As another calculation method of the first function matching degree, after obtaining a vector representing a first function parameter of a device function in the terminal device and a vector representing a first function requirement parameter of a to-be-processed task for the device function, the to-be-processed task may further compare the first function requirement parameter of the to-be-processed task for a certain device function with the first function parameter of the device function in the terminal device. The function difference values of the terminal equipment on each equipment function are added to obtain the function mismatching degree of the terminal equipment and the task to be processed, and the first function matching degree of the terminal equipment for the task to be processed can be calculated according to the mismatching degree and the preset matching value.

In the second method for calculating the function matching degree, the device function of the terminal device may have a first function parameter, and the first function parameter may represent whether the terminal device has the device function, and correspondingly, the requirement information of the task to be processed may include a first function requirement parameter for the device function, which is used to represent whether the task to be processed has a requirement for the device function. Meanwhile, the requirement information of the task to be processed may further include weights corresponding to the respective device functions, and the weights are used to represent the importance degrees of the respective device functions in the task to be processed, and the first function requirement parameters of the respective device functions are adjusted according to the corresponding weights, so that the adjusted first function requirement parameters may be obtained. Therefore, for the task to be processed, the first function matching degrees of the smart watch, the television, the tablet personal computer, the smart sound box and the mobile phone are respectively 4.4, 3.2, 4.4, 2.5 and 4.4.
In addition, the required parameter of the task to be processed for a certain device function can be compared with the first function parameter of the device function in the terminal device to obtain the function difference value of each device function in the terminal device, and then the first function matching degree of each terminal device for the task to be processed is calculated.
The first function matching degree calculated by the second function matching degree calculating method can represent whether the terminal device has an important device function corresponding to the requirement information of the task to be processed. That is to say, the matching degree of the important device function has a large influence on the matching degree of the first function, and the matching degree of the unimportant device function has a small influence on the matching degree of the first function, so that the important device function corresponding to the requirement information of the task to be processed can be preferentially satisfied.
In the third method for calculating the function matching degree, the device function of the terminal device may have a second function parameter, the second function parameter may reflect the quality of the device function on the terminal device, and the quality of the device function may be determined according to a control parameter of the function provided on the terminal device, for example, a factor such as a size and a resolution of a display screen may affect the second function parameter of the display function, or a factor such as an identification capability of a touch click control may affect the second function parameter of the touch input function. The second function parameter of the device function on the terminal device may be configured when the terminal device leaves a factory, or may be calculated at a later stage according to the device parameter of the terminal device, and it may be understood that the second function parameter of the device function on the terminal device is positively correlated with the performance parameter of the device, for example, the larger the size of the display screen is, the higher the resolution is, the larger the pixel density is, the more the types of the display are supported, the larger the second function parameter of the display function of the device is.

The second function matching degree calculated by the third function matching degree calculating mode can represent the equipment function quality of the terminal equipment and can meet the requirement on the equipment function quality in the requirement information of the task to be processed. In the fourth method for calculating the function matching degree, the device function of the terminal device may have a second function parameter, the second function parameter may represent the quality of the device function on the terminal device, and the quality of the device function may be determined according to a control parameter of the function provided on the terminal device. As another second function matching degree calculation method, a vector of a function parameter indicating a function of a certain device in the terminal device may be multiplied by a vector of a function requirement parameter indicating an adjustment of the device function by the task to be processed, so as to obtain a matching degree of the terminal device on the device function, and then the matching degrees of the terminal device on each device function are added, so as to obtain a first function matching degree of the terminal device for the task to be processed. Therefore, for the task to be processed, the second function matching degrees of the smart watch, the television, the tablet personal computer, the smart sound box and the mobile phone are respectively 2.25, 1.75, 2.61, 1.75 and 2.61.
In addition, the requirement parameter of the task to be processed for a certain device function can be compared with the second function parameter of the device function in the terminal device to obtain the function difference value of each device function in the terminal device, and then the second function matching degree of each terminal device for the task to be processed can be calculated.
The second function matching degree calculated by the fourth function matching degree calculating way can represent the equipment function quality of the terminal equipment, and whether the requirement on the important function quality in the requirement information of the task to be processed can be met or not. That is to say, the matching degree of the important device function has a large influence on the matching degree of the second function, and the matching degree of the unimportant device function has a small influence on the matching degree of the second function, so that the quality requirement of the important device function corresponding to the requirement information of the task to be processed can be preferentially met.
The following is a detailed description of the determination of available information. The available conditions may include at least one of: the method comprises the following steps of obtaining a distance condition corresponding to the real-time distance between a user and the terminal equipment, a historical condition corresponding to the historical use record of the user for the equipment function of the terminal equipment, a correlation condition between the sight direction of the user and the position of the terminal equipment and a use condition corresponding to the real-time use state of the terminal equipment; accordingly, the available information may also include at least one of the first available information, the second available information, the third available information, and the fourth available information.
For the real-time distance between the user and the terminal device, the terminal device may obtain the real-time distance between the user and the terminal device through a user behavior, for example, when the user operates the terminal device through a touch input control, the distance between the terminal device and the user is small, or the user sends a voice, the terminal device may determine the distance between the terminal device and the user according to the volume, frequency and the like of the voice, or the terminal device may detect a physical state of the user, for example, the smart watch may detect a heart rate of the user, so as to obtain the real-time distance between the user and the smart watch. The terminal device may also be configured with ranging functionality, such as infrared ranging, ultrasonic ranging, etc., to detect the real-time distance of the user from the terminal device.
According to the real-time distance between the user and the terminal device, first available information of the terminal device can be determined, wherein the first available information comprises: whether the real-time distance between the user and the terminal equipment meets a distance condition, wherein the distance condition is a distance condition that the user can use the terminal equipment. It will be appreciated that the distance conditions may be different for different terminal devices, for example, the television may be used at a greater distance and the smart watch may be used at a lesser distance.
Of course, when the terminal device meets the distance condition, the first available information may also be specifically a distance available parameter, and the distance available parameter may be determined according to the real-time distance between the user and the terminal device and the optimal use distance of the terminal device, and is used to represent the real-time distance condition between the terminal device and the user. Specifically, the closer the real-time distance between the terminal and the user is to the optimal use distance of the terminal device, the larger the distance available parameter may be.
For example, referring to the specific scenario of the terminal device shown in fig. 6, a smart watch is worn on the hand by a user (a white kid) and the user is using a cell phone. The optimal use distance between the intelligent sound box and the user is 5 meters, and when the real-time distance between the intelligent sound box and the user is 10 meters, the available distance parameter of the intelligent sound box can be 0.2. Accordingly, the optimal usage distance between the smart watch and the user is 0 meter, that is, the smart watch is worn on the hand of the user, and the available distance parameter of the smart watch worn on the hand of the user may be 1. The distance available parameter for a tablet used by other users (black kids) may be 0.5 and the distance available parameter for a television 5 meters from the user may be 0.5. The distance available parameter for the handset being used by the user is 1.
Regarding the historical usage record of the device function of the terminal device by the user, the more the historical usage record, the more the user has usage habit for the device function of the terminal device, the second available information of the terminal device may be determined, where the second available information may include: whether the historical use record of the terminal equipment function by the user meets the historical condition or not, wherein the historical condition can be the use times of the terminal equipment function by the user or the historical selection condition of the terminal equipment function by the user, for example, the user actively selects to answer the call on a mobile phone for many times.
When the terminal device meets the preset history condition, the second available information may also be specifically a history available parameter, and the history available parameter may be determined according to the number of times the user uses the device function of the terminal device or the history selection condition of the user on the device function of the terminal device, and is used to represent the use habit of the user on the terminal device. Specifically, the more the user uses the device function of the terminal device, and/or the more the user selects the device function of the terminal device historically, the larger the historical available parameter may be.
For example, if the number of times the smart speaker is used to answer a call is 0, the historical availability parameter is 0, and the historical availability parameters of the smart watch, the tablet computer, the television and the mobile phone may be 0.5, 0.3, 0.1 and 0.5, respectively.
With the association condition of the sight line direction of the user and the position of the terminal device, the terminal device can acquire the association relationship between the sight line direction of the user and the position of the terminal device through a camera or other devices. For example, the camera on the terminal device captures the eyes of the user, which indicates that the position of the terminal device and the sight line direction of the user have a strong association relationship, and the camera on the terminal device does not capture the user or captures a part irrelevant to the operation of the user, such as a back head, the association relationship between the position of the terminal device and the sight line direction of the user may be considered to be weak.
Therefore, the third available information of the terminal device can be determined according to the association relationship between the sight line direction of the user and the position of the terminal device, wherein the third available information comprises: whether the implementation direction of the user and the position of the terminal equipment meet the association relationship or not. If so, the third available information may further include an association parameter for characterizing the strength of the association relationship.
For example, the associated parameter of the smart speaker at the back of the user may be 0, the associated parameter of the smart watch worn by the user on the hand may be 1, the associated parameter of the television being watched by the user may be 1, the associated parameter of the tablet computer being used by the other user may be 0, and the associated parameter of the mobile phone being used by the user may be 1.
To the extent that the real-time use state of the terminal device satisfies the use condition, the terminal device may obtain the use state of the terminal device by the user, so as to determine fourth available information of the terminal device, where the fourth available information may include: whether the real-time use state of the terminal equipment meets the use condition or not. Specifically, if the terminal device is being used by the user, the real-time use state of the terminal device does not satisfy the use condition. At this time, the fourth available information may include a usage parameter, where the usage parameter may be 0 or 1, and is used to represent whether the real-time usage state of the terminal device satisfies the usage condition, and if so, the usage parameter is 1, and if not, the usage parameter is 0. Therefore, the usage parameters of the television being watched by the user, the mobile phone being used and the tablet computer being watched by other users are 0, and the usage parameters of the smart watch and the smart sound box are 1.
In the embodiment of the present application, the available information may be determined according to actual situations, and specifically, one or more of the first available information, the second available information, the third available information, and the fourth available information may be used. Of course, the categories included in the available information should be consistent for a plurality of terminal devices in order to form a uniform selection criterion.
After determining the available information, if the available information includes multiple categories, the available information may also be normalized, and the obtained available information includes a normalization parameter. Specifically, the average value of each parameter in the available information may be obtained, or the weighted average of each parameter may be performed. And the weights of the distance available parameters, the history available parameters, the associated parameters and the use parameters are 0.2,0.1,0.2 and 0.5 respectively, and then a weighted average value is obtained for the distance available parameters, the history available parameters, the associated parameters and the use parameters, so that the normalized parameter of the smart watch is (0.2 + 1+0.1 +0.5 +0.2 + 1+ 0.5) 0.95, the normalized parameter of the tablet computer is (0.2 +0.5 +0.1 + 0.3+0+0) 0.13, the normalized parameter of the smart sound box is (0.2 +0+0+ 0+0.5 + 1) 0.54, and the normalized parameter of the television is (0.2 +0.5 + 0.1) 0.1+ 0.0.1 + 0.0.0.1 + 0.0.0.0 +0.1 + 0.0.0.0.0.1 + 0.0.0.0.
After the available information is determined, comprehensive parameters of the plurality of terminal devices can be respectively determined according to the function matching degree and the available information of the terminal devices, and the terminal device with the highest comprehensive parameter is selected as the target device. Generally speaking, the terminal device with the highest comprehensive parameter is one, and if there are a plurality of terminal devices with the highest comprehensive parameter, one terminal device may be randomly selected as the target device.
As an example, the comprehensive parameter may be a weighted average of the function matching degree and the available information, where the weight of the function matching degree may be 0.3, the weights of the normalized parameters in the available information may all be 0.7, and when the second function matching degrees of the smartwatch, the television, the tablet computer, the smartspeaker, and the mobile phone are 2.43, 2.32, 3.4, 2, and 3.4, respectively, and the normalized parameters are 0.95, 0.31, 0.13, 0.54, and 0.45, respectively, the calculated comprehensive parameters are 1.394, 0.913, 1.111, 0.978, and 1.335, so that the smartwatch with the highest comprehensive parameter may be used as the target device.
In order to better implement the above-mentioned aspects of the embodiments of the present application, the following also provides related apparatuses for implementing the above-mentioned aspects.
Referring to fig. 7, a control device 700 provided in the embodiment of the present application specifically corresponds to the functions of the control method described above. The functions may be implemented by hardware, or by hardware executing corresponding software. The hardware or software includes one or more units corresponding to the above functions, and the units may be software and/or hardware. The apparatus 700 may include:
a task obtaining unit 110, configured to obtain a to-be-processed task corresponding to a user account, where the to-be-processed task has requirement information, and the requirement information is information of an apparatus function required for processing the to-be-processed task;
an selecting unit 120, configured to select a target device from multiple terminal devices bound to the user account, where the target device has a device function corresponding to the requirement information, and the target device further meets an available condition, where the available condition includes at least one of the following: the method comprises the following steps that distance conditions corresponding to the real-time distance between a user and the terminal equipment, historical conditions corresponding to historical use records of the user on the terminal equipment, association conditions of the sight direction of the user and the position of the terminal equipment, and use conditions corresponding to the real-time use state of the terminal equipment are obtained;
a sending unit 130, configured to send the to-be-processed task to the target device, so that the target device processes the to-be-processed task.
As a possible implementation, the selecting unit includes:
a function matching degree determining unit, configured to determine, according to the requirement information of the to-be-processed task and the device functions of the plurality of terminal devices, function matching degrees between the plurality of terminal devices and the to-be-processed task, respectively;
an available information determining unit, configured to determine available information of the plurality of terminal devices according to available conditions of the terminal devices, respectively;
a comprehensive parameter determining unit, configured to determine comprehensive parameters of the plurality of terminal devices according to the function matching degrees and the available information;
and the selecting subunit is used for selecting the terminal equipment with the highest comprehensive parameter as the target equipment.
As a possible implementation, the apparatus further comprises:
and the splitting unit is used for splitting the initial task corresponding to the user account to obtain the task to be processed before the task to be processed corresponding to the user account is obtained.
As a possible implementation manner, the task obtaining unit includes:
the instruction acquisition unit is used for acquiring an instruction from a user, which is sent by the terminal equipment;
and the task obtaining subunit is used for obtaining the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account according to the instruction.
As a possible implementation, the terminal device includes at least one of the following devices: smart sound box, TV, panel computer, router, intelligent wrist-watch, bracelet, earphone, cell-phone, car machine, notebook computer.
In the embodiment of the application, the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account can be acquired, the to-be-processed task has the requirement information, and the requirement information is information of a device function required for processing the to-be-processed task and is used for reflecting the requirement of the terminal device for processing the to-be-processed task. The target device with the device function corresponding to the requirement information can be selected according to the device functions of the plurality of terminal devices bound with the user account, and the selected device function of the target device corresponds to the requirement information, so that the target device has the capability of processing the task to be processed, and meanwhile, the selected target device also meets the available condition, so that the target device is available at present, that is, the target device has the capability of processing the task to be processed and is available at the same time. Therefore, the to-be-processed task can be sent to the target device so that the target device can process the to-be-processed task, distribution of the to-be-processed task is achieved, more convenient and faster service is provided for a user, and user experience is improved.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a control system, which specifically corresponds to the functions of the control method described above, and the system includes: a server and a plurality of terminal devices; the terminal equipment comprises at least one of the following equipment: smart sound box, TV, panel computer, router, intelligent wrist-watch, bracelet, earphone, cell-phone, car machine, notebook computer. As an example, the hardware scenario shown in fig. 3 may be referred to, and other hardware scenarios may refer to the scenario in fig. 3, which are not illustrated and described herein.
The server is used for acquiring a to-be-processed task corresponding to a user account, wherein the to-be-processed task has demand information, and the demand information is information of equipment functions required for processing the to-be-processed task; selecting target equipment from a plurality of terminal equipment bound with the user account, wherein the target equipment has an equipment function corresponding to the requirement information, and the target equipment further meets available conditions, and the available conditions comprise at least one of the following conditions: the method comprises the following steps that distance conditions corresponding to the real-time distance between a user and the terminal equipment, historical conditions corresponding to historical use records of the user on the terminal equipment, association conditions of the sight direction of the user and the position of the terminal equipment, and use conditions corresponding to the real-time use state of the terminal equipment are obtained; sending the task to be processed to the target equipment;
and the terminal equipment is used for receiving the task to be processed sent by the server and processing the task to be processed.
As a possible implementation manner, the selecting, by the server, a target device from a plurality of terminal devices bound to the user account specifically includes:
the server determines the function matching degree between the terminal devices and the tasks to be processed according to the requirement information of the tasks to be processed and the device functions of the terminal devices;
the server respectively determines the available information of the plurality of terminal devices according to the available conditions of the terminal devices;
the server respectively determines the comprehensive parameters of the plurality of terminal devices according to the function matching degree and the available information;
and the server selects the terminal equipment with the highest comprehensive parameter as target equipment.
As a possible implementation, the server is further configured to:
before the task to be processed corresponding to the user account is obtained, splitting an initial task corresponding to the user account to obtain the task to be processed.
As a possible implementation manner, the acquiring, by the server, the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account specifically includes:
the server acquires an instruction from the user, which is sent by the terminal equipment bound with the user account;
and the server acquires the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account according to the instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account can be acquired, the to-be-processed task has the requirement information, the target device with the device function corresponding to the requirement information is selected according to the device functions of the plurality of terminal devices bound with the user account, the target device has the capability of processing the to-be-processed task and is available, and the to-be-processed task is sent to the target device, so that the target device can process the to-be-processed task, distribution of the to-be-processed task is achieved, more convenient and faster service is provided for a user, and user experience is improved.
Another control system provided in the embodiment of the present application specifically corresponds to the functions of the control method described above, and includes: a plurality of terminal devices; the terminal equipment comprises control equipment and a plurality of equipment to be selected except the control equipment;
the device to be selected comprises at least one of the following devices: the intelligent sound box comprises an intelligent sound box, a television, a tablet personal computer, a router, an intelligent watch, a bracelet, an earphone, a mobile phone, a vehicle machine and a notebook computer; the control device comprises one of the following devices: smart sound box, TV, panel computer, router, intelligent wrist-watch, bracelet, earphone, cell-phone, car machine, notebook computer.
As an example, the hardware scenario shown in fig. 4 may be referred to, and other hardware scenarios may refer to the scenario in fig. 4, which are not illustrated and described herein.

Next, a control apparatus in the embodiment of the present application will be described. Referring to fig. 8, the control apparatus 800 includes:
a receiver 801, a transmitter 802, a processor 803 and a memory 804 (wherein the number of processors 803 in the control device 800 may be one or more, one processor being taken as an example in fig. 8). In some embodiments of the present application, the receiver 801, the transmitter 802, the processor 803 and the memory 804 may be connected by a bus or other means, wherein fig. 8 illustrates the connection by a bus.
The memory 804 may include a read-only memory and a random access memory, and provides instructions and data to the processor 803. A portion of the memory 804 may also include NVRAM. The memory 804 stores an operating system and operating instructions, executable modules or data structures, or a subset or an expanded set thereof, wherein the operating instructions may include various operating instructions for performing various operations. The operating system may include various system programs for implementing various basic services and for handling hardware-based tasks.
The processor 803 controls the operation of the terminal device, and the processor 803 may also be referred to as a CPU. In a specific application, the components of the device for generating messages are coupled together by a bus system, wherein the bus system may include a power bus, a control bus, a status signal bus, and the like, in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, the various buses are referred to in the figures as a bus system.
The method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application can be applied to the processor 803 or implemented by the processor 803. The processor 803 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 803. The processor 803 described above may be a general purpose processor, a DSP, an ASIC, an FPGA or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 804, and the processor 803 reads the information in the memory 804 to complete the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
The receiver 801 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate signal inputs related to the associated settings and function controls of the user plane device, the transmitter 802 may include a display device such as a display screen, and the transmitter 802 may be used to output numeric or character information via an external interface.
In the embodiment of the present application, the receiver 801 and the transmitter 802 are used to implement data transceiving. And the processor 803 is configured to implement data transceiving through the receiver 801 and the transmitter 802, and complete a result obtaining process performed by the aforementioned control device.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium for storing a program code, where the program code is used to execute any one implementation of a control method in the foregoing embodiments.
The present application further provides a computer program product including instructions, which when run on a computer, cause the computer to execute any one implementation of a control method of the foregoing embodiments.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. acquiring a to-be-processed task corresponding to a user account, wherein the to-be-processed task has demand information, and the demand information is information of equipment functions required for processing the to-be-processed task;
selecting target equipment from a plurality of terminal equipment bound with the user account, wherein the target equipment has an equipment function corresponding to the requirement information, and the target equipment further meets available conditions, and the available conditions comprise at least one of the following conditions: the method comprises the following steps that distance conditions corresponding to the real-time distance between a user and the terminal equipment, historical conditions corresponding to historical use records of the user on the terminal equipment, association conditions of the sight direction of the user and the position of the terminal equipment, and use conditions corresponding to the real-time use state of the terminal equipment are obtained;
sending the task to be processed to the target device so that the target device processes the task to be processed;
the selecting a target device from the plurality of terminal devices bound to the user account includes:
determining the function matching degrees between the plurality of terminal devices and the task to be processed respectively according to the requirement information of the task to be processed and the device functions of the plurality of terminal devices;
respectively determining the available information of the plurality of terminal devices according to the available conditions of the terminal devices;
respectively determining comprehensive parameters of the plurality of terminal devices according to the function matching degree and the available information;
selecting the terminal equipment with the highest comprehensive parameters as target equipment;
before the task to be processed corresponding to the user account is obtained, the method further includes: splitting an initial task corresponding to the user account to obtain the task to be processed;
the method further comprises: and adjusting the terminal equipment distributed by the task to be processed according to the integrity of the initial task.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account includes:
acquiring an instruction from a user, which is sent by the terminal equipment bound with the user account;
and acquiring a task to be processed corresponding to the user account according to the instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal device comprises at least one of: smart sound box, TV, panel computer, router, intelligent wrist-watch, bracelet, earphone, cell-phone, car machine, notebook computer.
4. A control device, characterized in that the device comprises:
the task processing device comprises a task obtaining unit, a task processing unit and a task processing unit, wherein the task obtaining unit is used for obtaining a to-be-processed task corresponding to a user account, the to-be-processed task is provided with demand information, and the demand information is information of equipment functions required by processing the to-be-processed task;

a comprehensive parameter determining unit, configured to determine comprehensive parameters of the plurality of terminal devices according to the function matching degrees and the available information;
a selecting subunit, configured to select a terminal device with the highest comprehensive parameter as a target device;

the splitting unit is used for splitting an initial task corresponding to the user account to obtain a to-be-processed task before the to-be-processed task corresponding to the user account is obtained;

the terminal equipment is used for receiving the task to be processed sent by the server and processing the task to be processed;

the server determines the function matching degree between the terminal devices and the tasks to be processed according to the requirement information of the tasks to be processed and the device functions of the terminal devices;
the server respectively determines the available information of the plurality of terminal devices according to the available conditions of the terminal devices;
the server respectively determines the comprehensive parameters of the plurality of terminal devices according to the function matching degree and the available information;
the server selects the terminal equipment with the highest comprehensive parameters as target equipment;
