The road surface state is detected through the camera 18, so that the cleaning mechanism and the dust suction mechanism are controlled through the controller, and automatic control is realized. Wherein the controller directly adopts the PLC programmable controller of the prior Siemens and the like.
Preferably, the intelligent garbage cleaning vehicle further comprises an alarm 19, and the alarm 19 is connected with the controller. Wherein the alarm 19 is mounted on the outer top of the waste collection bin 1. The alarm 19 realizes an alarm to prompt an emergency.

1. An intelligent garbage cleaning vehicle is characterized by comprising a garbage collecting box, a traveling mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a dust collecting mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a shaft sleeve, a cleaning brush, a floating frame body, a driving motor, a driving gear shaft, a driven gear, a transmission assembly, a driving wheel and a driving frame; the dust collection mechanism comprises a dust collector, a dust collection pipe and a floating dust collection port;
the walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the garbage collection box; one ends of the two mounting racks are connected with two side walls in front of the garbage collection box, the shaft sleeve is positioned between the two mounting racks, and two ends of the shaft sleeve are respectively connected with the other ends of the two mounting racks; the driving gear shaft is positioned in the shaft sleeve, and two ends of the driving gear shaft are respectively and rotatably connected with the other ends of the two mounting frames;
the plurality of floating frame bodies are arranged in parallel at intervals, one ends of the floating frame bodies are sleeved on the shaft sleeve in a rotating mode, and the other ends of the floating frame bodies are provided with the cleaning brushes in a rotating mode; the driven gear is rotatably mounted on the floating frame body, an opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the driven gear, of the shaft sleeve, and the driven gear extends into the opening and is meshed with the driving gear shaft; the driven gear is connected with the cleaning brush through the transmission assembly; the driving motor is arranged on the mounting rack and is connected with the driving gear shaft;
the dust collector is arranged in the garbage collection box, one end of the floating dust collection port is connected with the floating frame body, the driving wheel is connected to the floating dust collection port through the driving frame, and the floating dust collection port is connected with the dust collector through the dust collection pipe.

The intelligent garbage cleaning vehicle as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a power supply mechanism, wherein the power supply mechanism comprises a storage battery, a solar panel, a rotating shaft and a rotary driving component, grooves for accommodating the solar panel are formed on two side walls of the garbage collection box, and the solar panel is rotatably mounted on the garbage collection box through the rotating shaft; the rotary driving assembly is arranged on the garbage collection box and is connected with the rotary shaft; the rotary driving assembly drives the solar cell panel to unfold and store relative to the groove of the garbage collection box; the storage battery is arranged in the storage groove below the garbage collection box and is connected with the dust collector, the driving motor and the rotary driving assembly.

The intelligent garbage cleaning vehicle of claim 2, wherein the rotary driving assembly comprises a rotary driving motor, a rotary driving gear and a rotary driven gear; the side wall of the garbage collection box is provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the rotary driving motor and the rotary driving gear, the rotary driving motor is positioned in the mounting groove and is connected with the garbage collection box, and the rotary driving gear is positioned in the mounting groove and is mounted on an output shaft of the rotary driving motor; the rotating driven gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, the rotating driving gear is meshed with the rotating driven gear, and the rotating driving motor is connected with the storage battery.

The intelligent garbage cleaning vehicle as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a compression mechanism, wherein the compression mechanism comprises a compression plate and a linear driving component, the linear driving component is mounted in the garbage collection box and is connected with the compression plate, and the compression plate is parallel to the inner side wall behind the garbage collection box; the linear driving assembly is connected with the storage battery.

The intelligent garbage cleaning vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the linear driving assembly comprises a linear driving motor and a screw rod, the linear driving motor is installed in the garbage collection box, one end of the screw rod is connected with the linear driving motor, the other end of the screw rod is rotatably connected with the inner side wall behind the garbage collection box, a threaded hole matched with the screw rod is formed in the compression plate, the screw rod penetrates through the threaded hole in the compression plate, the threaded hole in the compression plate is in threaded fit with the screw rod, and the linear driving motor is connected with the storage battery.
