Description

含有金属纤维的异质针织物
本发明涉及含有金属纤维和其它纤维的相对较薄的异质针织物,更具体来说,其中接近于其一个表面的区域中的纱线成分不同于接近于其另一个表面的区域中的纱线成分。假定所述其它纤维也可以耐受极端温度,这种针织物可以应用在很冷或很热的场合。
从本申请人的专利WO 94/01373中已经知道含有金属纤维纱线的定做的异质针织物。因而在其表面的预定区域和/或穿过织物厚度,针织图案可以不同。WO 94/01372也描述了这种异质织物在高温下在模制玻璃板时作为分离布的应用。在上述生产中,以及在其它应用中,由于含有金属纤维的相对较薄的异质针织物综合了较高空气穿透性及一定程度的隔绝能力,因而对其需求日益增加。尽管含有必要比例的金属纤维,这种织物的重量最好保持最小。
按照本发明的含有金属纤维的异质针织物,其目的是适应上述要求,它提供一种平针织物结构,其中,具有高金属纤维含量的纱线靠近于一个表面,而具有低金属纤维含量的纱线靠近于另一个表面。这里,术语“高金属纤维含量”应理解为至少30%体积的金属纤维,最好为大于40%体积的金属纤维。这里,“低金属纤维含量”应理解为少于12%体积的金属纤维,最好为少于7%体积的金属纤维。低含量纱线甚至可以由100%的其它纤维构成,它们可以是碳、玻璃、玄武岩、陶瓷或合成纤维。针织物一般重量小于2000g/m2,最好重量小于1500g/m2
为了取得最好的织物密度(透气性),接近一个表面的纱线和接近另一表面(见背面)的纱线最好按照相同的针织花纹平行地取向,并且彼此邻近。可以这样说,它们的性质就象双纱线,它们可以在圆筒形针织机或针织横机上,使用压平技术进行平针织造(plain flat knitted)。取决于纱线粗度(yarn thickness),针床中针间的间距对于圆型针织来说可为5和30之间,对于平面针织来说,可以为5和20之间。具有高金属纤维含量的纱线和具有低金属纤维含量的纱线因此被同时拉入以便织向同一根针,每种都置于足够的张力之下,以便形成平针织物(单针织组织层),其中,纱线之一总是在另一纱线之前经过。具有低金属纤维含量的纱线通常比具有高金属纤维含量的纱线更光滑。这有利于平针操作。
具有高金属纤维含量的纱线最好是短纤维纱线,其中,金属纤维如不锈钢纤维的直径介于4μm和50μm之间。在布的另一侧的纱线可以是100%玻璃、玄武岩或棉或合成丝的长丝纱。其直径小于40μm。适当的合成丝包括聚芳酰胺或聚酰亚胺丝(kevlar(R)),du Pont deNemours的商品名称、Twaron(R),AKZO/ENKA的商品名称。短纤纱,不管是否为一或多种纤维构成的加捻纱,都是适用的。
在平针加工过程中,可以使用一种纱(带有高金属纤维含量),也可以使用另一种纱(很少或没有金属纤维)来生产一种织物,该织物在其表面上带有存在针织花纹的一些区域,带有不同的每平方米重量、密度(透气性)、可拉伸性或导电性。如本申请人的比利时专利申请第97/00614号中所述,为了增强织物,例如织物也可含有衬纱(interliningyarn)。最后,如上所述的一个单层织物区可以在横机上局部地设置在一个包围的、例如双层的针织结构中。这样就可以生产一种针织织物,在其部分表面上含有相对较薄的异质针织物。因此,这种布穿过其厚度,以及在其表面上都是异质的。
实例
现在以举例的方式更详细地描述按照本发明的针织物的一个实施例,以及它在压缩模制平板玻璃中作为分离布的应用。但是,本发明并不局限于此或类似实施例。这种针织物是在一台Stoll CMS 440型横机上以12针距(a pitch of 12 gauges)织成一种单面针织结构,没有加固衬纱。在从布上除去所有的增白剂后,布的厚度约为1mm。这种布每平方厘米62.5个针迹,其重量为980g/m2。这种布显示了4164的透气性(l/h/10cm2),因而适于用作压缩模的阳模部分的衬层。这种布的玻璃纤维表面与模接触,因此,在模制过程中,金属纤维的外表面与玻璃板接触。
在这种分离布中,短纤维高金属纤维含量的纱由直径为12μm、133特的100% Bekinox型AISI 316L纤维构成。低金属纤维含量的纱由136特的100%的玻璃丝构成。
如果按照本发明的异质针织物构成气体燃烧器的燃烧膜片,那么要使用粗纱线。针织机的针间的间距(separation)例如可调至5。100%的本申请人的专利WO 97/04152中所述的金属丝纱线设置在膜片的出口侧面(燃烧器表面)上。
设置在布的供气侧面的层例如可以为100%的玻璃纱线或陶瓷纱线。
按照本发明的异质针织物也可以用作抵抗炉热的热罩或用作电磁屏蔽布。按照本发明也可以制造在抛光侧面上带有耐磨金属纤维纱线的抛光布。还可以将这种异质针织物埋置在塑料基质中。其它纤维的部分则最好可以包括能够与模具的塑料相结合的合成纤维。

Claims (14)

1.异质针织物,包括金属纤维和其它纤维,其特征在于:具有一种单层针织结构,其中,具有高金属纤维含量的纱线位置朝向一个表面,具有低金属纤维含量的纱线位置朝向另一表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的针织物,其特征在于:所述针织物设置在圆形纬编机上,针床中针间的间距在5和30之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的针织物,其特征在于:所述针织物设置在平型纬编机上,针间的间距在5和20之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的针织物,其特征在于:重量小于1500g/m2
