本申请实施例提供一种参数确定方法、基站及用户设备。本申请提供的参数确定方法包括:基站确定UE对应的第一子载波间隔;该基站向该UE通知所述第一子载波间隔。本申请实施例可使得该UE在多子载波间隔系统中准确地获知数据传输所使用的子载波间隔,继而进行数据传输,可有效保证UE进行相应的业务,从而满足相应的业务需求。
