开口之间的正中靠上游侧的部分即范围S1部分的压力与由负载传感器8测量的作用于辊9、10的负载(在图7所示的实施方式中为储备部11的压力)差异充分,因此更适合于辊9、10的转速控制。
(控制方法)
参照图5对带辊模挤出机1的螺杆转速以及辊转速的控制方法进行说明。需要说明的是,上述控制由作为控制单元的控制器12(参照图1)进行。来自压力传感器5(5a、5b)的信号、以及来自负载传感器8的信号被控制器12获取。控制器12基于所获取的信号,对螺杆2、3的转速、辊9、10的转速进行控制。
控制器12计算由压力传感器5a测量出的压力(混练部压力)与由压力传感器5b测量出的压力(混练部压力)的平均压力(混练部平均压力)。另外,控制器12计算由两个负载传感器8测量出的负载(辊负载)的平均负载(辊平均负载)。在带辊模挤出机1的混练物挤出运转过程中,来自各传感器5a、5b、8的信号一直向控制器12传输。需要说明的是,来自各传感器5a、5b、8的信号也可以以恒定的间隔等向控制器12传输。
<螺杆转速的控制>
控制器12基于上述混练部平均压力的值,如下那样控制螺杆2、3的转速。
控制器12进行如下控制:当上述混练部平均压力比规定的(允许的)压力的范围低时,使螺杆2、3的转速上升,当上述混练部平均压力比规定的(允许的)压力的范围高时,使螺杆2、3的转速降低。另外,控制器12进行如下控制:当上述混练部平均压力在规定的(允许的)压力的范围内时、即合适(合适范围)时,保持该时刻的螺杆2、3的转速不变(步骤1(St1))。
混练部平均压力较低是指外壳4(外壳下游部24)内的混练物的充满状态较低,通过使螺杆2、3的转速上升,从而混练物的充满状态趋向上升。另外,混练部平均压力较高是指外壳4(外壳下游部24)内的混练物的充满状态较高(过高),通过使螺杆2、3的转速降低,从而混练物的充满状态趋向降低。
通过上述控制,能够使外壳4(外壳下游部24)内的混练物的充满状态稳定。其结果是,在外壳4(外壳下游部24)内,能够通过螺杆2、3进行混练物的稳定的混练,从而能够提高混练物的分散混合性。
<辊转速的控制>
控制器12基于上述混练部平均压力的值与上述辊平均负载的值的组合,如下那样控制辊9、10的转速。
(1)在上述混练部平均压力比规定的(允许的)压力的范围低的情况下,如下那样控制辊转速。控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围低时,使辊9、10的转速降低,当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围高时,使辊9、10的转速上升。另外,控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载在规定的(允许的)负载的范围内时、即合适(合适范围)时,使辊9、10的转速上升(步骤2_1(St2_1))。
(2)在上述混练部平均压力比规定的(允许的)压力的范围高的情况下,如下那样控制辊转速。控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围低时,使辊9、10的转速降低,当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围高时,使辊9、10的转速上升。另外,控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载在规定的(允许的)负载的范围内时、即合适(合适范围)时,使辊9、10的转速降低(步骤2_3(St2_3))。
(3)在上述混练部平均压力在规定的(允许的)压力的范围内的情况下,如下那样控制辊转速。控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围低时,使辊9、10的转速降低,当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围高时,使辊9、10的转速上升。另外,控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载在规定的(允许的)负载的范围内时、即合适(合适范围)时,保持该时刻的辊9、10的转速不变(步骤2_2(St2_2))。
若以其他表述来记载上述(1)~(3)的控制,则如下那样表述。控制器12进行如下控制:与上述混练部平均压力的值无关地,当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围低时,使辊9、10的转速降低,当上述辊平均负载比规定的(允许的)负载的范围高时,使辊9、10的转速上升。
另一方面,控制器12进行如下控制:当上述辊平均负载在规定的(允许的)负载的范围内时、即合适(合适范围)时,与螺杆2、3的转速的上升、降低、保持相对应地,使辊9、10的转速上升、降低、保持。更具体而言,在使螺杆2、3的转速上升的情况下,也使辊9、10的转速上升,在使螺杆2、3的转速降低的情况下,也使辊9、10的转速降低,在保持螺杆2、3的转速不变的情况下,也保持辊9、10的转速不变。
根据与辊转速相关的上述控制,能够使比辊靠上游侧、即储备部11中的混练物的压力稳定。由此,能够抑制卷入到辊9、10之间的混练物的量发生变动,在外壳4内能够提高混练物的混练度,并且能够制造厚度以及宽度稳定的片材50。
若以表的形式来汇总螺杆转速以及辊转速的上述的控制,则如表1所示那样。

(第二实施方式)
图6是示出本发明的第二实施方式的带辊模挤出机102的图。关于第二实施方式的带辊模挤出机102,对于与构成第一实施方式的带辊模挤出机1的构件相同的构件标注相同的附图标记(对于后述的第三实施方式也是同样的)。
第二实施方式的带辊模挤出机102与第一实施方式的带辊模挤出机1的不同点在于,安装于外壳4(外壳下游部24)的底部的压力传感器5的数量不同。在第一实施方式的带辊模挤出机1中,在混练物的挤出方向上配置有一个压力传感器5(在左侧室4b以及右侧室4c各一个),与此相对,在第二实施方式的带辊模挤出机102中,在混练物的挤出方向上配置有两个压力传感器5(在左侧室4b以及右侧室4c各两个)。
具体而言,在带辊模挤出机102中,关于左侧室4b以及右侧室4c各个室,在混练物的挤出方向上,沿轴向隔开规定的间隔地将两个压力传感器5安装于外壳4的在投入口15的下游侧端15a与外壳4的前端侧开口之间S的底部。在图6中示出了配置于右侧室4c的两个压力传感器5b。这样,在本实施方式中,以能够测量外壳4的内部的挤出方向上的多个位置的压力的方式设置有多个压力传感器5。根据该结构,能够使从外壳4排出的混练物的压力稳定。由此,能够抑制卷入到辊9、10之间的混练物的量发生变动,能够在外壳4内提高混练物的混练度,并且能够制造厚度以及宽度稳定的片材50。
需要说明的是,在带辊模挤出机102中,在外壳4的底部安装有共计4个压力传感器5。需要说明的是,在螺杆转速以及辊转速的控制中使用由4个压力传感器5测量出的压力的情况下,如上述那样,本实施方式的螺杆2、3连结并以相同转速旋转,因此,在螺杆转速以及辊转速的控制中使用由4个压力传感器5测量出的压力的平均值。
(第三实施方式)
图7是示出本发明的第三实施方式的带辊模挤出机103的图。在第一实施方式的带辊模挤出机1中,在该辊9、10的轴部安装有负载传感器8。在第三实施方式的带辊模挤出机103中,在外壳4与辊9、10之间设置有测量储备部11的压力(储备部11内的混练物的压力)的储备部压力传感器13来取代该负载传感器8。
与第一实施方式的情况相同地,控制器12计算由压力传感器5a测量出的压力(混练部压力)与由压力传感器5b测量出的压力(混练部压力)的平均压力(混练部平均压力)。
在本实施方式中,控制器12基于上述混练部平均压力的值与由储备部压力传感器13测量的储备部压力的值的组合来控制辊9、10的转速。
图8是示出本实施方式中的螺杆转速以及辊转速的控制流程的流程图。关于本实施方式中的螺杆2、3的转速的控制,与第一实施方式相同。关于辊9、10的转速的控制的具体例、即辊转速的控制的具体例,参照图8,并希望将第一实施方式的上述“辊转速的控制”的说明中的“辊平均负载”更改表述为“储备部压力”,将与辊平均负载相关的记载的“负载”更改表述为“压力”。需要说明的是,若汇总本实施方式中的螺杆转速以及辊转速的控制,则如表2所示那样。

根据与辊转速相关的上述控制,与第一实施方式的情况相同地,能够使辊的下游侧的前方、即储备部11中的混练物的压力稳定。由此,能够抑制卷入到辊9、10之间的混练物的量发生变动,在外壳4内能够提高混练物的混练度,并且能够制造厚度以及宽度稳定的片材50。
(变形例)
上述的实施方式中的左右一对螺杆2、3构成为,通过一个驱动机构而以相同的转速旋转。也可以左右一对螺杆2、3构成为通过两个驱动机构而分别独立地旋转来取代于此。在该情况下,在如上述的第一实施方式那样在外壳4的左右室分别设置压力传感器5的情况下,例如,沿着图5所示的控制流程,利用配置于各室的压力传感器5来分别控制左右螺杆2、3的转速。关于辊9、10的转速控制,将由设置于外壳4的左右室的压力传感器5测量的压力的例如平均压力用于辊9、10的转速控制。
也可以是,将测量外壳4(外壳下游部24)的内部的压力的压力传感器5不安装于外壳4(外壳下游部24)的底部,而安装于外壳4(外壳下游部24)的侧部或者顶部。
也可以是,在外壳4的左右室分别安装两个以上的压力传感器。
也可以是,在混练物的挤出方向(螺杆的轴向)上,在外壳4(外壳下游部24)安装3个以上的压力传感器。
也可以是,不具有左右一对螺杆2、3而仅具有1根螺杆的螺杆式挤出机。
此外,在本领域技术人员能够想定的范围内可进行各种变更。

Claims (8)

1.一种螺杆式挤出机,其进行混练物的挤出,
所述螺杆式挤出机具备:
螺杆;以及
外壳,其收容所述螺杆,且在混练物的挤出方向上游侧设置有材料的投入口,在混练物的挤出方向下游侧具有前端侧开口,
所述螺杆式挤出机的特征在于,
在所述投入口的下游侧端与所述外壳的所述前端侧开口之间设置有测量所述外壳的内部的压力的压力传感器,
根据由所述压力传感器测量出的压力来控制所述螺杆的转速,
所述外壳的内壁面在与所述混练物的挤出方向正交的截面上呈两个圆在同一面上局部重合的状态的外缘形状,
左右一对的所述螺杆收容于所述外壳,
利用所述压力传感器对所述截面上由从所述外壳的底侧中央的顶部沿水平方向延伸的假想线和从左右一对的所述螺杆的旋转中心分别向下方延伸的假想线划分的部分的所述外壳的内部的压力进行测量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
以能够分别测量所述外壳的左侧室以及右侧室中的压力的方式设置有多个所述压力传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
以能够测量所述外壳的内部的所述挤出方向上的多个位置的压力的方式设置有多个所述压力传感器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
以能够测量所述外壳的内部的所述挤出方向上的多个位置的压力的方式设置有多个所述压力传感器。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
在所述外壳的下游侧的前方配置有将所述混练物成形为片状的上下一对辊,
在所述辊设置有负载传感器,该负载传感器测量作用于该辊的负载,
通过由所述压力传感器测量出的压力与由所述负载传感器测量出的负载的组合来控制所述辊的转速。
6.根据权利要求5所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
所述外壳呈前端尖细的形状,
利用所述压力传感器对所述外壳的内部中的比所述投入口的下游侧端与所述外壳的所述前端侧开口之间的正中靠上游侧处的压力进行测量。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
在所述外壳的下游侧的前方配置有将混练物成形为片状的上下一对辊,
作为在所述外壳与所述辊之间的部分的储备部还设置有储备部压力传感器,该储备部压力传感器测量该储备部的压力,
通过由所述压力传感器测量出的压力与由所述储备部压力传感器测量出的压力的组合来控制所述辊的转速。
8.根据权利要求7所述的螺杆式挤出机,其特征在于,
所述外壳呈前端尖细的形状,
利用所述压力传感器对所述外壳的内部中的比所述投入口的下游侧端与所述外壳的所述前端侧开口之间的正中靠上游侧处的压力进行测量。
