Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the functional assembly 100 includes a housing 10, a turntable 20, a shaft 30, a first functional device 40, and a second functional device 50. The housing 10 includes a frame 11, a receiving cavity 12 is disposed in the housing 10, the receiving cavity 12 is communicated with the frame 11 to form an opening 13, and the receiving cavity 12 is used for receiving the turntable 20. A rotating shaft 30 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 12, the rotating disc 20 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 30, and the rotating disc 20 rotates around the rotating shaft 30 and can rotate to the outside of the housing 10 through the opening 13. The first functional device 40 and the second functional device 50 are disposed on the rotating disc 20 at intervals, and it can be understood that when the rotating disc 20 rotates out of the housing 10 and exposes the first functional device 40 and/or the second functional device 50, the first functional device 40 and/or the second functional device 50 can work outside the housing 10 to realize functions.
The rotary plate 20 has at least three stop positions when rotating around the rotating shaft 30: when the turntable 20 is located at the first stop position 01, the first functional device 40 and the second functional device 50 are both accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12. It will be appreciated that the turntable 20 is also at least partially received in the receiving cavity 12. In the embodiment of fig. 1, the turntable 20 is completely received in the receiving cavity 12.
When the turntable 20 is located at the second stop position 02, the turntable 20 at least partially extends out of the accommodating cavity 12, the first functional device 40 also extends out of the accommodating cavity 12 along with the turntable 20, and the second functional device 50 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12 (see fig. 2), at this time, only the first functional device 40 extends out of the housing 10 for operation.
When the rotating disc 20 is at the third stop position 03, the rotating disc 20 at least partially extends out of the accommodating cavity 12, and the second functional device 50 extends out of the accommodating cavity 12 (see fig. 3). At this time, the second functional device 50 extends out of the housing 10 to perform an operation, and at the same time, the first functional device 40 may still remain in a state of extending out of the housing 10, so as to cooperate with the second functional device 50 to form a function or effect different from that of the first functional device 40 alone extending out of the housing 10, that is, the dial 20 at the second stop 02. Of course, in other embodiments, the first functional device 40 can also retract the receiving cavity 12 in the third stop 03 state, so that the second functional device 50 extends out of the housing 10 alone to work (see fig. 4).
The three stop positions of the turntable 20 and the arrangement of the first functional device 40 and the second functional device 50 enable the functional assembly 100 of the present invention to accommodate a plurality of functional devices simultaneously by means of the staged parking of a moving member in the rotating process while accommodating the functional devices in the housing 10, and to realize various functions with different effects by means of the switching or matching of the functional devices according to various requirements of the functional assembly 100 in actual application scenarios. In the first embodiment (fig. 3) of the present invention, the first functional device 40 is a camera module, and the second functional device 50 is a flash, so that the photographing function of the functional assembly 100 of the present invention for different illumination conditions is realized. In the second embodiment (fig. 4) of the present invention, the first functional device 40 is a front camera module, and the second functional device 50 is a rear camera module, so that the function of accommodating two camera modules by the functional component 100 is realized, the two camera modules are protected, the function of adopting a hidden design for the two camera modules is also realized, and the appearance consistency of the functional component 100 is improved.
It can be understood that the above-mentioned at least three stop positions correspond to three different combination forms of two functional devices, and the present invention can also be provided with more than three stop positions, so as to realize the combination of more functional devices when more functional devices are carried on the turntable 20, and adapt to the use collocation of various scenes, thereby avoiding the damage of these functional devices to the consistency of the appearance of the functional assembly 100.
It can be understood that the housing 10 further includes a bearing plate 101, and the bearing plate 101 is fixedly connected to the frame 11. The components such as the rotating shaft 30 are disposed on the bearing plate 101, so as to fix the components such as the rotating shaft 30 relative to the housing 10. It is understood that the loading plate 101 can be a middle partition plate of the mobile terminal.
The rotating disc 20 is provided with a first sealing portion 21, when the rotating disc 20 is located at the first stop position 01, the first sealing portion 21 is located at the opening 13, and the outer shape of the first sealing portion 21 is matched with the inner cavity of the opening 13, so that the rotating disc 20 is sealed against the opening 13 at the first stop position 01, and foreign matters such as external dirt or water drops are prevented from entering the inside of the housing 10.
Further, the first sealing portion 21 is a portion of the outer edge of the rotating disc 20, the first sealing portion 21 has an outer surface away from the rotating disc 20, the frame 11 has an outer surface away from the accommodating cavity 12, and when the rotating disc 20 is at the first stop position 01, the outer surface of the first sealing portion 21 is flush with the outer surface of the frame 11. The turntable 20 is located at the first stop position 01, and when the turntable 20 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12, the first sealing portion 21, which is the outer edge of the turntable 20, is matched with the outer surface shape of the frame 11, so that the overall consistency of the appearance of the functional assembly 100 is improved. Preferably, the outer surface of the first sealing portion 21 may also adopt a series of measures such as the same roughness, surface treatment process and the like as the outer surface of the frame 11, so that the surfaces of the two have the same texture and color, and the appearance consistency of the functional assembly 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, the rotary disk 20 is further provided with a protrusion 211 on the outer surface of the first sealing portion 21 away from the rotary disk 20. The purpose of the protrusion 211 is that the protrusion 211 can provide a user with an operation to hold and take out the turntable 20 when the functional assembly 100 of the present invention allows the turntable 20 to be manually operated to rotate. Because the first sealing portion 21 is flush with the rim 11 and because the first sealing portion 21 is tightly combined with the opening 13 for sealing, it is difficult for a user to attempt to rotate the rotating disc 20 on the first stop 01 by hand. The design of the protrusion 211 helps the user rotate the dial 20 out by pulling the protrusion 211. More alternatively, the protrusion 211 only needs to provide a position where the user touches and recognizes the dial 20, and the dial 20 can be ejected outward by pressing the protrusion 211. The mechanism for realizing the reverse ejection by pressing is common, and for example, most of articles such as memory cards, SIM cards and the like commonly used by people adopt the above-mentioned taking-out mode, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
Further, for the protruding portion 211, some design designs may be adopted to protrude from the first sealing portion 21, so as to improve the quality of appearance. The appearance design is like the shape of cat ear.
For the sealing problem of the rotating disc 20 to the opening 13 at the second stop 02 or the third stop 03, the rotating disc 20 is further provided with at least one second sealing portion 22, and the at least one second sealing portion 22 is convexly provided on the rotating disc 20 and is shaped to match with the opening 13 for sealing the opening 13. It will be appreciated that each of the second sealing portions 22 corresponds to at least one of the stops of the turntable. In the first embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, two second sealing portions 221 and 222 are correspondingly disposed on the second stop 02 and the third stop 03, so as to seal the opening 13 by the turntable 20 at the two stops. In a second embodiment of the present invention, see fig. 4, there is only one second sealing portion 22, where the second sealing portion 22 corresponds to the sealing action of two stop positions at the same time.
In another way to achieve the sealing of the rotating disk 20 to the opening 13 at each stop position, a sector 23 may be provided on the rotating disk 20, the sector 23 is coaxial with the rotating shaft 30, and the thickness of the sector 23 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 30 is consistent with the width of the inner cavity of the opening 12, so that the sector 23 can maintain the sealing of the opening 13 at all the stop positions of the rotating disk 20 except the first stop position 01. Further, the turntable 20 may be completely fan-shaped, that is, the first sealing portion 21 and the second sealing portion 22 have a shape with a cross section equal to the cross section, and the cross section of the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion is the same as the shape of the opening 13, so that the turntable 20, which is fan-shaped as a whole, can seal the opening 13 at each position and during rotation, and protect the housing cavity 12 from impurities, water drops, and the like.
It is understood that, when the opening 13 has a shape with a variable cross section along the length direction, the first sealing portion 21 and the second sealing portion 22 also need to have a shape with a variable cross section in the radial direction with respect to the axis of the rotating shaft 30 to match the shape of the opening 13. The rotating disk 20 is still in the shape of a sector when viewed along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 30.
In one embodiment, the functional assembly 100 of the present invention further includes a motor 60, and the motor 60 can be directly connected to the turntable 20 to drive the turntable 20 to rotate, so as to achieve direct driving. The direct driving can eliminate the rotation error of the turntable 20 and improve the rotation precision, but if the direct driving is realized, the motor 60 and the turntable 20 are required to be coaxially arranged, which is not beneficial to the thickness control of the functional assembly 100. For this reason, in other embodiments, the motor 60 is not disposed coaxially with the turntable 20, but drives the turntable 20 to rotate through a transmission device, and any conventional rotation transmission method can be implemented on the present invention, and is not limited herein. It should be noted that the transmission itself has certain errors and needs to be controlled in a targeted manner.
Further, an angle sensor 61 and a processing unit 62 may be further disposed on the functional assembly 100, the angle sensor 61 is configured to sense a rotation angle of the turntable 20 and form an angle signal, and the processing unit 62 controls the output or the parking of the motor 60 according to the angle signal, so as to position the turntable 20 at each of the parking positions.
In another embodiment, see fig. 5, a ratchet 14 is elastically connected to the housing 10, the rotating disc 20 is provided with a plurality of notches 24 matching with the shape of the ratchet 14, and the ratchet 14 is clamped into the notches 24 on each stop position to limit the rotating disc 20 on the stop position. The ratchet 14 is elastically connected with respect to the rotary disc 20, so that the ratchet 14 can reciprocate with respect to the rotary disc 20, and the reciprocating direction is opposite to the direction of the notch 24. The notches 24 correspond to the stop positions of the rotary table 20 one by one, after the ratchet 14 is clamped in the notches 24, the rotary action of the rotary table 20 is withstood by the ratchet 14, and the rotary table 20 cannot enter the next stop position without external force, so that the stopping action is realized.
It will be appreciated that the ratchet 14 is located within the housing 10 with relatively little restriction and may be correspondingly arranged depending on the arrangement of the dial 20. The ratchet 14 may be aligned with the axis of the shaft 30 or may be parallel to the shaft 30, depending on the configuration of the notch 24. The notch 24 may be disposed on the outer edge of the turntable 20, and in some embodiments where the turntable 20 is fan-shaped, the notch 24 may be disposed on the arc surface of the fan-shaped section 23. Some of the discs 20 may be notched 24 in the direction of the axis of the shaft 30, with the ratchet teeth 14 parallel to the axis of the shaft 30.
In the embodiment of fig. 5, a stop disc 25 coaxial with the rotating shaft is disposed on the rotating disc 20, and the notch 24 is disposed on the stop disc 25, such an arrangement can ensure that the notch 24 does not appear on the rotating disc 20, and the rotating disc 20 rotated out of the housing 10 can also ensure the consistency of its appearance, and meanwhile, the notch 24 is disposed on the stop disc 25, which also saves the space of the rotating disc 20 and helps the rotating disc 20 to accommodate more functional devices.
The rotation direction of the rotating disc 20 when extending out from the accommodating cavity 12 may be set to rotate in a single direction as in the first embodiment of the present invention, that is, the rotating disc 20 rotates from the accommodating cavity 12 to the rest of the stop positions along a first direction, and the corresponding rotating disc 20 rotates back to the first stop position 01 from the rest of the stop positions, that is, when the rotating disc 20 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12, the rotating disc 20 needs to rotate in a direction opposite to the first direction. The opening 13 required for the turntable 20 of such a facility is relatively small and easy to seal.
The turntable 20 may be configured to rotate out of the receiving cavity 12 in two opposite directions as in the second embodiment of the present invention, that is, the turntable 20 rotates from the receiving cavity 12 to the second stop 02 in a first direction, and the turntable 20 rotates from the receiving cavity 12 to the third stop 03 in a second direction, where the first direction and the second direction are opposite. In this arrangement, the opening 13 is relatively large and the first seal portion 21 is also relatively long, but the rotation angle of the rotary plate 20 can be reduced by reversing the direction by the bidirectional rotation, and the required functional device can be called by turning the rotary plate 20 at 90 degrees at most, and the calling time of the functional device can be shortened when the angular speed of rotation is constant.
The functional devices are preferably connected wirelessly to reduce or avoid the number of wires running inside the turntable 20, thereby saving space. However, in the case that wireless data communication cannot be achieved completely due to a large data amount or poor wireless transmission effect of some functional devices, the turntable 20 should still keep the cavity for routing. In a preferred embodiment, the traces in the rotary disk 20 can be connected to the inside of the housing 10 through the rotating shaft 30, thereby hiding the data lines and achieving a certain protection function for the data lines through the cavities formed inside the components. However, the wired transmission has a problem that the turntable 20 is not suitable for performing unlimited rotation in the same direction, and the rotation of the turntable 20 needs to be limited to prevent the data line from being excessively twisted and damaged. Therefore, a stop part 15 is provided on the housing 10, a limit part 26 is provided on the turntable 20 to be matched with the stop part 15, and the stop part 15 and the limit part 26 are contacted when the turntable 20 rotates to a certain angle so as to limit the rotation angle of the turntable 20 relative to the housing 10. It will be appreciated that the angle of rotation cannot exceed 360 degrees.
The stop portion 15 and the limit portion 26 can be engaged in a variety of ways, and any conventional stop mechanism can be used in the present invention. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the limiting portion 26 protruding from the rotating disc 20 is disposed along the radial direction of the rotating shaft 30, and the stopping portion 15 is the frame 11. Specifically, the surface of the stopping portion 15 with the stopping function is the surface of the frame 11 facing the inside of the accommodating cavity 12. The distance between the frame 11 and the rotating shaft 30 is smaller than the distance between the limiting portion 26 and the rotating shaft 30, and when the turntable 20 drives the limiting portion 26 to rotate to the frame 11, the limiting portion 26 interferes with the inner surface of the frame 11, so as to limit the further rotation of the turntable 20.
It is understood that, in the case where the stopper portion 26 is provided as an extension in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 30, or in the functional module 100 equipped with the stopper plate 25, the stopper portion 26 is provided on the stopper plate 25, it is possible to restrict further rotation of the rotary plate 20 by providing the corresponding stopper portion 15. In the first embodiment, the limiting portion 26 may be the first sealing portion 21, the corresponding stop portion 15 is the frame 11, and specifically, a surface of the stop portion 15 having the stop function is an outer surface of the frame 11 away from the accommodating cavity 12.
The first functional device 40 may be one of a camera module, an iris recognition module, a face recognition module, a fingerprint recognition module, a flash, a photosensor, a receiver, and the like, and the second functional device 50 may also be one of the above-mentioned devices. The cooperation among a plurality of functional devices can realize various functions or adapt to various scenes. In addition to the combination of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the invention can also be used for matching the camera module with a plurality of flash lamps so as to meet the shooting requirements under different light conditions; the camera module can be matched with the flash lamp and the photosensitive sensor to perform the function of adjustable light supplementing shooting; the matching of two cameras can be adopted, so that the camera shooting effect is correspondingly improved; the matching unlocking function can be realized among the iris recognizer, the face recognition module and the fingerprint recognition module, or even among the iris recognizer, the face recognition module and the fingerprint recognition module; the front camera and the rear camera can be simultaneously carried out, and 360-degree VR video shooting is achieved.
Because a plurality of functional devices of the functional assembly 100 of the present invention can be freely combined, various functional devices can be used in a matching manner, which not only enhances the adaptability of the functional assembly 100, but also improves the user experience.
Furthermore, the functional assembly 100 of the present invention may further include a plurality of the rotating discs 20, and the first functional device 40 and the second functional device 50 on the plurality of rotating discs 20 may be the same as or different from each other, so that a user can conveniently rotate and hide the plurality of rotating discs 20 independently according to the actual scene and the requirements of the functions, thereby realizing the matching and combination of the plurality of functional devices, avoiding a situation that one rotating disc 20 can only carry a limited number of functional devices due to the limited volume, and also avoiding a situation that the rotating disc 20 has an excessively large volume and causes unnecessary energy consumption during rotation, further avoiding the situation that one rotating disc 20 rotates on a large scale to realize the matching and use of two functional devices, and consuming time and power.
Fig. 6 shows a mobile terminal 200 including the functional component 100 of the present invention, when the mobile terminal 200 includes a first panel 201, the first panel 201 covers the frame 11, and the receiving cavity 12 is correspondingly covered by the first panel 201, the mobile terminal 200 of the present invention can hide at least a part of the functional component 100 behind the first panel 201 without affecting the appearance consistency of the first panel 201. After the first sealing part 21 also adopts the same appearance processing manner as the frame 11, the appearance consistency of the whole mobile terminal 200 in each direction tends to be complete, which improves the appearance of the mobile terminal 200 as a whole for users.
Meanwhile, due to the rich functional settings of the functional components 100, the operability of the mobile terminal 200 is improved, and the user experience is improved.
It can be understood that, when the first panel 201 is a display screen, the display screen is mounted on the housing 10, and the turntable 20 is in the first stop position 01, and the display area of the display screen at least partially covers the turntable 20, and heretofore, because of the requirement of disposing various functional devices on the first panel 201, the display area of the display screen cannot completely cover the first panel 201, and a part of the area on the first panel 201 must be occupied to dispose these functional devices, thereby compressing the screen occupation ratio of the mobile terminal 200. The mobile terminal 200 using the functional assembly 100 of the present invention can be rotated out when needed because the functional device is hidden on the turntable 20, thereby avoiding the situation that the functional device is disposed on the first panel 201 and the consistency of the appearance is damaged.
It is understood that the mobile terminal 200 may further include a second panel 202 disposed on a side of the functional component 100 opposite to the first panel 201, that is, the functional component 100 is disposed between the first panel 201 and the second panel 202, and the second panel 202 also covers at least a portion of the functional component 100, so that the functional component 100 can be hidden between the first panel 201 and the second panel 202, and the appearance consistency of the mobile terminal 200 is further improved.
The control method of the present invention is applicable to the mobile terminal 200, wherein the turntable 20 in the mobile terminal 200 is driven by the motor 60, and the method specifically includes:
101. the mobile terminal 200 receives a first extending signal, the mobile terminal 200 controls the motor 60 according to the first extending signal, the motor 60 drives the turntable 20 to rotate to the second stop 02, so that the turntable 20 at least partially extends out of the accommodating cavity 12, at this time, the first functional device 40 disposed on the turntable 20 extends out of the accommodating cavity 12 together with the turntable 20, and at this time, the second functional device 50 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12;
102. the mobile terminal 200 receives a second protruding signal, the mobile terminal 200 controls the motor 60 according to the second protruding signal, the motor 60 drives the turntable 20 to rotate to the third stop position 03, so that the turntable 20 at least partially protrudes out of the accommodating cavity 12, and at this time, the second functional device 50 protrudes out of the accommodating cavity 12, it can be understood that the first functional device 40 may protrude out of the accommodating cavity 12 together, or may be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12, which is not limited herein;
103. the mobile terminal 200 receives the contraction signal, the mobile terminal 200 controls the motor 60 according to the contraction signal, and the motor 60 drives the turntable 20 to rotate to the first stop position 01, so that the turntable 20 retracts into the accommodating cavity 12.
It is understood that the first extension signal, the second extension signal and the contraction signal may not be directly issued by the user, but the mobile terminal 200 may be automatically invoked internally according to the requirements of the usage scenario. For example, after the user presses the key for connecting the call function, the mobile terminal 200 calls the earphone by itself; or when the user extends out of the camera to take a picture, the mobile terminal 200 automatically adjusts the starting number of the flash lamps.
