While the foregoing embodiments have been described in detail and with reference to the present invention, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made based on the disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A chain driven floor back grooving apparatus, the grooving apparatus comprising:
a base (1);
a slotting main cutter shaft mechanism (2);
the adjustable high-pressure plate mechanism (3) is arranged below the slotting main cutter shaft mechanism (2) and used for pressing the first surface of the floor board;
the flexible carrier roller device (4) is arranged below the adjustable high-pressure plate mechanism (3) and used for supporting the second surface of the floor board; and
the roller transmission mechanisms (5) are two groups, are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the slotting main cutter shaft mechanism (2), each roller transmission mechanism (5) comprises an upper roller assembly (51), a lower roller assembly (52) and an upper roller heightening device, and a gap for a floor board to pass through is reserved between the upper roller assembly (51) and the lower roller assembly (52);
wherein,
the left side of roller drive mechanism (5) sets up first chain (581), first motor (583), the right side of roller drive mechanism (5) sets up second chain (582), first chain (581) are around establishing two on lower roller subassembly (52), second chain (582) are around establishing two on last roller subassembly (51), first motor (583) drive connection transmission shaft (584), first end (5841) drive connection of transmission shaft first chain (581) and set up the outside of first chain 581, second end (5842) drive connection of transmission shaft second chain (582) and set up the inboard of second chain (582) make lower roller subassembly (52) with last roller subassembly (51) counter-rotating.

The chain-driven floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the roller transmission mechanism (5) further comprises a plurality of first guide wheels (585), second guide wheels (586), the shafts of the first guide wheels (585) being fixedly connected to the base (1) for changing the orientation of the first chain (581) or the second chain (582).

The chain-driven floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the shaft of the second guide wheel (586) is slidably arranged on the base (1), a third cylinder (587) is also fixed on the base (1), and the moving part of the third cylinder (587) is fixed on the second guide wheel (586) for tensioning the first chain (581) or the second chain (582).

The chain-driven floor back grooving apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said grooving main arbor mechanism (2) includes a spindle cutting motor (21), a servo runout motor (22), an eccentric shaft rocker mechanism, a spindle mounting rocker arm bracket (23), a saw blade knife group (24), said spindle mounting rocker arm bracket (23) being hinged on said base (1), said saw blade knife group (24) including a spindle, said spindle passing through one side of said spindle mounting rocker arm bracket (23) and being in driving connection with said spindle cutting motor (21) through a universal coupling (25), the other side of said spindle mounting rocker arm bracket (23) being connected with one end of said rocker (26) in said eccentric shaft rocker mechanism, the other end of said rocker (26) being hinged with said eccentric shaft (27) in said eccentric shaft rocker mechanism, said eccentric shaft (27) being in driving connection with said servo runout motor (22).

The chain-driven floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper roller assembly (51) and the lower roller assembly (52) each comprise two third rollers (54) arranged in parallel, the upper roller heightening device comprises a wedge-shaped slide block (531) for carrying the third rollers (54) in the upper roller assembly (51), a first screw rod (532) capable of moving the wedge-shaped slide block (531), two ends of the third rollers (54) in the upper roller assembly (51) are hinged and fixed on a rotating plate (55), a rotating shaft (56) is arranged on the rotating plate (55) in a penetrating manner, the rotating plate (55) can rotate around the rotating shaft (56), the upper part of the rotating plate (55) is connected with a moving part of a second air cylinder (57), the main body of the second air cylinder (57) is fixed on two side brackets of the upper roller assembly (51), and two ends of the third rollers (54) in the lower roller assembly (52) are supported by the wedge-shaped slide block.
6. The chain driven floor back grooving apparatus as defined in claim 5, wherein said third roller (54) is provided with a coded counter.

The chain-driven floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the grooving apparatus further comprises a feed protection height limiting device (6), the feed protection height limiting device (6) being arranged at an inlet of one end of the roller drive (5) for feeding.
8. The chain driven floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the grooving apparatus further comprises a main dust suction hood (7), the main dust suction hood (7) being covered above the saw blade set (24), the main dust suction hood (7) being in communication with the dust suction apparatus.
