Description

Ginger shampoo composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of shampoo products, and particularly relates to a ginger shampoo composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, two-in-one shampoo is popular in China, the shampoo can clean hair and simultaneously can make the hair soft and moist, but the problems of dry head, itchy head, easy dandruff generation and the like can occur under the condition of dry weather or poor growth environment of the scalp. Hair is a cutinized exudate like a thread on the epidermis that develops within tubular hair follicles. The hair root lies below the skin surface and swells at its base to form a hair bulb, which contains the matrix of dividing cells. When new cells are formed, old cells push up, and keratinization occurs to form hair roots and hair shafts. Therefore, the scalp is also maintained while hair washing, and the hair can be healthier to grow only if the scalp has a healthy growing environment, so that the hair can be more healthily prevented from being dry, itchy and dandruff, and the hair is beautiful and attractive.
The ginger is an economic crop with high development and utilization values, contains physiological active substances such as zingerone, gingerol and the like, also contains protein, polysaccharide, vitamins and a plurality of trace elements, integrates nutrition, seasoning and health care, is regarded as a health care product with homology of medicine and food by ancient medical scientists, and has a plurality of health care functions of dispelling cold, eliminating dampness, warming stomach, accelerating blood circulation and the like. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, ginger is warm in nature and has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome and dispersing, so that the ginger can increase local blood circulation, stimulate the opening of hair follicles and promote hair regeneration by being externally applied. The ginger has good hair growth effect and can effectively remove dandruff. The shampoo containing the ginger can promote hair growth, make hair more black and bright, and achieve the effects of repairing hair, preventing hair breakage and keeping hair from drying.
The ginger component in the skin-care and hair-care product has well-known effects on relieving itching, controlling oil and improving hair quality, and the use form is generally one of the following three types:
1. juicing or peeling the crushed materials, has simple process and natural effect, but has low utilization rate and difficult quality control;
2. the water/water-ethanol extract concentrate, also called ginger root extract, does not contain gingerol or contains less gingerol, and has unsatisfactory effect when being used alone in ginger shampoo products;
3. the volatile oil, also called ginger root oil, is usually extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, water vapor extraction or microwave (organic solvent), and has high gingerol content and obvious effect.
In order to alleviate the irritation of gingerol, various skin care products are generally controlled to be about 1% or used together with menthol and borneol, but the irritation of the cool components is also large; CN201710935710.7 discloses a hand cream containing ginger composition, which is prepared by extracting ginger juice with triethanolamine solution, and reacting with carbonic acid acrylic acid to obtain ginger component derivative; the ginger and apple acne-removing mask disclosed in CN201310714586.3 adopts apple juice to relieve the irritation of the ginger juice.

Both example 1 and comparative example 1 used the same amount of ginger root oil, and the pungency was higher than example 1 because comparative example 1 did not add ingredients that relieve the pungency of ginger, such as hyaluronic acid, polylysine, and aloe extract; comparative example 2 although hyaluronic acid, polylysine and aloe extract were not added, the pungency of comparative example 2 was very low because only a single extract of ginger root oil was used, ginger root oil was not used, and the gingerol content of the ginger root extract was much lower than that of ginger root oil.
In examples 1 to 5, the ginger root oil and the ginger root extract are used in combination, so that the evaluation on the aspects of relieving itching, controlling oil, improving hair quality and the like is higher than that of the comparative example 1 using a single ginger root oil and that of the comparative example 2 using a single ginger root extract, and the effect of the matching use of the ginger root oil and the ginger root extract on hair washing is more excellent.
