The support column 26 forms auxiliary support at the inside of the positioning groove 25, and prevents the workpiece from deforming due to local stress in the glue spraying process, thereby affecting the quality of the workpiece.
As shown in fig. 6, the positioning calibration assembly comprises a positioning calibration hole 23 and a positioning switch 24; the positioning calibration hole 23 is used for calibrating the glue spraying nozzle 42, and the positioning switch 24 is used for triggering the positioning calibration hole 23 to start positioning.
As shown in fig. 5, the cleaning assembly includes a cleaning collet 21, a cleaning locating hole 22; the cleaning chuck 21 consists of an elastic chuck which is tightened inwards and a cleaning part; the cleaning part comprises cloth, sponge, gauze and silica gel for cleaning; the elastic clamp is tightened to enable the cleaning part to wrap the glue spraying nozzle 42, and redundant residual glue of the glue spraying nozzle 42 is erased.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the positioning member body 60 includes a positioning substrate 61; the outer surface of the positioning substrate 61 is attached to the inner surface of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed, and is used for carrying out secondary positioning on the workpiece 90 to be sprayed; the positioning substrate 61 is provided with a through groove which penetrates through, and after the positioning substrate 61 is attached to the workpiece 90 to be sprayed, a region 64 to be sprayed is formed; the inner surface of the positioning substrate 61 is provided with a first dip 63; the first dip 63 is dip along the lateral through groove from the outer edge of the positioning substrate 61, and the glue spraying nozzle sprays liquid glue along the dip direction of the first dip 63. Because the liquid glue has certain fluidity, in order to ensure the glue spraying quality, no hollows are formed, the glue spraying direction is kept consistent, and the glue is only injected from the first dip 63 side, so that the glue only flows in a single direction.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the to-be-sprayed area 64 is not a complete single communication area, and the positioning member body 60 further includes a first blocking portion 65 for covering a part of the to-be-sprayed area 64; the first blocking portion 65 extends to two sides and is connected to the positioning substrate 61 to divide the to-be-sprayed area 64 into two parts. It should be understood that the illustration is only a two-part area 64 to be sprayed, but the area 64 to be sprayed should not be limited to the area 64 to be sprayed, and the area 64 to be sprayed should include, but is not limited to, a plurality of non-communication areas having different shapes. As shown in fig. 8, the positioning member body 60 further includes a second blocking portion 66 for covering a portion of the to-be-sprayed area 64; the second blocking portion 66 is connected to the first blocking portion 65, and the second blocking portion 66 and the first blocking portion 65 together divide the region 64 to be sprayed into two parts.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the first blocking portion 65 has a columnar structure, and the area of the column near the end of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed is smaller than or equal to the area of the column far from the end of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed. Similarly, the second blocking portion 66 is also in a columnar structure, the area of the column body close to the end of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed is smaller than or equal to the area of the column body far away from the end of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed, so that after the glue spraying is completed, the positioning piece body 60 can be conveniently separated from the inner surface of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed, the longitudinal sections of the first blocking portion 65 and the second blocking portion 66 in the direction vertical to the inner surface of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed are narrow downwards and wide upwards, the drawing inclination angle is 0-8 degrees, and particularly, when the drawing inclination angle is 5 degrees, the deformation of the glue surface caused by overlarge friction surface is avoided even if the separation is facilitated.
In a preferred embodiment, to ensure the fluidity of the glue in the region 64 to be sprayed, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the positioning member body 60 further includes a second dip 68; the dip amplitude of the second dip 68 is greater than the first dip 63 amplitude. Because of the existence of the second dip 68, the glue in the area 64 to be sprayed is smoothly filled in one direction, meanwhile, the second dip 68 is steeper than the first dip 63, and whether the glue spraying is finished can be judged by only detecting whether the second dip 68 has residual glue or not, and meanwhile, the area 64 to be sprayed cannot overflow from the second dip 68 after being filled.
In a preferred embodiment, to facilitate picking up and gripping of the positioner body 60, the positioner body 60 further includes a grip portion 62, as shown in fig. 7; the grip 62 is connected to the positioning substrate 61 and protrudes from the inner surface of the positioning substrate 61. In this embodiment, the positioning member body 60 further includes a positioning protrusion 67, and the positioning protrusion 67 extends out of the positioning substrate 61 to form a plane for positioning; quick positioning is achieved by the positioning bumps 67.
As shown in fig. 3, the first positioning of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed is performed by positioning the carrier body 20, and the spraying method based on the second positioning includes the following steps:
s1, installing a workpiece 90 to be sprayed on a glue spraying carrier, and configuring a positioning piece body 60 on the workpiece 90 to be sprayed to secondarily position a glue spraying area 64 of the workpiece 90 to be sprayed;
s2, spraying glue on the area 64 to be sprayed by the glue spraying assembly, and filling the area 64 to be sprayed with the liquid glue along the first dip 63;
s3, the vision detection device 50 collects images of the to-be-sprayed area 64, judges whether the to-be-sprayed area is qualified according to the collected images, and if so, the spraying is completed.
Before the glue spraying nozzle 42 of each glue spraying assembly 40 sprays glue, the glue spraying nozzle 42 is driven by the mechanical arm assembly 30 so as to move to the positioning and calibrating assembly for calibration. As shown in fig. 7, the glue spraying assembly 40 includes a glue spraying connection seat 41, a glue spraying nozzle 42, a glue spraying positioning column 43, and a mounting gap 44; the mounting gap 44 is used for facilitating the mounting of the glue-spraying positioning column 43; the glue spraying positioning column 43 is used for positioning the glue spraying nozzle 42; as shown in fig. 6, the positioning calibration assembly comprises a positioning calibration hole 23 and a positioning switch 24, wherein the positioning switch 24 is used for contacting the glue spraying positioning column 43 and triggering the positioning calibration hole 23 to position, and the positioning calibration hole 23 is used for calibrating the glue spraying nozzle 42.
After the glue spraying of the glue spraying nozzle of each glue spraying assembly is finished, the glue spraying nozzle is driven by the mechanical arm assembly 30, so that the glue spraying nozzle 42 moves to the glue nozzle cleaning assembly for cleaning. Wherein, as shown in fig. 5, the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning chuck 21 and a cleaning positioning hole 22; the cleaning collet 21 is composed of an elastic collet tightened inward and a cleaning part including, but not limited to, cloth, sponge, gauze, silica gel for cleaning; the elastic clamp is tightened to enable the cleaning part to wrap the glue spraying nozzle 42, redundant residual glue of the glue spraying nozzle 42 is erased, and the glue spraying nozzle 42 is ensured to be cleaned when glue is sprayed next time.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way; those skilled in the art can smoothly practice the invention as shown in the drawings and described above; however, those skilled in the art will appreciate that many modifications, adaptations, and variations of the present invention are possible in light of the above teachings without departing from the scope of the invention; meanwhile, any equivalent changes, modifications and evolution of the above embodiments according to the essential technology of the present invention still fall within the scope of the present invention.
