Abstract

停车授权系统包含如主框架(A)等组件,其为一个L形柱体;而在主框架(A)顶端装设有感测/侦测装置(B),其用于侦测下方的车辆。警示灯(C)用于发送警示光且也能发送警报以吸引注意;而卡片阅读机(D)做为系统的核心,其侦测出示的智能卡并发送信号至指示灯(E)以打开停车格。当指示证(E)发出红光时,表示停车格因未使用而关闭,而停车格在接收到卡片阅读机(D)的信号时将开启(绿光)。若指示灯发出红光表示未经授权的驾驶进入且未收到由卡片阅读机(D)传送的指示;此时,警示灯(C)将运作且吸引管理者注意以采取行动。一旦驾驶离开停车场及对象侦测器未侦测到车辆,指示灯(E)则发出红光以表示停车场关闭。整个系统通过太阳能驱动,其可将光能转变为电能,且此电能也能供给内部建筑系统做为电源使用。轮胎阻挡器(H)用于限制车辆在主框架(A)内的移动距离以避免碰撞造成损坏。此系统也包含多个选用的附件,如发光二极管灯、闭路电视及对讲机等等。

停车授权系统
技术领域
本发明有关于一种停车授权系统,特别是一种能保护预留给特定人士(管理者、残障者、建筑物所有人、大楼所有人及有关人员等)的停车场的停车授权系统。
背景技术
专用停车场仅开放给部份特定人士。然而,许多不肖人士也经常会滥用这些停车场。这个议题已经得到公众的重视,特别是涉及残障人士专用停车格的滥用。但不幸的是,目前并没有任何方法能够有效地解决这个问题。
这个议题频繁地被报章杂志及社会媒体报导,因此也使人们开始注意及关心这个议题。违反相关法律的人们将会被处以罚款。然而,这些法律及罚款并没有发挥太大的作用,记录显示每年类似案例仍持续增加。
因此,如何提出一种系统,其能有效改善停车格被滥用,特别是残障人士专用停车格,已成为一个刻不容缓的问题。
发明内容
此系统通过智能卡进行运作。此系统需要驾驶去朝向卡片阅读机挥动或出示智能卡以合法的进入专用停车场。卡片阅读机装设于主框架的顶端且其侦测距离为三公尺内。一旦卡片阅读机侦测到智能卡,信号将被发送至指示灯。指示灯的用途在于通知驾驶已允许其进入。此指示灯包含二个不同颜色的灯具,其为红色及绿色。当卡片阅读机侦测到合法的智能卡时,其将发送信号至指示灯以将红灯转变为绿灯;如此则表示驾驶被允许进入专用停车场停车。在另一方面,红灯表示驾驶禁止进入专用停车场停车。
此外,系统更安装有一个感测装置/侦测装置以侦测下方的车辆。此装置的用途在于侦测未被授权的人士非法地在专用停车场停车。未授权人士指的是非残障人士或未持有智能卡的人士。
一旦感测/侦测装置侦测到未授权的车辆停在专用停车场内,其将发送信号以启动警示灯及警报器,借此吸引公众注意,并通知管理者针对这个问题采取行动。相反的,在被授权的驾驶向卡片阅读机出示智能卡后,指示灯将转变为绿色,此系统则会关闭而驾驶则被允许进入专用停车场停车。一旦侦测到车辆离开专用停车场时,感测/侦测装置将再次启动系统。
整个系统为太阳能驱动,也可依依地点的需求或客户的要求采用电力驱动。轮胎阻挡器则用于防止车辆意外撞击主框架。

权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种停车授权系统,其特征在于:
一主框架(A),装设于一停车格;
一感测/侦测装置(B),装设于与该主框架(A),并侦测该停车格是否有车辆存在;
一卡片阅读机(D),装设于与该主框架(A),并侦测一智能卡以认证该停车格的一进入权;
一指示灯(E),装设于与该主框架(A),该指示灯(E)具有一红灯及一绿灯,其中该红灯表示该进入权不被授权,该绿灯由该卡片阅读机(D)启动以表示该进入权被授权;
一警示灯(C),装设于与该主框架(A),并通过闪光灯号表示该停车格遭受一未经授权的进入;
一警报器(I),装设于与该主框架(A),并通过发送噪音表示该停车格遭受该未经授权的进入;以及
一太阳能板(F),置放于该主框架(A)上,并提供该停车授权系统的电源供应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的停车授权系统,其中若侦测到该停车格遭受该未经授权的进入,该感测/侦测装置(B)启动该警示灯(C)及该警报器(I)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的停车授权系统,其中若该停车格无车辆停放,该感测/侦测装置(B)关闭该警示灯(C)及该警报器(I)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的停车授权系统,其中若侦测到该停车格的该进入权被授权,该感测/侦测装置(B)关闭该警示灯(C)及该警报器(I)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的停车授权系统,其中若该卡片阅读机(D)在三公尺的距离能侦测到该智能卡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的停车授权系统,其中该主框架(A)还装设有一闭路电路、一对讲机及一发光二极管灯中之一或其组合。

Claims (10)

1.主框架(A),做为一支杆以支撑所有装设于其上的多个组件。
2.感测/侦测装置(B),做为传感器用途以侦测位于下方的一车辆,其能侦测是否该车辆位于下面,且若没有侦测到该车辆,其将发送信号至一指示灯(E)以提示停车格为关闭且该指示灯转变为红色。
3.警示灯/警报器(C),做为警示指示灯的功能以表示一停车场被未授权/未持有智能卡的人士占用,其能在警报器按钮被启动时发出一警报。
4.卡片阅读机(D),为辨识智能卡及发送信号至该指示灯(E)以打开该停车格,其能在驾驶到达停车场前侦测三公尺远的智能卡,其通过缆线与该指示灯(E)连接并做为系统的大脑。
5.指示灯(E),由一绿灯指示器及一红灯指示器组成,当授权的人士通过智能卡认证进入停车场时,该绿灯指示器启动;该红灯指示器启动时表示未授权的人士禁止进入。
6.太阳能板(F),装设于柱子顶端使系统能通过太阳能运作。
7.预制混凝土基座(G),确保结构坚固耐用;该预制混凝土基座(G)包含四个插入式螺栓及螺帽,且包含一个孔洞使一电缆线能穿过该孔洞。
8.轮胎阻挡器(H),用于防止车辆破坏主框架,其由耐久的弹力橡胶制成,坚固且耐用。
9.智能卡特权提供给特定人士或被授权人士,如管理者(大楼警卫,警察等)、残障人士及建筑物/大楼所有人等。
10.选用的附件,如闭路电视、对讲机、发光二极管灯能依客户的要求或需求提供。
