一种无人机的上盖(100)，安装在无人机的机身(200)上，机身(200)设置有第一定位件(202)及多个第一卡合件(204)，上盖(100)包括本体(10)、第二定位件(20)和多个第二卡合件(30)。本体(10)在无人机的机头的一端形成有前端壁(12)。第二定位件(20)设置在前端壁(12)上，第二定位件(20)与第一定位件(202)配合。多个第二卡合件(30)设置在本体(10)上，多个第二卡合件(30)与多个第一卡合件(204)配合，上盖(100)安装在机身(200)上时，多个第二卡合件(30)与多个第一卡合件(204)卡合，且第二定位件(20)与第一定位件(202)结合。如此，本发明的上盖(100)安装到机身(200)上时，容易实现定位且不需要紧固件，因而上盖(100)安装到机身(200)上时电子元件对上盖(100)的拆装影响较小，便于上盖(100)安装到机身(200)上及从机身(200)上拆卸下来。还公开了一种具有上述上盖(100)的无人机。
