As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the top end surface of the wire push rod 31 is provided with a pushing surface inclined downward, and the pushing surface and the edge of the storage rack 20 form a uniformly-reduced discharge port.
As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the wire transverse winding displacement device 2 further includes an upper pressing block 61, a lower pressing block 62 and a cam 632 mechanism 63, wherein two ends of the upper pressing block 61 are fixedly connected with the two support plates 10 respectively, the lower pressing block 62 is supported on the lower surface of the wire sliding rail 30, and the cam 632 mechanism 63 is disposed on the lower surface of the lower pressing block 62 and is used for adjusting the inclination of the lower pressing block 62.
As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the cam 632 mechanism 63 includes a fourth rotation shaft 631, a cam 632, and a rotation wheel 633; the fourth rotation shaft 631 is rotatably disposed between the two support plates 10, the cam 632 is fixedly connected with the fourth rotation shaft 631, the rotation wheel 633 is fixed at the bottom of the lower pressing block 62, and the cam 632 and the rotation wheel 633 are in contact with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the iron wire transverse wire arrangement 2 further includes a measuring mechanism for measuring the angle of the lower press block 62, the measuring mechanism including an arc-shaped scale 71, a lock lever 72, a lock screw 73 and a turning block 74; the scale 71 is fixed on the outer side wall of the support plate 10, the scale 71 is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove 711, one end of the rotating block 74 is fixedly connected with the fourth rotating shaft 631, the other end of the rotating block 74 is provided with a locking rod 72, the locking rod 72 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 711, and the locking rod 72 is mutually locked with the support plate 10 through a locking screw 73.
As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the iron wire transverse wire arrangement device 2 further includes a material blocking rod 32, the material blocking rod 32 is disposed parallel to the iron wire push rod 31, the top of the material blocking rod 32 extends out of the discharge hole, and an extending end of the material blocking rod 32 is provided with an inclined upward blocking piece 321.

the iron wire transverse wire arrangement device is used for transversely arranging iron wires and comprises two parallel support plates, a storage rack obliquely arranged and used for storing the iron wires, an angle adjusting cylinder used for adjusting the angle of the support plates, an iron wire sliding rail obliquely arranged, an iron wire push rod arranged right above the iron wire sliding rail and forming a discharge hole with the edge of the storage rack, and a receiving mechanism; the two ends of the material storage rack are respectively hinged with the two support plates, the top of the iron wire sliding rail is in butt joint with the edge of the material storage rack, the material receiving mechanism comprises a butt joint block in butt joint with the bottom of the iron wire sliding rail, a third rotating shaft, a first material blocking block and a material blocking rod, an arc-shaped surface for supporting an iron wire is arranged at the bottom of the butt joint block, the tops of the first material blocking block and the butt joint block are respectively and fixedly connected with the third rotating shaft, a V-shaped groove is arranged at the bottom of the first material blocking block, a magnetic piece for attracting the iron wire is arranged in the V-shaped groove, the top of the material blocking rod is fixedly connected with the bottom of the iron wire pushing rod, the bottom of the material blocking rod is positioned right above the arc-shaped surface and the V-shaped groove, and an iron wire blocking space is formed between the bottom of the material blocking rod and the arc-shaped surface and the V-shaped groove; the material receiving mechanism further comprises a second material blocking block, a V-shaped groove is formed in the bottom of the second material blocking block, an open groove is formed in the V-shaped groove, and the bottom of the material blocking rod is located in the open groove; the iron wire transverse wire arrangement device further comprises an iron wire blanking mechanism, the iron wire blanking mechanism comprises a blanking piece, the blanking piece is arranged in parallel with the first baffle block, the bottom of the blanking piece is provided with an inclined surface which inclines downwards, when the iron wire slides into the iron wire blocking space, two ends of the iron wire are respectively contacted with the inclined surface of the blanking piece, and when the third rotating shaft rotates, the iron wire is supported on the inclined surface of the blanking piece and slides downwards along the inclined surface of the blanking piece;
the iron wire longitudinal wire arrangement device is arranged above the frame and is used for longitudinally arranging iron wires, and the iron wire longitudinal wire arrangement device comprises a plurality of guide grooves used for supporting the iron wires and guiding the iron wires;
the welding device is used for welding the transverse iron wire and the longitudinal iron wire, and is arranged between the iron wire transverse wire arrangement device and the iron wire longitudinal wire arrangement device;
and the pulling mechanism is used for pulling the welded iron net to move forwards.

The automatic welder for the iron net according to claim 1, further comprising a longitudinal iron wire feeding device, wherein the longitudinal iron wire feeding device comprises a support frame arranged right above the guide groove, a longitudinal iron wire clamp used for clamping the longitudinal iron wire, a lifting device used for controlling the lifting of the longitudinal iron wire clamp, and a driving mechanism used for driving the lifting device to move; the support frame is equipped with the transverse guide, the transverse guide is located the guide way directly over and with the guide way mutually perpendicular, elevating gear and transverse guide sliding connection, actuating mechanism drive elevating gear and vertical iron wire anchor clamps slide along the transverse guide.

5. The automatic iron net welding machine according to claim 1, wherein the top end face of the iron wire push rod is provided with a pushing surface which is inclined downwards, and the pushing surface and the edge of the storage rack form a uniformly-reduced discharge hole.

The automatic iron wire welding machine according to claim 1, wherein the iron wire transverse wire arrangement device further comprises an upper pressing block, a lower pressing block and a cam mechanism, two ends of the upper pressing block are fixedly connected with the two support plates respectively, the lower pressing block is supported on the lower surface of the iron wire sliding rail, and the cam mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the lower pressing block and used for adjusting the inclination of the lower pressing block.
