Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a rapid positioning high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete combined permanent formwork.
Background
The form engineering is developed along with the development of concrete engineering, and has quite a long history at home and abroad. The permanent formwork, also called as disposable consumption formwork, is not removed after pouring the cast-in-place concrete structure, wherein the permanent formwork is used as a protective layer or is combined with the cast-in-place structure to form a common stress member. The method has the advantages of simplified construction process, simple operation, improved labor conditions, no or less template support, saving of the labor for template support and disassembly, acceleration of construction progress and the like, and is mainly made of steel, fiber reinforced plastic and the like at present. Although the production cost of the permanent template is higher than that of the traditional template, the factors of labor reduction, material loss reduction, construction period shortening, building durability enhancement, long-term maintenance cost reduction, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like are comprehensively considered, and the total cost of engineering using the novel permanent template is lower. Therefore, the permanent template has good development prospect.
In the concrete structure under the environment of chlorine salt such as ocean, the service life of the concrete structure is mainly prolonged by adopting seawater corrosion resistant concrete at present. However, in tidal areas and splash areas where corrosion is particularly severe, the seawater corrosion resistant concrete structure can be damaged earlier due to water flow flushing and dry and wet circulation, which affects the overall life of the structure.
On the other hand, since the seawater corrosion resistant concrete needs to use high quality raw materials, particularly high quality admixtures, the availability thereof is poor, which makes it difficult for many projects to employ this technical measure. There are also a number of large-volume concrete structures whose interior does not require high resistance to chloride ions, but if seawater corrosion resistant concrete is used, it is required to use all of them, resulting in waste of materials and high cost.
Considering that the durability of the structure is poor, namely the corrosion of the internal reinforcing steel bars and the damage of external concrete in the marine environment, in order to further improve the service life of the structure in the marine environment, the thought that the ultra-high performance concrete permanent formwork is adopted as the outer surface layer of the structure and the common concrete is adopted in the structure is provided, so that the cost is reduced and the consumption of high-quality raw materials is reduced, and the special concrete is fully utilized.
The ultra-high performance concrete is a high performance cement-based material developed at the end of the 20 th century, and is initially active powder concrete (RPC) developed in France in 1993, and is mainly used for constructing highway bridges, repairing and reinforcing structures and the like abroad at present.
The permanent template is prepared by adopting the ultra-high performance concrete, the advantages of the ultra-high performance concrete can be fully exerted, the problem that the durability of the seawater corrosion resistant concrete in a tidal zone and a splash zone is low is solved, and the ultra-high performance concrete is a good application and is a leading-edge subject in the world.
For ultra-high performance concrete to be used as a permanent formwork for concrete structures, there are only a few conceptual designs and experimental studies at present, which are also simple plate-like or monolithic forms.
In practical engineering, besides the integral permanent templates adopted by partial small-size columns, a large number of bridge piers, pier columns, retaining walls and other building structures have too large volumes to adopt the integral permanent templates, and the combined permanent templates are required to be adopted. However, when the combined type permanent formwork is used, a formwork seam inevitably exists, the seam part of the formwork is a weak link of stress of a structural member, leakage caused by the seam part is also a main problem affecting the durability of the structure, and how to effectively solve the problem is one of the key problems that whether the ultra-high performance concrete combined type permanent formwork can be used or not. In addition, whether the combined permanent template and the internal concrete can be well connected or not avoids generating internal communication channels caused by void, and is also important to guaranteeing the durability of the concrete structure. Finally, how to quickly position the combined permanent formwork in the splicing process, and greatly improving the construction efficiency are also technical problems to be solved by the technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a combined type permanent template for quickly positioning high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
The outer side of the permanent formwork is a plane or a curved surface, and the inner side of the permanent formwork is provided with ribs; the four edges are thickened and provided with rabbets, and the lap joint positions of the rabbets are hydrophobic surfaces; the outer side of the template is formed into a filling slot after the tongue-and-groove is lapped, the inner side of the tongue-and-groove is provided with a through long groove, and a water-swelling adhesive tape is placed in the groove; a locating plate is fixed in the middle of the inner side of the upper edge of the permanent template, and a notch plate matched with the locating plate is fixed in the middle of the corresponding lower edge.
Further, the thickness of the edge of the permanent template is 40-80 mm, the thickness of the area between the edge and the rib is not less than 15mm and not more than the thickness of the rib, the rib is arranged transversely, longitudinally or obliquely, and the height of the rib is not more than the height of the edge.
Further, broken stone or pressed dents are scattered on the inner side edge part of the permanent template and the area between the inner side edge part of the permanent template and the intercostal area, and the projection area of the broken stone or the dents accounts for 1% -50% of the area between the side edge part of the permanent template and the intercostal area. By spreading crushed stone or pressing dents, a concave-convex surface can be formed on the inner side of the permanent form to increase the adhesion of the permanent form to post-cast concrete.
Further, the nominal grain diameter of the crushed stone is 16-31.5 mm, the projection area of the crushed stone accounts for 10-20% of the area between the edge and the rib, and the crushed stone is partially embedded into the template; the dent is round with the diameter of 10-30 mm, the projected area of the dent occupies 10-20% of the area between the edge and the rib, the depth of the dent is 5-10 mm, and the thickness of the template at the dent is not less than 10mm.
Further, the rabbets of the upper edge part and the lower edge part of the permanent template are provided with a corresponding arc-shaped bulge and groove to form a clamping groove, and the height or depth of the clamping groove is 10-30 mm; the rabbets of the left side part and the right side part of the permanent template are arranged to be corresponding to the bulges and the hollows of a rectangle or a trapezoid, and the length of the rabbets is 20-100 mm.
Further, the locating plate is an ultra-high performance concrete locating circular plate with the thickness of 10-40 mm and the radius of 50-300 mm.
Further, the groove for placing the water-swellable adhesive tape is rectangular.
Further, the caulking groove formed on the outer side of the formwork after the rabbet is overlapped is small on the outer side and large on the inner side, and the width of the outer side is 5-15 mm.
Further, the main body material of the permanent template is stainless steel wire mesh or fiber mesh reinforced ultra-high performance concrete, and the rib and edge materials are stainless steel bars, fiber bars, high-strength bars or prestressed bars reinforced ultra-high performance concrete.
Furthermore, each of the four corners of the permanent template is provided with a bolt hole, the bolt holes are designed to be small outside and large inside, round reinforcing ribs are designed on the inner sides of the bolt holes, the round reinforcing ribs are connected with ribs on two sides into a whole through the reinforcing ribs, and the thickness of the plate at the positions of the bolt holes is consistent with that of the ribs.
Furthermore, the ribs of the permanent templates are provided with embedded nuts, and the embedded nuts are connected with the steel bars in the ribs to prevent the embedded nuts from falling off. The embedded nut is used for installing a shear key so as to further increase the shearing resistance. The length of the shear key is not less than 5cm, and the shear key is installed before the template is installed.
The ultra-high performance concrete combined permanent formwork has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) The ultra-high performance concrete permanent formwork has high strength and good durability, and can effectively protect the internal concrete.
(2) The template adopts ribbed design, and the quality is lighter, and convenient transportation and installation can carry out the concatenation of each direction, and engineering adaptability is good.
(3) The template can be prefabricated in a factory, the industrialization degree is high, the dimensional accuracy is high, the size of the splice joint is reduced, and the durability is improved.
(4) The four sides of the template are designed to be rabbet, so that the permeation path length of external substances is greatly increased on one hand; on the other hand, the lap joint of the rabbet is a hydrophobic surface, the hydrophobic paste is coated before installation, and the water-swelling adhesive tape is arranged at the rabbet, so that the infiltration of external substances can be effectively prevented, and the durability can be effectively improved.
(5) The ultra-high performance concrete is used as the caulking agent, and the sizes of the caulking groove and the bolt hole are small outside and large inside, so that the caulking agent can be effectively prevented from being separated, and the penetration of external substances such as seawater can be prevented.
(6) The upper and lower limit portion of template sets up the locating plate, can fix a position fast, improves the efficiency of construction by a wide margin.
(7) The edge and intercostal area of the template adopt the method of spreading broken stone to form the concave-convex of the inner surface, so that the template and the internal concrete are tightly combined, the permeation path caused by the void of the template is effectively avoided, and the structural durability is improved. The method has the advantages that a certain amount of broken stones are embedded on the inner surface of the template, and the embedded broken stones are wrapped by the concrete poured later to form a whole, so that the problem of void of the internal concrete and the external template is effectively solved. Compared with the traditional methods of preparing concave-convex grooves, concave-convex patterns, adding shear nails and the like, the method does not need a template, and is convenient to construct and low in cost.
(8) The concave-convex surface of the inner surface can be increased by adopting a dent pressing method at the edge part of the template and the intercostal area, so that the template and the internal concrete are tightly combined, the permeation path caused by void of the template is effectively avoided, and the structural durability is improved. Compared with the traditional mode of pouring the concave-convex pattern, the die plate surface for pressing the dents does not need a die plate, the surface of the part without pressing the dents is rough, and when the dents are pressed, concrete near the dents can be raised, so that the roughness is further increased.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Example 1
The structural schematic diagram of the combined permanent formwork for the rapid positioning high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete is shown in fig. 1 to 6. The outer side of the permanent formwork is a plane, the size is 900 multiplied by 600mm, the plane thickness is 15mm, and the plane material is organic fiber net reinforced ultra-high performance concrete; the inner side is provided with ribs, the ribs are arranged transversely and longitudinally, 2 ribs 101 are arranged longitudinally, 3 ribs 102 are arranged transversely, the width of each rib is 30mm, and the height of each rib does not exceed the height of each edge; the thickness of the four edges is 30mm, and a tongue-and-groove is arranged, and the lap joint of the tongue-and-groove is a hydrophobic surface; the grooves and tongues of the upper and lower sides of the permanent mold plate are provided with a corresponding semicircular protrusion 401 and groove 402 to form a clamping groove, and the height or depth of the clamping groove is 10mm. A rectangular groove 501 with a through length is arranged at the inner side of the template in the length direction of the semicircular bulge and groove part, the width of the groove is 5mm, the depth is 10mm, the rectangular groove is used for placing a water-swelling adhesive tape in advance, a protective film is adhered to the adhesive tape, and the rectangular groove is removed before the template construction. A stainless steel nut 601 is pre-buried in the middle position of the inner side of the upper edge, and a super-high-performance concrete positioning circular plate 701 is fixed by a stainless steel bolt, wherein the thickness of the circular plate is 10mm, and the radius is 50mm; two stainless steel nuts 602 are pre-buried in the intermediate position of the corresponding lower side, a super-high-performance concrete positioning semicircular notch plate 702 matched with the positioning circular plate is fixed by a stainless steel bolt, the thickness and the arc notch of the notch plate correspond to the semicircle of the upper side, and the diameter of the semicircle notch is slightly larger than the diameter of the circle of the upper side by 1mm. The tongue-and-groove of left side portion and right side portion sets up to the protruding 403 and the concave 404 of a rectangle that corresponds, and its length is 30mm, sets up a rectangular groove 502 that leads to long in protruding and concave portion's length direction near template inboard position, and the recess width is 5mm, and degree of depth is 5mm for place in advance and meet water expansion adhesive tape, adhesive tape pastes the protection film outward, gets rid of before the template construction. The outside of the template forms a caulking groove 503 after the tongue and groove overlap joint, the size of the caulking groove 503 is that the outside is small and the inside is big, the width of the outside is 5mm, the width of the inside is 7mm, and the depth of the caulking groove is 5mm. The rib and the edge are made of ultra-high performance concrete reinforced by glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the thickness of the protective layer is 10mm. The enlarged view of the caulking groove formed on the outer side of the template after the rabbets of the upper edge and the lower edge of the high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete permanent template are overlapped is shown in fig. 7; an enlarged view of the caulking groove formed on the outside of the form after the tongue-and-groove of the left and right sides are overlapped is shown in fig. 8.
The inner side edge portion of the permanent form and the intercostal area are indented 200 to form a concave-convex surface, the structure of which is schematically shown in fig. 9, to increase the adhesion of the permanent form to post-cast concrete. The pressed dents are round, the diameter of the circle is 10mm, the projected area of the dents accounts for 10% of the area of the edge and intercostal area of the permanent template, and the depth of the dents is 5mm.
And 3 embedded nuts 604 with the diameter of 20mm are further arranged on each transverse rib on the inner side of the permanent template and are used for installing shear keys so as to further increase the shearing resistance. The embedded nuts are connected with the prestressed reinforcement in the inner rib to prevent the embedded nuts from falling out. The length of the shear key is 8cm, and the shear key is installed before the template is installed.
The application process of the rapid positioning high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete combined permanent formwork in building concrete pouring is as follows: before the permanent formwork is installed, the hydrophobic paste is coated on the grooved and tongued joint surface, then the adjacent ultra-high performance concrete permanent formworks are formed into the formworks of the building structure in a splicing mode, the ultra-high performance concrete positioning circular plates and the notch plates at the upper edge and the lower edge of the formworks are utilized for quick positioning, and after the internal concrete is poured, the ultra-high performance concrete joint mixture is filled in the joint filling grooves and the bolt holes of the permanent formworks.
The ultra-high performance concrete has ultra-high strength and ultra-high durability, the compressive strength is 145MPa, the electric quantity value is 18C, and the ultra-high performance concrete contains PVA organic fiber reinforced crack resistance.
Example 2
The outer side of the permanent formwork is a plane, the size of the permanent formwork is 3000 multiplied by 2400mm, the thickness of the plane is 30mm, and the plane material is stainless steel wire mesh reinforced ultra-high performance concrete; the inner side is provided with ribs, the ribs are arranged transversely and longitudinally, 2 ribs are arranged longitudinally, 3 ribs are arranged transversely, the width of each rib is 40mm, and the height of each rib does not exceed the height of each edge; the thickness of the four edges is 60mm, and a tongue-and-groove is arranged, and the lap joint of the tongue-and-groove is a hydrophobic surface; the rabbets of the upper edge and the lower edge of the permanent template are provided with an arc-shaped bulge and a corresponding groove to form a clamping groove, and the height or depth of the clamping groove is 20mm. A rectangular groove with a through length is arranged at the inner side of the template in the length direction of the semicircular bulge and groove part, the width of the groove is 10mm, the depth is 10mm, the rectangular groove is used for placing a water-swelling adhesive tape in advance, a protective film is adhered to the adhesive tape, and the rectangular groove is removed before the template is constructed. A stainless steel nut is pre-embedded in the middle position of the inner side of the upper edge, and a super-high-performance concrete positioning circular plate is fixed by a stainless steel bolt, wherein the thickness of the circular plate is 20mm, and the radius is 200mm; two stainless steel nuts are pre-buried in the intermediate position of the lower limit portion that corresponds, a follow-up stainless steel bolt is fixed with the ultra-high performance concrete location breach board of location plectane complex, and the thickness and the arc breach of breach board correspond with the semicircle of upper limit portion, and the diameter of arc breach is slightly greater than the diameter 1mm of the circle of upper limit portion. The tongue-and-groove of left side portion and right side portion sets up to the protruding and concave of a right trapezoid that corresponds, and its length is 50mm, sets up a rectangular groove that leads to long in the length direction of protruding and concave part near template inboard position, and the recess width is 10mm, and the degree of depth is 10mm for place in advance and meet water expansion adhesive tape, adhesive tape pastes the protection film outward, gets rid of before the template construction. The outside of the template forms a caulking groove after the tongue-and-groove is lapped, the size of the caulking groove is that the outside is small, the inside is big, the width of the outside is 5mm, the width of the inside is 7mm, and the depth of the caulking groove is 10mm. The rib and the edge are made of ultra-high performance concrete reinforced by high-strength steel bars, and the thickness of the protective layer is 10mm.
The edge and intercostal area of the permanent form is spread with broken stone 300 to form a concave-convex surface, the structure of which is shown in figure 10, so as to increase the adhesion between the permanent form and the post-cast concrete, the nominal grain diameter of the spread broken stone is 19-26.5 mm, the projected area of the broken stone accounts for 15% of the area of the edge and intercostal area of the permanent form, and the broken stone is spread to apply vibration to the concrete so as to enable the broken stone to be embedded into the concrete.
And 3 embedded nuts with the diameter of 20mm are further arranged on each transverse rib on the inner side of the permanent template and are used for installing a shear key so as to further increase the shearing resistance. The embedded nuts are connected with the prestressed reinforcement in the inner rib to prevent the embedded nuts from falling out. The length of the shear key is 8cm, and the shear key is installed before the template is installed.
The four corners of the permanent template are respectively provided with a bolt hole 603, the bolt holes are designed to be small outside and large inside, the positions of the bolt holes are 1/6 of the positions in the height direction and 1/5 of the positions in the width direction, round reinforcing ribs are designed at the positions of the bolt holes and are connected with longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs on two sides into a whole through the reinforcing ribs, the thickness of the plate at the positions of the bolt holes is consistent with that of the ribs, and the reinforcing ribs are schematically shown in figure 11.
The application process of the rapid positioning high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete combined permanent formwork in building concrete pouring is as follows: before the permanent formwork is installed, the hydrophobic paste is coated on the grooved and tongued joint surface, then the adjacent ultra-high performance concrete permanent formworks are formed into the formworks of the building structure in a splicing mode, the ultra-high performance concrete positioning circular plates and the notch plates at the upper edge and the lower edge of the formworks are utilized for quick positioning, and after the internal concrete is poured, the ultra-high performance concrete joint mixture is filled in the joint filling grooves and the bolt holes of the permanent formworks.
The ultra-high performance concrete has ultra-high strength and ultra-high durability, the compressive strength is 155MPa, the electric quantity value is 15C, and the ultra-high performance concrete contains stainless steel fiber reinforced crack resistance.
Example 3
The outer side of the permanent formwork is a plane, the size of the permanent formwork is 4500 multiplied by 2400mm, the thickness of the plane is 40mm, and the plane material is ultra-high performance concrete reinforced by stainless steel wire mesh; the inner side is provided with ribs, the ribs are arranged transversely and longitudinally, 2 ribs are arranged longitudinally, 5 ribs are arranged transversely, the width of each rib is 50mm, and the height of each rib is consistent with the height of each side; the thickness of the four edges is 80mm, and a tongue-and-groove is arranged, and the lap joint of the tongue-and-groove is a hydrophobic surface; the rabbets of the upper edge and the lower edge of the permanent template are provided with a corresponding arc-shaped bulge and groove to form a clamping groove, and the height or depth of the clamping groove is 30mm. A rectangular through-length groove is formed in the inner side of the template, close to the length direction of the arc-shaped bulge and the groove, the width of the groove is 10mm, the depth of the groove is 10mm, the rectangular through-length groove is used for pre-placing a water-swelling adhesive tape, a protective film is adhered to the adhesive tape, and the rectangular through-length groove is removed before construction of the template. A stainless steel nut is pre-embedded in the middle position of the inner side of the upper edge, and a super-high-performance concrete positioning circular plate is fixed by a stainless steel bolt, wherein the thickness of the circular plate is 40mm, and the radius is 300mm; two stainless steel nuts are pre-buried in the intermediate position of the lower limit portion that corresponds, a follow-up stainless steel bolt is fixed with the ultra-high performance concrete location breach board of location plectane complex, and the thickness and the arc breach of breach board correspond with the semicircle of upper limit portion, and the diameter of arc breach is slightly greater than the diameter 2mm of the circle of upper limit portion. The tongue-and-groove of left side portion and right side portion sets up to the protruding and concave of a rectangle that corresponds, and its length is 100mm, and the length direction that is close to the template inboard position at protruding and concave portion sets up a rectangular recess that leads to the length, and the recess width is 20mm, and the degree of depth is 10mm for place in advance and meet water expansion adhesive tape, adhesive tape pastes the protection film outward, gets rid of before the template construction. The outside of the template forms a caulking groove after the tongue-and-groove is lapped, the size of the caulking groove is that the outside is small, the inside is big, the width of the outside is 8mm, the width of the inside is 10mm, and the depth of the caulking groove is 10mm. The rib and the edge are made of prestressed reinforced ultra-high performance concrete, and the thickness of the reinforcement protection layer is 15mm.
The edge and intercostal area of the permanent template are spread with gravels to form concave-convex surfaces so as to increase the bonding between the permanent template and post-cast concrete, the nominal particle size of the spread gravels is 19-26.5 mm, the projected area of the gravels accounts for 15% of the area of the edge and intercostal area of the permanent template, and the gravels are spread to apply vibration to the concrete so as to enable the gravels to be embedded into the concrete.
And 4 embedded nuts with the diameter of 20mm are further arranged on each transverse rib on the inner side of the permanent template and are used for installing a shear key so as to further increase the shearing resistance. The embedded nuts are connected with the prestressed reinforcement in the inner rib to prevent the embedded nuts from falling out. The length of the shear key is 8cm, and the shear key is installed before the template is installed.

The application process of the rapid positioning high-waterproof ultra-high-performance concrete combined permanent formwork in building concrete pouring is as follows: before the permanent formwork is installed, the hydrophobic paste is coated on the grooved and tongued joint surface, then the adjacent ultra-high performance concrete permanent formworks are formed into the formworks of the building structure in a splicing mode, the ultra-high performance concrete positioning circular plates and the notch plates at the upper edge and the lower edge of the formworks are utilized for quick positioning, and after the internal concrete is poured, the ultra-high performance concrete joint mixture is filled in the joint filling grooves and the bolt holes of the permanent formworks.
The ultra-high performance concrete has ultra-high strength and ultra-high durability, compression strength of 165MPa, electric quantity value of 12C and stainless steel fiber reinforced crack resistance.
