The two lifting connecting rods 423 are respectively connected to the front and rear ends of the lifting base 422, the two lifting guide bases 424 are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the base 1 and below the barrel conveying frame 41, the top ends of the two lifting guide rods 425 are fixed at the bottom of the barrel conveying frame 41, and the two lifting guide bases 424 are correspondingly arranged on the two lifting guide bases 424 in a vertically movable manner.
The lifting cylinder 421 is started to drive the lifting seat 422 to move right, the lifting connecting rod 423 exerts an upward oblique force on the barrel conveying frame 41 under the action of the lifting seat 422, and meanwhile, under the guiding action of the lifting guide seat 424 and the lifting guide rod 425, the barrel conveying frame 41 moves upward to complete the lifting operation, and otherwise, the barrel conveying frame descends.
Further, a limiting mechanism 45 is arranged at the right end of the base 1, and the limiting mechanism 45 comprises a limiting seat 451, a limiting screw rod 452 and a limiting handle 453. Spacing seat 451 is fixed on base 1 and is located the lift seat 422 right side, and the cooperation that the spacing lead screw 452 that the left-right direction extends can remove is set up on spacing seat 451, and spacing seat 451 is equipped with the internal thread with spacing lead screw 452 complex, and spacing handle 453 is installed at spacing lead screw 452 right-hand member tip. The right end of the lifting seat 422 is provided with a limit block 454 which is positioned at the left side of the limit screw rod 452. Meanwhile, the forward-backward moving mechanism 43 includes a moving cylinder 431, a moving rail 432, a moving slider 433, and a moving base 434. The moving cylinder 431 is arranged on the barrel conveying frame 41, the moving slide block 433 is fixed on the barrel conveying frame 41, the moving slide rail 432 extending in the front-back direction can be installed on the moving slide block 433 in a front-back sliding mode, the moving seat 434 is fixed on the moving slide rail 432, the moving seat 434 is fixed at the driving end of the moving cylinder 431 and driven by the driving end to move in the front-back direction, and the plurality of barrel supporting seats 44 are arranged on the moving slide rail 432 in a front-back distribution mode. Two movable sliding rails 432 are arranged side by side left and right, and a vacuum suction cup 441 for sucking the drum is arranged on the drum holding seat 44.
The front-back moving mechanism 43 can drive the plurality of barrel supporting seats 44 to move back and forth on the barrel conveying frame 41, the plurality of barrel supporting seats 44 can lift and move back and forth by matching with the up-down lifting mechanism 42, the barrel supporting seat 44 at one end of the barrel conveying frame 41 is connected with a barrel with a rolled edge from the edge rolling machine, and the suction cup sucks the barrel; the moving cylinder 431 drives the moving slide rail 432 and the barrel supporting seat 44 to move forwards or backwards, the barrel conveying frame 41 and the barrel supporting seat 44 are driven to move downwards by the up-down lifting mechanism 42, the barrel on the barrel supporting seat 44 moves downwards and falls into the lower die groove 224 of the clamping lower die 221, the rolled edge is occluded with the boss 228 in the lower die groove 224, then the clamping mechanism 22 clamps the barrel, the assembled barrel is moved out by the up-down lifting mechanism 42 and the front-back moving mechanism 43 after the assembly of the bottom of the paperboard barrel is completed, and the barrel to be assembled is sent into an assembly operation area again.
The assembling device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, capable of efficiently and stably completing assembling operation through efficient cooperation operation of each assembly mechanism, high in stability, convenient to popularize and reliable in work.
