Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的由塑料制成的气溶胶容器。
背景技术
气溶胶容器通常由金属制成,尤其由锡片或铝制成。在市场上偶尔也会发现由玻璃制成的气溶胶容器。因此,尤其应考虑欧共体的指令EC75/324,所述指令适用于这种具有大于50ml的包装尺寸的容器。由金属制成的气溶胶容器具有下述缺点:所述气溶胶容器会随着时间生锈。借以保护金属容器尤其在其内侧上防止生锈的覆层也会产生不期望的物质,如双酚A。在金属容器中也存在一定风险:所述金属容器相接触的表面会被刮伤。由玻璃制成的气溶胶容器又具有下述缺点:在处理不当的情况下,例如在落到地上的情况下,所述气溶胶容器会破裂。
因此,对将气溶胶容器构成为塑料容器感兴趣已有一段时间。对于通过由塑料制成的气溶胶容器来代替已知的金属的气溶胶压力容器的数个原因是:与由金属或铝制成的气溶胶容器相比塑料容器通常以更节能和更低成本的方式制造。然而,通过由塑料制成的气溶胶容器来代替已知的由锡片或铝制成的气溶胶容器并不容易,因为与例如在用于碳酸软饮料的塑料瓶中这种情况相比,气溶胶压力容器通常必须承受明显更高的内部压力。在软饮料瓶中通常使用2bar至4bar的内部压力,而由塑料制成的气溶胶容器在室温下必须承受5bar至15bar的内部压力,或者甚至在加热时承受直至40bar的内部压力。由塑料制成的气溶胶容器相对于所使用的推进剂气体和填充介质而言是化学稳定的。还已知的是,在例如与肥皂液等接触时,不同塑料的机械特性会恶化。因此,容器底部与肥皂液的接触,如在浴室中经常会发生的那样,例如会触发容器底部中的应力断裂,所述应力断裂会引起底部的失效。还必须考虑的是,某些塑料能够是易点燃的。因此,在壁厚较小并且例如推进剂气体可燃的情况下,与塑料容器的表面短暂接触的香烟已经会导致有问题的情况。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供一种由塑料制成的气溶胶容器,所述气溶胶容器顾及现有技术的气溶胶容器的上述缺点。在此,应该避免由于所使用的塑料材料的固有应力和因所出现的内部压力而引起的在塑料材料例如容器底部或容器肩部的塑料材料中的应力断裂。这种断裂在贮存期间可能会变大并且导致塑料容器的与所述断裂相关的区域的,例如容器底部或容器肩部的泄漏或甚至完全失效。应当能够防止例如因与肥皂液等接触而引起的对机械强度,尤其容器底部的机械强度的损害。
所描述的目的还有其它目的的解决方案在于一种由塑料制成的气溶胶容器,所述气溶胶容器至少具有在权利要求1中详述的特征。本发明的改进方案和/或有利的实施方案变型形式是从属权利要求的主题。
通过本发明提出一种由塑料制成的气溶胶容器,所述气溶胶容器具有颈部,所述颈部的开口可通过借助于按钮操作的阀单元压力密封地封闭或借助于按钮操作的阀单元压力密封地完成了封闭,并且所述颈部可用液态或气态的推进剂和待喷涂的液体填充或已用液态或气态的推进剂和待喷涂的液体填充。气溶胶容器构成为注塑成型的预成型件,所述预成型件构成有长形的、小管状的预成型件体部。预成型件体部借助凸起的、拱顶状的预成型件底部封闭,所述预成型件底部沿着轴向方向从一件式模制的支撑区域伸出。预成型件体部的在其相对置的轴向的纵向端部处连接有具有开口的颈部。所述颈部构成为用于容纳阀单元。
应理解的是,预成型件一件式地构成进而支撑区域也包括在一件式中。令人惊讶地,由塑料制成的、在注塑成型法中构成为预成型件的气溶胶容器证实是足够内部耐压的,而不会由于预成型件的相对于例如在吹塑方法中双轴拉伸固化的容器更大的壁厚而引起对“应力断裂”现象提高的敏感性。预成型件的底部轴向地从一件式模制的支撑区域伸出。由此能够防止,设置在支撑区域的支撑面上的预成型件的预成型件底部与肥皂液等接触从而可能在预成型件底部中产生应力断裂。通过轴向地伸出于容器底部的支撑区域也保护预成型件的注入点。通常,该注入点不会如其余的预成型件体部那样完全均匀地和无应力地喷涂。由此,所述注入点通常也更易于发生短暂的应力峰值,例如在碰撞到坚固的底座时可能出现的那样。支撑区域能够防止:容器底部遭受这种应力峰值。由塑料制成的、构成为注塑成型的预成型件的气溶胶容器具有高的固有刚性并且无法用手压缩。由于预成型件的较高的壁厚,所述预成型件也抵抗局部较高的温度负荷,例如因塑料容器的表面与香烟头的不期望的接触而可能出现的温度负荷。
就本发明而言,将增高的内部压力理解为在22℃的室温下相对于大气压力从500kPa提高至1500kPa的内部压力。在这种情况下,由塑料制成的气溶胶容器设计为,使得所述气溶胶容器自生产日期起在至少六个月的期间承受增大的内部压力。气溶胶容器的破裂压力等于或大于2200kPa,并且优选为3000kPa直至4000kPa。
在气溶胶容器的一个实施方案变型形式中,支撑区域的支撑面能够在凸起的预成型件底部的最深的部位处伸出于所述预成型件底部的外侧1.5mm至3mm,优选1.8mm至2.6mm的距离。在容器底部的外侧距底座的所列举的距离中能够确保:容器底部不与例如存在于底座上的肥皂液等接触。
在气溶胶容器的另一实施方案变型形式中,支撑区域能够构成为沿环周方向闭合的空心柱体部段。空心柱体状的支撑区域的沿环周方向闭合的构成方案赋予该支撑区域高的固有刚性。由此产生下述可行性:所述支撑区域在注塑成型时与其余的预成型件相比以更小的壁厚成形。空心柱体状的支撑区域也能够吸收例如由于增大的内部压力而引起的径向力和应力从而减少注入点周围的区域的负荷,该区域通常倾向于构成应力断裂。空心柱体状的支撑区域的壁厚能够大于、等于或小于预成型件体部的平均壁厚。
在气溶胶容器的一个替选的实施方案变型形式中,支撑区域能够由预定数量的、轴向地伸出于预成型件底部的支撑腿形成。在此,支撑腿通过纵向狭缝彼此分离,所述纵向狭缝基本上沿轴向方向延伸。设置预定数量的彼此分离的支撑腿能够增加塑料容器的稳定性。将支撑腿彼此分离的纵向狭缝实现:将由支撑区域包围的液体向外挤出。此外,通过设置单独的支撑腿代替闭合的柱状部段,能够节省塑料材料。
在具有支撑腿的气溶胶容器的一个实施方案变型形式中,所述支撑腿的预定的数量能够是至少三个。在此,支撑腿能够朝向其自由的轴向的纵向端部渐缩,即朝向相应的支撑面渐缩,使得在将气溶胶容器设置在底座上时产生准点状的支承。因为平面通过三个点确定,因此能够产生非常稳定的平放并且能够均衡底座的不规则性。
气溶胶容器的支撑区域的径向测量的壁厚能够为1mm至6mm。在构成为注塑成型的预成型件的气溶胶容器的另一实施方案变型形式中,支撑区域的外壳能够无过渡地连接到预成型件体部的外壁上。在这种情况下,预成型件体部的外壳和外壁部能够齐平。因此,预成型件体部的外壳和外壁部能够在忽略拔模斜度的情况下构成为直的圆柱体。

通过在气溶胶容器的另一实施方案变型形式中预成型件底部也具有1mm至6mm的壁厚的方式,在气溶胶容器的该区域中也能够尽可能避免热应力。在此,壁厚也垂直于预成型件底部的壁部来测量。
对于容器内容物的处理和控制而言,在气溶胶容器的另一实施方案变型形式中预成型件体部具有至少一个在其轴向长度上延伸的透明部段能够证实为是符合目的的。所述透明的部段能够允许简单的填充高度控制或允许结合刻度的非常简单的剂量评估,所述剂量评估不仅对于医疗应用,例如哮喘喷雾等能够是重要的,而且对于许多其他应用也能够是有意义的。
最后,气溶胶容器的另一实施方案变型形式能够提出,其预成型件体部构成为整体透明的。在此也能够安置刻度。
在气溶胶容器的另一实施方案变型形式中,所述气溶胶容器能够由塑料构成,所述气溶胶容器在注塑成型预成型件时其流动长度与在注塑成型中待产生的壁厚的比为20至70。在所述比中,气溶胶容器的注塑成型工艺可以经济上可接受的周期时间执行,并且另一方面能够尽可能避免由于塑料材料在预成型件的外壁部和内壁部处在冷却时出现的不同程度的收缩而在预成型件中受热所决定的应力。

在所提及的降解中引起裂解进而引起聚合物分子链的缩短。降解能够通过待处理的塑料材料在挤出机螺杆中的熔化和剪切来实现,这最终会导致塑料材料的粘度降低。然而,所期望的是长的分子链,因为具有长的分子链的预成型件引起由预成型件制造的塑料容器的更高的强度和容器对内部压力、冲击、蠕变和破裂更高的抵抗力。5mm至9.5mm的大的注入点能够确保这种长链性。在此,在进入预成型腔的入口处的直接的开口也具有这种增大的直径,以便减小挤出机处的背压。由于例如相对于注入点的3mm的直径明显降低的背压,熔融的塑料材料,尤其熔融的聚酯材料,在进入预成型腔时能够具有大于0.7dl/g的,优选0.78dl/g至0.90dl/g的粘度。通过注入点的或进入预成型腔的入口的大的直径,能够尽可能避免聚合物分子链的平行定向并且能够保持所力求实现的粘度。由此能够避免分子链的过于强烈的定向和随后的结晶,所述结晶可能在预成型件上被确定为可用肉眼确定的浑浊物。

塑料主要组分能够部分地或完全地由再生材料构成。在PET和PEF的情况下,所述塑料主要组分能够至少部分地也由生物原料制造。所使用的塑料材料能够具有短链分支或长链分支。聚合物分子链例如能够具有所谓的接枝的分支或“长链支化”(LCB),以便实现所期望的高粘度。聚合物分子链也能够包含所谓的官能团,所述官能团仅在以注塑成型制造预成型件时才引起所期望的分支。替选地,塑料材料也能够包含添加剂,所述添加剂在注塑时能够引起聚合物分子链的任意类型的分支。这种添加剂的一个实例是所谓的扩链剂。然而在此要注意的是,不引起交联,所述交联妨碍塑料材料的热塑性变形。

在另一个实施方案变型形式中,气溶胶容器能够由如下塑料构成,所述塑料的塑料主要组分还混入其它塑料,所述其它塑料出自:PEN、PEF、PLA、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚烯烃、硅树脂、所提及的塑料的共聚物和混合物。由此,塑料材料的加工特性还有强度和阻挡特性能够有针对性地与所设置的使用相协调。
根据本发明由塑料制成的、制造为注塑成型的预成型件的气溶胶容器,原则上能够具有不同的包装尺寸。然而,所述气溶胶容器对于小于50ml的包装尺寸而言被证实为是特别符合目的的。在这种情况下,通过预成型件的内壁部限界的体积被视为包装尺寸。这种小的包装尺寸例如能够用于鼻喷雾剂、杀虫剂、含尼古丁的液体等。
根据本发明的另一实施例提出一种气溶胶容器,所述气溶胶容器的支撑区域的环周基本上等同于预成型件体部的环周。术语“基本上等同于”应表明:由于在冷却至室温时在预成型件体部和支撑区域之间的不同程度的收缩,相对于支撑区域的环周会在预成型件体部的环周中出现微小差异。在理想情况下,这两个环周是相同的。预成型件体部的横截面也不一定是圆形的,而是能够具有每种任意的几何形状,只要所述形状不包括底切部。内部轮廓的横截面例如能够设计为圆形,并且外部轮廓能够形成为多边形,例如正六边形。
根据本发明的另一实施例提出一种气溶胶容器,所述气溶胶容器的支撑区域的环周小于预成型件体部的环周。为了将注塑周期与冷却周期解耦,在许多注塑成型机中,预成型件在注塑成型机外部在所谓的冷却管中冷却。在此常见的是,在预成型件的外侧上施加在0.05bar和0.95bar之间的负压。在内侧上用冷空气冲洗预成型件,其中产生直至大约10bar的内部压力。因为预成型件的材料在引入到冷却管中时仍然是可变形的,所以预成型件体部能够通过负压和/或过压来增大,而在这种情况下不会在冷却状态中改变其材料特性。已证实,预成型件体部轴向增大和/或径向增大直至3mm是可行的,即在直径方面增大6mm是可行的。通常,塑料容器的支撑区域不受影响。预成型件体部的环周形状也能够通过施加负压和/或过压来改变,即例如产生六边形或椭圆形。
目前安装在气溶胶容器上的气溶胶封闭件遵循FEA标准215,所述标准规定4mm+/-0.3mm的颈部高度。阀单元的金属裙边围绕该4mm的颈部弯曲,也称为卷边。在颈部的上侧上构成两个尖的、环形环绕的和彼此平行延伸的隆起部。所述隆起部被密封橡胶覆盖。在卷边工艺中,隆起部被压入密封橡胶中,使得在阀单元和塑料容器之间产生耐内压的连接部。通常,密封橡胶构成为扁平密封件,然而也能够构成为O形环。
根据本发明的另一实施方案变型形式,用于去除液体的浸入软管或浸入管道不可脱开地连接在阀单元上,所述浸入软管或浸入管道的自由端部终止于凸形的拱顶状的预成型件底部的最深点处。通过气溶胶容器的塑料容器的底部的凸形的,即向外拱起的、拱顶状的设计方案,将液体聚集在该底部的最深点处。通过软管的自由端部终止于该底部的最深点的方式,残余物排空是毫无问题地可行的。在这种情况下,与按钮的部位不相关地,残余物排空是可行的,所述按钮至少可转动地设置在阀单元上。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的由塑料制成的气溶胶容器整体上设有附图标记1。气溶胶容器1构成为注塑成型的预成型件并且具有长形的、小管状的预成型件体部2,具有开口5的颈部4连接到所述预成型件体部上。颈部4例如能够具有对开口5围边的凸缘41,所述凸缘具有环形环绕的槽42。具有环形环绕的槽42的凸缘41使得未示出的配料设备例如阀单元的安装变得容易,所述配料设备用于在液态或气态的推进剂的压力下贮存在气溶胶容器中的液体。为了更好的概览,在附图中省去示出可借助于按钮操作的用于分配气溶胶的阀单元的视图,所述阀单元压力密封地安装在气溶胶容器的颈部上。
在预成型件的颈部4的上侧40上构成两个尖的、环形环绕的并且彼此平行延伸的隆起部43。所述隆起部43能够由密封橡胶覆盖。在卷边工艺中,隆起部能够压入密封橡胶中,使得在阀单元和气溶胶容器之间产生耐内部压力的连接部。预成型件体部2具有外壁部21,所述外壁部例如直接过渡为塑料容器1的支撑区域6的外壳61。因此,在此处存在的设计实例中,外壳61和外壁部21形成圆柱体。在此,支撑区域6伸出于预成型件底部,该预成型件底部在其与颈部4相对置的纵向端部处终止预成型件体部2。在图1中,预成型件底部由构成为沿环周方向闭合的柱体部段的支撑区域6遮盖。
图2以半侧地沿着纵轴线A剖开的视图示出气溶胶容器1。预成型件体部2具有1mm至6mm的壁厚。预成型件体部2能够构成为朝向颈部4渐缩,以形成肩部22。如在示出图2中的颈部的部分放大部的图3中更清楚地所看到的那样,颈部4具有两个径向向外延伸的凸缘41,所述凸缘通过环形环绕的槽42彼此间隔开。这两个凸缘41的靠上者基本上连接到预成型件颈部4的上侧40上。设置在预成型件体部2的与颈部4相对置的轴向的纵向端部处的预成型件底部3具有凸形的,即向外延伸的,拱顶形的造型,并且具有1mm至6mm的壁厚b。预成型件底部3的壁厚和预成型件体部2的壁厚w能够彼此不同地构成。预成型件底部3的拱顶形的造型近似于球形部段的形状。由此能够避免容器底部3中的因内部压力引起的弯曲应力。
在图2中再次设有附图标记6的支撑部段构成为预成型件体部2的壁部的空心柱形的延续部。支撑部段具有1mm至6mm的壁厚s。支撑部段6的壁厚s能够与预成型件体部2的壁厚w不同地构成。支撑部段6的壁厚例如能够朝向其自由端部减小。
由塑料制成的气溶胶容器1的支撑区域6的支撑面62在气溶胶容器在使用位置中最深的部位31处伸出于凸形的预成型件底部3的外侧321.5mm至3mm,优选1.8mm至2.6mm的距离d,所述最深的部位例如能够是气溶胶容器1的注入点。在此,在其支撑区域6上设置到平坦的底座G上的气溶胶容器1的直立位置被视为使用位置。在所列举的容器底部3与底座G的距离中,能够确保:容器底部3,尤其注入点31,不与例如存在于底座G上的肥皂液滩等接触。应指出的是,用于产生气溶胶容器1的塑料的注入并非必须在基本上位于底部的中心的注入点31处进行,而是也能够气溶胶容器1的任何其他部位处进行。所述塑料也能够在多个部位处注入。此外,气溶胶容器能够用例如另一颜色的塑料(2层地)包覆成型或者包含着色的层(3层)。气溶胶容器也能够包括阻挡层。
图4示出与图1中的气溶胶容器1类似的气溶胶容器1’。所述气溶胶容器1’已经在注塑成型机外部在所谓的冷却管中冷却,所述冷却管的内径大于已注塑的并且提供用于冷却的气溶胶容器的外径。在将已注塑的气溶胶容器置入冷却管中之后,通过施加负压和用冷空气在过压下冲洗气溶胶容器的内腔,将所述气溶胶容器冷却至室温。在这种情况下,预成型件体部的材料被压到冷却管的内壁部上,并且预成型件体部2’的环周增大。相应地,从冷却管取出的气溶胶容器1’的外壁部21’伸出于支撑区域6。
构成为注塑成型的预成型件的、耐内压的气溶胶容器1具有例如70.5mm±1.5mm的轴向总长度。颈部4的长度例如是5.1mm。预成型件体部2的外径例如是19.3mm。设置在颈部4上的这两个凸缘41的外径例如是19.9mm±0.1mm。在此,预成型件体部2的壁厚w例如为3.4mm。预成型件体部2的壁厚w朝向颈部4渐缩,以形成肩部22。在肩部22到颈部4的过渡部处的最窄的部位处,预成型件体部2例如具有16.6mm的外径。容器底部3的壁厚b例如是2.8mm。支撑区域6伸出于最深点31,例如气溶胶容器1的注入点的距离d例如为2mm。支撑区域6的壁厚s通常对应于预成型件体部2的壁厚的50%至100%。除非另有说明,否则度量的公差为±0.3mm。
由塑料制成的气溶胶容器1、1’构成为注塑成型的预成型件。在此,术语注塑成型也理解为注塑成型和流动挤压方法的组合。在此,使用预成型件的如下塑料主要组分,所述塑料主要组分占预成型件的总质量的至少80%,所述塑料主要组分在进入预成型腔时具有根据ASTM D4603测量的如下粘度,所述粘度相对于塑料主要组分的初始粘度减少最多0.15dl/g。塑料主要组分的粘度在进入挤出机时在此设定为0.7dl/g至1.6dl/g,优选0.78dl/g至0.90dl/g。预成型件的至少预成型件体部2能够单层或多层地构成,并且至少80重量%(%w/w)由如下塑料主要组分构成,所述塑料主要组分出自:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚呋喃乙酸酯、聚丙交酯、所提及的塑料的共聚物或混合物。所述塑料主要组分能够混入直至20%w/w的异物。塑料主要组分例如能够混入共聚物、染料、UV阻断剂、稳定附加物例如玻璃纤维或玻璃珠或其混合物、添加剂或异聚合物。塑料主要组分也能够具有其它塑料,所述其它塑料出自:PEN、PEF、PPF、PBF、PLA、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚烯烃、硅树脂、所述塑料的共聚物或混合物。
构成为注塑成型的预成型件的所提出的气溶胶容器是耐内部压力的,仅具有少量的应力直至没有应力,可抵抗应力断裂现象。由于所使用的塑料,气溶胶容器也能够至少局部透明地构成。
Claims (21)
1.一种由塑料制成的气溶胶容器,所述气溶胶容器具有颈部,所述颈部的开口通过借助于按钮操作的阀单元压力能够密封地进行封闭或密封地完成了封闭,并且所述颈部能够用液态或气态的推进剂和待喷涂的液体填充或已用液态或气态的推进剂和待喷涂的液体填充,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器构成为注塑成型的预成型件,所述预成型件构成有长形的、小管状的预成型件体部(2、2’),所述预成型件体部具有凸形的、拱顶状的预成型件底部(3),所述预成型件底部沿着轴向方向伸出于一件式模制的支撑区域(6),并且在所述预成型件底部的相对置的轴向的纵向端部上具有连接到所述预成型件体部(2、2’)上的带有开口(5)的颈部(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器具有等于或大于2200kPa,优选3000kPa直至4000kPa的破裂压力耐压性。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑区域(6)的支撑面(62)在凸形的所述预成型件底部的最深的部位(31)处伸出所述预成型件底部(3)的外侧(32)1.5mm至3mm,优选1.8mm至2.6mm的距离(d)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑区域(6)构成为沿着环周方向闭合的空心柱体部段。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑区域能够由预定数量的、伸出于所述预成型件底部(3)的支撑腿形成,所述支撑腿通过基本上沿着轴向方向延伸的纵向狭缝彼此分离。
6.根据权利要求5所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑腿的预定的数量能够是至少三个。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑区域(6)具有1mm至6mm的径向测量的壁厚(s)。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述预成型件体部(2、2’)具有1mm至6mm的壁厚(w)。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述预成型件底部(3)具有1mm至6mm的壁厚(b)。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述预成型件体部(2、2’)具有至少一个在其轴向长度上延伸的透明部段。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,至少所述气溶胶容器的预成型件体部(2、2’)构成为整体透明的。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器由塑料构成,所述气溶胶容器在注塑成型时其流动长度与所述预成型件的注塑成型的壁厚的比为20至70。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器由塑料,尤其聚酯构成,所述塑料根据ASTM D4603测量具有0.7dl/g至1.6dl/g,优选0.78dl/g至0.90dl/g的特性粘度。
14.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器包括下述塑料主要组分,所述塑料主要组分出自:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚呋喃乙酸酯、聚丙交酯、聚呋喃聚丙烯酸酯,聚呋喃丁酸酯、所提及的塑料的共聚物和混合物。
15.根据权利要求14所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述塑料主要组分混入直至20重量%的异物。
16.根据权利要求15所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述异物是共聚物、染料、UV阻断剂、稳定附加物例如玻璃纤维或玻璃珠或它们的混合物、添加剂或异聚合物。
17.根据权利要求13至16中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器由如下塑料构成,所述塑料除了塑料主要组分还包括其它塑料,所述其它塑料出自:PEN、PEF、PLA、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚烯烃、硅树脂、所提及的塑料的共聚物和混合物。
18.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述气溶胶容器具有小于50ml的包装尺寸。
19.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑区域(6)的环周基本上等于所述预成型件体部(2)的环周。
20.根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,所述支撑区域(6)的环周小于所述预成型件体部(2’)的环周。
21.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶容器,其特征在于,用于去除液体的浸入软管或浸入管道不可脱开地连接在阀单元上,所述浸入软管或浸入管道的自由端部终止于凸形的拱顶状的所述预成型件底部的最深点。
