The air suction port 8 is fixed at the rear side of the rolling brush cover 1, two ends of the guide arm 7 are hinged on the end parts of the rolling brush cover 1 and the rolling brush 5 respectively, a small section of arc long hole taking the guide arm 7 as a radius is formed in two end surfaces of the rolling brush cover 1, so that the rolling brush 5 freely falls to the ground by self weight under the action of the guide arm 7 along the arc long hole when in operation, the distance between the rolling brush 5 and the air suction port 8 is always kept, and the arc rubber plate 25 is arranged at the outer edge of the air suction port 8 and is bent inwards, so that dust outflow is blocked, the effect of a guide plate is realized, and the dust collection effect is ensured. The 4 positioning wheels 2 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the rolling brush cover 1, so that the distance between the rolling brush cover 5 and the ground is always kept during working.
