the photoelectric switch 11 is arranged at the inlet of the roller table 2 along the distribution direction of the feeding auxiliary pressing frame 3, the photoelectric switch 11 is fixedly installed at one side of the rack body 1, and the photoelectric switch 11 is electrically connected with the auxiliary cylinder 53 and the second electric spindle 72 and used for controlling the working states of the auxiliary cylinder 53 and the second electric spindle 72.
When the wood board trimming machine starts to work, the photoelectric switch 11 at the inlet of the roller table 2 detects a wood board, the auxiliary air cylinder 53 is started, the auxiliary air cylinder 53 drives the auxiliary feeding pressing frame 3 to move downwards, and after the auxiliary feeding pressing frames 3 at two ends are contacted with the wood board, the wood board is always subjected to a clamping force in the conveying process, so that the deviation of the wood board in the trimming process is avoided;
when the wood board travels to the first electric spindle 62, the photoelectric sensor 64 at the position transmits a signal to the main motor 24 and the worm gear reducer 42, at this time, the main motor 24 stops working, the conveying roller 21 stops rotating, the wood board is in a static state, the worm gear reducer 42 starts working, the worm gear reducer 42 drives the transverse trimming assemblies 6 at two sides of the portal frame 4 to slide along the slide rail 41, and simultaneously, the first electric spindle 62 works to perform transverse trimming on the wood board; after the worm reducer 42 moves for one stroke, the work is stopped, the main motor 24 is restarted, and the wood board continues to move along the roller table 2. The saw blades 73 on both sides of the frame act on the advancing plank to edge it longitudinally. Because the connecting seat 71 is fixedly provided with the guide plate 74, and the guide plate 74 is arranged between the connecting seat 71 and the saw blade 73 and extends towards the direction of the waste collection box 8, the bark residues trimmed by the saw blade 73 fall into the waste collection box 8 under the action of the guide plate 74, and the bark residues are prevented from falling on the ground to influence the operating environment.
Because the bottom of the waste collection box 8 is provided with the universal wheel 81, the veneer can be timely treated after the veneer is trimmed.
The roller table 2 is provided with a reference baffle 25 along one side of the conveying direction, and the reference baffle 25 is connected to the roller table 2 through a plurality of L-shaped connecting pieces and suspended above the roller table 2. The reference baffle 25 prevents deviation in the wood board processing process and improves the stability of the wood board processing.
