Abstract

本发明属于核动力,即压水堆燃料组件。所申请的发明要解决的一个技术任务是燃料组件可靠性的提高及其制造成本降低。本发明所达到的技术效果:燃料组件的下格架刚接着尾端肋片的结构设计。这样一来,该结构允许减小下格架的厚度,降低燃料组件的未加热下部区域中的水力阻力。技术效果达到途径:包括燃料元件束、定位格架、管式道、下格架和尾端的燃料组件中,根据发明证书,下格架配有销钉,而尾端肋片带有套管。中央销与套管牢牢地连接着。

技术领域
本发明属于核动力,即压水堆燃料组件。
背景技术
目前有一个由装在定位格架上的燃料元件束组成的压水堆燃料组件-1000(ВВЭР-1000)。定位格架被固定到骨架的管式道上,管式道则设在带有尾端的下格架中(2079170,МПКG21C3/32(2016/01)俄罗斯发明特许证)-作为首版。
该首版的主要缺点是下格架与燃料组件的尾端仅有周边的刚性连接,而其底部由尾端肋片支撑着。从而,当轴向力向上加荷时,这可以因尾端卡在支架里致使燃料组件抽出或燃料元件束加长或缩短的条件下而发生,有可能发生设计未规定的下格架变形。以解决这一问题,下格架进行加厚。这可增加下格架的金属耗用量及其制造劳动量。由于下格架内冲击式孔的高度增加,燃料组件的未加热下部区域中的水力阻力相应地增大。
发明内容
所申请的发明要解决的一个技术任务是燃料组件可靠性的提高及其制造成本降低。
本发明所达到的技术效果:燃料组件的下格架刚接着尾端肋片的结构设计。这样一来,该结构允许减小下格架的厚度,降低燃料组件的未加热下部区域中的水力阻力。
技术效果达到途径:包括燃料元件束、定位格架、管式道、下格架和尾端的燃料组件中,根据发明证书,下格架配有销钉,而尾端肋片带有套管。中央销与套管牢牢地连接着。

具体实施方式
包括燃料元件束(1)、定位格架(2)、管式道(3)、下格架(4)、尾端(5)和肋片(6)的反应堆燃料组件以其下格架配有中央销(7),尾端肋片(6)带有套管(8),同时中央销(7)与套管(8)牢牢地连接着为特点。
燃料组件是由定位格架(2)、管式道(3)、带有中央销(7)的下格架(4)装配的。其次,燃料元件束(1)设置在燃料组件中,然后燃料元件束(1)与尾端(5)进行连接,此时中央销(7)装入尾端的套管(5)中。确保下格架(4)的底端由尾端(6)肋片支撑之后,中央销(7)焊在套管(8)上,而下格架的角都焊在尾端棱边上。
装置如下操作。固定在套管里的金属耗用量减少的下格架中央销保证下格架在接受反应堆内重量、水力和振动载荷作用时的尺寸稳定性。下格架的厚度减小致使燃料组件的未加热下部区域中的水力阻力减少,从而,燃料组件内的水力阻力整体下降。
工业应用
更加合理地,把提出的技术方案应用于压水堆堆芯中、设有燃料元件的燃料组件中。

1.一种反应堆燃料组件,包括燃料元件束(1)、定位格架(2)、管式道(3)、下格架(4)、和带肋片(6)的尾端(5),其特征在于,该反应堆燃料组件的下格架(4)配有中央销(7),尾端(5)的肋片(6)带有套管(8),中央销(7)与套管(8)牢牢地连接着,下格架(4)的角都焊在尾端(5)的棱边上。
