Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及无毒液体玩具和休闲物品,且具体地涉及配制剂,其当适当地混合时形成适于吹泡的可食用液体溶液。
背景技术
皂泡(下文中简称“气泡(泡状物,bubble)”)为由皂、或罕见地另外的相似表面活性剂、和水的混合物构成的薄膜,其包封空气而形成具有色彩斑斓的表面的空心球。数世纪以来,气泡一直被用于娱乐和欢乐意图。特别地,通过管或棒(wand)吹出气泡是一种对于幼儿非常流行的游戏活动。
迄今为止,气泡的吹出通常一直仅通过预包装的皂液、或通过自制皂液完成。这对于儿童可能是沮丧的,他们可能期望用其它液体例如饮料吹泡。另外,皂液,无论是预包装的或自制的,可能对十分幼小的儿童造成危险,这些儿童可能试图饮用所述溶液或食用所述气泡。这样的皂液还可为眼睛刺激物,并且如果被吞咽或与用户舌头接触时具有令人不舒服的味道。
因此,在本领域中对于如下手段存在期望:借助该手段将常见液体例如饮料转换成吹泡液体。在本领域中对于无毒的且中性-或令人愉悦的味道的吹泡溶液存在进一步的期望。
发明内容
本公开提供组合物,其包括:水;约1重量%至约10重量%的至少一种表面活性剂;约0.5重量%至约1.5重量%的增稠剂;和约0.05重量%至约0.15重量%的pH调节剂,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠(月桂基聚醚硫酸钠)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油两性二乙酸二钠(disodiumcocoamphodiacetate)、辛酰辛基葡糖苷(caprylyl capryl glucoside)、椰油葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基谷氨酸二钠、椰油基谷氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺DIPA、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、椰油酰胺DEA、和它们的混合物,其中所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔豆胶、黄原胶、羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基羟乙基纤维素、甲基乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、聚环氧乙烷、和它们的混合物,和其中所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、乙酸、和它们的混合物。
在实施方式中,所述组合物可包括约1重量%至约3重量%的所述至少一种表面活性剂,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠、和它们的混合物。
在实施方式中,所述组合物可包括约2重量%至约10重量%的所述至少一种表面活性剂,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油两性二乙酸二钠、和它们的混合物。
在实施方式中,所述至少一种表面活性剂可由第一表面活性剂和第二表面活性剂组成,其中所述第一表面活性剂为所述组合物的约0.5重量%至约2重量%并且所述第二表面活性剂为所述组合物的约0.5重量%至约1.5重量%,其中所述第一表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠、和它们的混合物,和其中所述第二表面活性剂选自椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油两性二乙酸二钠和它们的混合物。

在实施方式中,所述组合物可进一步包括甜味剂。所述甜味剂可选自艾德蔓甜(高倍甜味剂,advantame)、阿斯巴甜、糖精、甜菊、三氯蔗糖、乙酰氨基磺酸钾、纽甜(neotame)、和它们的混合物,并且其为所述组合物的约0.002重量%至约1重量%。
在实施方式中,所述组合物在标准状况下可为液体。
在实施方式中,所述组合物当与饮料按约1:1至约2:1的饮料:组合物体积比混合时可形成可食用的气泡溶液(起泡溶液)。
在实施方式中,所述组合物在标准状况下可为固体,其中所述可食用的气泡溶液当所述组合物与足以使所述组合物基本上完全溶解的体积的饮料混合时形成。
本公开还提供形成可食用气泡的方法,其包括:a)将权利要求1的组合物与可食用饮料混合以形成混合的组合物;b)将所述混合的组合物的膜悬(suspend)在固体载体上;和c)将空气向悬在所述固体载体上的所述膜的上面引导以产生包括所述混合的组合物的气泡。
本公开进一步提供可食用气泡配制剂,其包括:饮料;和组合物,其包括水、约1重量%至约10重量%的至少一种表面活性剂、约0.5重量%至约1.5重量%的增稠剂和约0.05重量%至约0.15重量%的pH调节剂,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油两性二乙酸二钠、辛酰辛基葡糖苷、椰油葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基谷氨酸二钠、椰油基谷氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺DIPA、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、椰油酰胺DEA、和它们的混合物,其中所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔豆胶、黄原胶、羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基羟乙基纤维素、甲基乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、聚环氧乙烷、和它们的混合物,和其中所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、乙酸、和它们的混合物。
在实施方式中,所述可食用气泡配制剂可进一步包括使得用户能够产生经调味的可食用气泡的调味品。所述调味品可与包括所述饮料和所述组合物的溶液分开包装以使得用户能够将期望量的调味品混合到所述溶液中,或者所述调味品可作为包括所述饮料、所述组合物和该调味品的溶液的组分提供。
具体实施方式
任选地,本公开的组合物可单独地或连同与其混合的可食用液体一起与调味品和/或着色剂以形成着色的和/或经调味的气泡。替代地或另外地,本公开的组合物可包括一种或多种调味品和/或着色剂以赋予用所述组合物形成的气泡颜色和/或风味。
所述组合物可作为包括本公开组合物的等分部分(aliquot)和一种或多种另外的套装组分的套装(kit)的一部分供应,所述套装可包括用于与可食用液体一起形成可食用的气泡溶液的混合使用说明、在由使用所述套装组分产生的任何溶液生成气泡中使用的“棒”、混合和/或储存用容器、与本公开的组合物可混溶的饮料、和可食用的调味品和/或着色剂。

其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油两性二乙酸二钠、辛酰辛基葡糖苷、椰油葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基谷氨酸二钠、椰油基谷氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺DIPA、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、椰油酰胺DEA、和它们的混合物,

c)将空气向悬在所述固体载体上的所述膜的上面引导以产生包括所述混合的组合物的气泡。
13.可食用气泡配制剂,其包括:
饮料;和
组合物,其包括:
水;
约1重量%至约10重量%的至少一种表面活性剂;
约0.5重量%至约1.5重量%的增稠剂;和
约0.05重量%至约0.15重量%的pH调节剂,
