Description

本发明是根据荔枝等水果果皮需要保鲜、保红、防褐变贮存所生产和配制的一种用千分之零点一至千分之五十的单宁及其它助剂所制成的保鲜、保果色贮存剂。但必须在需保鲜、保色贮存水果在四天之内用本工艺方法。可以达到本发明所需的良好的保鲜、保红、防褐效果。
单宁无毒保鲜、保果色作用早已公认,但由于其可带来果实发涩问题,而不能在水果保鲜方面得以推广。
根据所申请号93110672.9一种水果保鲜、保脆脱涩剂和方法的专利,解决了单宁引起发涩问题,使单宁可以用于水果,特别是荔枝果皮保鲜、保红、防褐变主要难题。
本发明工作过程如下:
1、将单宁配成千分之零点一至千分之五十的水溶液,在水果采前树上喷洒或水果采后1~4天内浸泡1秒到二十分钟后,取出阴干,室温或低温贮存。
2、单宁也可作为一种水果保鲜剂的助剂,结合专利(申请号93110672.9)一起使用。工作过程详见专利(申请号93110672.9)。
本发明优点如下:
1、廉价的保鲜保果色的贮存剂配制成本发明的保鲜剂。
2、可以在需要进行保鲜、保果色水果进行一年四季保鲜、保色及长期贮存以保证在一年四季满足市场及人们的需要。
下面对本发明的分子结构式进行说明
1、单宁(tannin)分子结构式为C76H52O45
2、荔枝等水果保鲜剂的配比是由8~8.5份水、0.5份水果保鲜、保色、保脆、脱涩剂和0.5份单宁组成。其中:
水%    +    水果保脆脱涩剂    +    单宁
(90%~95%)    (5%~0.1%)    (0.01~5%)
8~9份    1份    1份

Claims (3)

1、一种水果保鲜、保果色贮存剂,其特征在于水果保鲜、保果色贮存剂是用单宁和其它化合物配制而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水果保鲜保果色贮存剂,其特征在于是将千分之零点一至千分之五十配制的保鲜、保脆贮存剂加上百分之九九点九九至百分之九十五的水对荔枝或其它需保鲜水果在采摘前,从树上喷洒,也可采后1至4天内浸泡1秒至三十分钟,取出阴干后室温或低温冷库贮存。
3、作为一种助剂结合专利(申请号93110672.9)使用。
