11.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物在标准状况下为固体,其中当所述组合物与足以使所述组合物基本上完全溶解的体积的饮料混合时形成可食用的气泡溶液。
12.形成可食用气泡的方法,其包括:
a)将权利要求1的组合物与可食用饮料混合以形成混合的组合物;
b)将所述混合的组合物的膜悬在固体载体上面;和
c)将空气向悬在所述固体载体上的所述膜的上面引导以产生包括所述混合的组合物的气泡。
13.可食用气泡配制剂,其包括:
饮料;和
组合物,其包括:
水;
约1重量%至约10重量%的至少一种表面活性剂;
约0.5重量%至约1.5重量%的增稠剂;和
约0.05重量%至约0.15重量%的pH调节剂,
其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油两性二乙酸二钠、辛酰辛基葡糖苷、椰油葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基谷氨酸二钠、椰油基谷氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺DIPA、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、椰油酰胺DEA、和它们的混合物,
其中所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔豆胶、黄原胶、羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基羟乙基纤维素、甲基乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、聚环氧乙烷、和它们的混合物,和
其中所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、乙酸、和它们的混合物。
14.如权利要求13所述的可食用气泡配制剂,其进一步包括调味品以使得用户能够产生经调味的可食用气泡。
15.如权利要求14所述的可食用气泡配制剂,其中所述调味品与包括所述饮料和所述组合物的溶液分开包装以使得用户能够将期望量的调味品混合到所述溶液中。
16.如权利要求14所述的可食用气泡配制剂,其中所述调味品作为包括所述饮料、所述组合物和所述调味品的溶液的组分提供。
