Claims (10)

1. A dust free floor back grooving apparatus, the grooving apparatus comprising:
a base (1);
a slotting main cutter shaft mechanism (2);
the adjustable high-pressure plate mechanism (3) is arranged below the slotting main cutter shaft mechanism (2) and is used for pressing the first surface of the floor plate;
the flexible carrier roller device (4) is arranged below the adjustable high-pressure plate mechanism (3) and is used for supporting the second surface of the floor plate;
the grooving device comprises roller transmission mechanisms (5), wherein the number of the roller transmission mechanisms (5) is two, the roller transmission mechanisms are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the grooving main cutter shaft mechanism (2), each roller transmission mechanism (5) comprises an upper roller assembly (51) and a lower roller assembly (52), the upper roller assembly (51) and the lower roller assembly (52) respectively comprise two third rollers (54) which are arranged in parallel, a gap for floor boards to pass through is reserved between the upper roller assembly (51) and the lower roller assembly (52), and the roller transmission mechanisms (5) are driven by a first motor (583) in a matching manner with a chain mechanism;
the main dust collection shield (7) is arranged above a saw blade cutter group (24) in the slotting main cutter shaft mechanism (2) in a covering mode, the main dust collection shield (7) is communicated with dust collection equipment, and a plurality of static elimination rods are arranged on the inner side wall of the main dust collection shield (7); and
and the discharging cleaning device (8) is arranged behind the roller transmission mechanism (5) at the rear side of the discharging cleaning device (8).

The dust-free floor back grooving equipment according to claim 1, wherein the discharging and cleaning device (8) comprises a brush roller (81), a sliding block (82) fixedly connected to two ends of the brush roller (81), a second screw rod (83) fixedly connected to the sliding block (82) on two moving blocks, two steering boxes (84) connected to rotating shafts of the second screw rod (83), and an adjusting shaft (85) penetrating through the two steering boxes (84), wherein the brush roller (81) is in driving connection with the first motor (583).
3. Dust-free floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 2, wherein both ends of the brush roller (81) are hinged to the base (1), and one end of the brush roller (81) is connected to one end of the third roller (54) by a belt or a chain.
4. A dust free floor back grooving apparatus as claimed in claim 3 wherein the brush drum (81) comprises a plurality of brush units (811), the two ends of the brush units (811) being serrated.
5. The dust-free floor back grooving apparatus of claim 4, wherein the outfeed cleaning device (8) further comprises an auxiliary suction hood (86), the auxiliary suction hood (86) is disposed over the brush drum (81), the auxiliary suction hood (86) is in communication with a suction device.
6. Dust-free floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the base (1) is provided with rails corresponding to the sliding blocks (82), the rails comprising two long shafts (87) arranged in parallel on both sides of the second screw (83) axis of rotation.

The dust-free floor back grooving apparatus of claim 1, wherein the grooving main spindle mechanism (2) comprises a spindle cutting motor (21), a servo bounce motor (22), an eccentric spindle rocker mechanism, a spindle mounting rocker arm bracket (23), a saw blade set (24), the main shaft mounting rocker arm bracket (23) is hinged on the base (1), the saw blade cutter group (24) comprises a main shaft, one side of the spindle penetrating through the spindle mounting rocker arm bracket (23) is in driving connection with the spindle cutting motor (21) through a universal coupling (25), the other side of the main shaft mounting rocker arm bracket (23) is connected with one end of the rocker (26) in the eccentric shaft rocker mechanism, the other end of the rocker (26) is hinged with the eccentric shaft (27) in the eccentric shaft rocker mechanism, the eccentric shaft (27) is in driving connection with the servo jump motor (22).

The dust-free floor back grooving equipment according to claim 7, wherein the flexible roller device (4) comprises a first roller (41), a second roller (42) and a first air cylinder (43), the first roller (41) is located right below the saw blade cutter group (24) and used as a lower support of a cutting position, two ends of the first roller (41) are respectively connected with a moving part of the first air cylinder (43), a cylinder body of the first air cylinder (43) is fixed on the base (1), the second roller (42) is fixed on the base (1), and the second roller (42) is distributed on two sides of the first roller (41).
9. Dust-free floor back grooving apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the material of the first roller (41) is steel.
10. The dust-free floor back grooving apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a feed guard height limiting device (6), wherein the feed guard height limiting device (6) is disposed at an inlet of an end of the roller drive mechanism (5) for feeding.
