At present, most manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, product quality inspection still use paper product quality inspection forms, and manual modes are adopted for recording and collecting inspection data, the quality inspection mode consumes labor and time cost, data entry errors easily occur, or intermediate inspection data are lost by directly recording final results, original product design drawings cannot be seen or only two-dimensional design drawings can be seen in the inspection process, three-dimensional product models cannot be seen to intuitively guide inspection operation, recorded inspection data cannot be reused, statistical analysis of related inspection data cannot be carried out, rapid quality tracing is difficult to carry out, and the development requirements of enterprise digitization and informatization cannot be met.
With the deep development of digitization and informatization in manufacturing enterprises, more and more information systems are applied to the product quality inspection process, such as an MES system, a PDM system, and the like. However, the existing information system is not specially designed for a product quality inspection link, or is specially designed for product quality inspection but does not support off-line use, cannot perform product quality inspection in a special environment without a network, cannot perform visual guidance on an inspection process, requires an inspector to be very familiar with the design and manufacturing conditions of a product, has high requirements on the inspector, does not have universality, and cannot completely replace a manual inspection mode.

The inspection personnel can export the inspection data by using the export function, the export function analyzes the inspection data from the XML file of the inspection task and stores the inspection data into an Excel file, after the task is exported, a user can delete the task by using the deletion function, and the deletion task can delete the corresponding XML file from the user directory.

The inspection data specifically includes an instance number of the product to be inspected, an inspection tool number, an inspection value, an inspection result, inspection time, and a processing opinion. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a file format for inspecting defects according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and referring to fig. 4: all defect items in the data were examined, with out-of-tolerance marked with a yellow background and out-of-specification marked with a red background, and column 7 is a defect handling opinion.

the inspection log module is connected with the inspection task management module and used for recording all inspection operations of an inspector according to inspection data and inspection results exported in the Excel file, wherein the inspection operations specifically comprise a user number, a user name, a user role, a product number, an inspection item and inspection time.
In specific implementation, the inspection execution module can be further connected with a digital display measuring tool module and used for automatically judging and inspecting the measured value to be detected according to the digital display measuring tool module. The digital display measuring tool module can be connected in a wired, wireless or Bluetooth mode.
The device can support the simultaneous inspection of a plurality of products, one inspection page can be created when one product bar code is scanned, and the inspector can freely switch among different inspection pages in the inspection process, so that the aim of simultaneously inspecting a plurality of products is fulfilled.
In addition, the data acquisition terminal may include a mobile data acquisition terminal or a fixed data acquisition terminal, wherein:
the mobile data acquisition terminal is specifically an industrial tablet computer with a bar code scanning module; in the concrete implementation, the mobile data acquisition terminal can be replaced by a mode of externally connecting a bar code scanning gun without carrying a bar code scanning module;
the fixed data acquisition terminal comprises portable equipment such as a desktop computer or a notebook computer and the like and external bar code scanning equipment connected with the computer.
The inspection process of the device according to the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
s1, an inspector logs in, and the identity of the inspector is identified through a user management module to automatically load an existing inspection task of the inspector;
s2, selecting a new inspection task list and an inspection model through an inspection task management module, and importing a new inspection task;
s3, scanning the bar code of the product through the data acquisition terminal, identifying whether the bar code is legal or not, automatically acquiring and loading a corresponding inspection item list and a three-dimensional inspection model after the bar code is legal, and prompting a user to illegally rescan the bar code when the bar code is illegal;
s4, selecting an inspection item from the inspection list through an inspection execution module, and checking the marked size in the lightweight model;
s5, connecting a digital display measuring device, scanning or manually inputting the number of the measuring tool, automatically acquiring or manually inputting a check value, and automatically judging whether the measuring tool is qualified or not according to the check value and a check requirement;
s6, if the test data is not qualified, selecting or inputting a processing suggestion, storing the test data, and completing the test item;
s7, after all the inspection projects are finished, exporting inspection data to a designated path through an inspection task management module, wherein the exported inspection data comprises original inspection data and defect statistical data;
and S8, after a certain inspection task fails, manually deleting the inspection task.
