Background
A terminal typically includes a display device and a front camera. At present, in order to increase the screen ratio of the terminal, one way is to provide an opening on the display device and to provide a front camera at the opening.
A display device in the related art includes a display panel provided with a panel opening and a back adhesive attached to one side of the display panel (the back adhesive may be used for shielding light). The back adhesive is provided with back adhesive holes corresponding to the holes on the upper panel of the display panel. The camera can be arranged in the opening of the display panel and the back adhesive.
However, due to the fact that the back adhesive material is soft, the accuracy of the back adhesive hole in the back adhesive is low. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device in the related art.
The display device 10 may include a display panel 11 having a panel opening 111, a transparent cover 12 disposed on one side of the display panel 11, and a back adhesive 13 attached to the other side of the display panel 11. The back adhesive 13 may have various functions such as heat dissipation and light shielding. The adhesive 13 is provided with an adhesive opening 131 corresponding to the panel opening 111 of the display panel 11. The camera 30 may be disposed in an opening of the display panel 11 and the back adhesive 13. The transparent cover 12 may further include a light shielding ink 121, and the light shielding ink 121 is used to shield a non-display area near the panel opening 111 of the display panel 11.
The display device 10 can improve the screen ratio of the display device 10 by providing holes for placing cameras on the display panel and the back adhesive. The tubular hard ring 23 can penetrate the whole panel opening 211, so that light leakage at the panel opening can be avoided (the hard ring 23 can be made of opaque materials).
Among them, the display panel 21 may be a flexible display panel. Such as an Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) display panel.
Alternatively, the material of the hard ring 23 may comprise various hard metals or alloys, such as iron and steel, etc. The tolerance of the hard ring 23 made of metal or alloy is about 20 microns, and the precision is greatly improved. The hard ring 23 may be a circular ring, a square ring, a triangular ring, etc., and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Optionally, the outer wall of the hard ring 23 is provided with a flexible layer 24, and the flexible layer 24 is connected with the back adhesive 22. The flexible layer 24 can further protect the display panel and avoid direct collision of the hard ring 23 with the display panel. In addition, the hard ring is difficult to be directly connected with the gum, so that the flexible layer can be arranged on the outer wall of the hard ring, and the gum is connected with the flexible layer, so that the difficulty in arranging the hard ring is reduced.
Optionally, the inner wall of the rigid ring 23 is also provided with a flexible layer (not shown in fig. 3) for protecting the image acquisition assembly provided in the panel aperture. The image acquisition assembly is prevented from being damaged by collision between the image acquisition assembly and the hard ring 23, and the service life of the image acquisition assembly is prolonged.
Alternatively, the material of the flexible layer 24 may include silicone. Silica gel is a flexible material with strong shock resistance, and can greatly reduce the impact force of the hard ring on the display panel. The flexible layer 24 may be black in color to provide light leakage protection.
Optionally, the back adhesive 22 includes a laminated metal layer 222 (the material of the metal layer may include copper), a foam layer 223 and a mesh layer 224, the mesh layer 224 is adhered to one side of the display panel 21, and the foam layer 223 is connected to the flexible layer 24. Wherein the foam layer 223 may be connected to the flexible layer 24 by a foaming process. The back adhesive 22 may be Super Clean Foam (SCF).
Optionally, the display device 20 further comprises a transparent cover plate 25, and the transparent cover plate 25 is located on the other side (i.e. the side away from the adhesive) of the display panel 21. The transparent cover 25 may be used to protect the display panel 21. The transparent Cover 25 may be a Cover Glass (CG).
Optionally, one side of the transparent cover plate 25 close to the display panel 21 is provided with an annular light shielding structure 26, an orthographic projection of the annular light shielding structure 26 on the display panel 21 covers an edge of the panel opening 211, and an orthographic projection of an area surrounded by the annular light shielding structure 26 on the display panel is located in the panel opening 211. The annular light shielding structure 26 is used for shielding an area where an edge of the opening 211 of the display panel is located, but does not shield a viewing area of the image capturing component (the area may be an area where an orthographic projection of the image capturing component on the transparent cover plate is located), so as to improve the aesthetic degree of the opening area of the panel.
Wherein, the material of the annular light shielding structure 26 may include light shielding ink. The light-shielding ink is also called cover glass ink.
In the display device 20 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, since the size precision of the hard ring is high, the hard ring can be accurately aligned with the panel opening, and thus the panel opening does not need to be enlarged. Therefore, the size of the panel opening on the display panel is reduced, the size of the annular light shielding structure 26 can be reduced, and the aesthetic degree of the display device is improved.
Optionally, the display device 20 further includes a touch panel 27, and the touch panel 27 may be connected to the display panel 21 through a bottom optical Adhesive (BOCA) 271.
Optionally, the display device 20 further includes a Polarizer (POL) 28. The polarizer 28 may be connected to the transparent cover plate 25 by top optical Adhesive (TOCA).
Alternatively, the display panel 21 may include a display area 212 and a non-display area 213. The non-display area 213 surrounds the panel opening 211, and the remaining area is the display area 212.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of the display device provided with the camera 30, the display panel 21 does not directly collide with the camera 30 under the protection of the hard ring 23 and the flexible layer 24 on the outer wall thereof, so that the display panel 21 and the camera 30 are prevented from being damaged.

When the back adhesive provided with the hard ring is connected with the display Panel, the position of the display Panel can be determined according to a Panel Mark (English) on the display Panel, and the position of the back adhesive can be determined according to the hard ring. Therefore, the hard ring can be accurately aligned with the panel opening on the display panel.

a hard ring located in the adhesive backed aperture and an orthographic projection of the hard ring on the display panel is located in the panel aperture, the hard ring being made of a material comprising: opaque hard metal, and the precision of stereoplasm ring is higher than the precision of back of the body trompil.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the rigid ring has a tubular shape, and two ends of the tubular rigid ring are respectively located at two sides of the display panel.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein an outer wall of the hard ring is provided with a flexible layer, the flexible layer being connected with the back adhesive.
4. The display device according to claim 3, wherein a mesh adhesive layer included in the back adhesive is attached to one surface of the display panel, and a foam layer included in the back adhesive is connected to the flexible layer.
5. A display device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the material of the flexible layer comprises silicone.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a transparent cover plate on the other side of the display panel.

The display device according to claim 6, wherein a side of the transparent cover plate close to the display panel is provided with a ring-shaped light shielding structure, an orthographic projection of the ring-shaped light shielding structure on the display panel covers an edge of the panel opening, and an orthographic projection of an area surrounded by the ring-shaped light shielding structure on the display panel is located in the panel opening.
8. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the display panel comprises an active matrix organic light emitting diode AMOLED display panel.
9. A method of manufacturing a display device, the method being for manufacturing a display device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising:
providing a hard ring, a back adhesive and a display panel, wherein the back adhesive is provided with a back adhesive opening, and the display panel is provided with a panel opening;
disposing the hard ring in the adhesive backed aperture;
and arranging the back glue provided with the hard ring on one surface of the display panel, wherein the orthographic projection of the hard ring on the display panel is positioned in the panel opening hole.
