本发明公开了一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀,涉及安全阀技术领域。它包括外螺纹套管、全开泄压机构和回弹封闭机构;外螺纹套管内转动套接有双腔接口管;双腔接口管内分别配合连通有第一支管和第二支管;所述的全开泄压机构包括泄压筒;泄压筒内滑动连接有第一硅胶塞;第一硅胶塞前端中部呈凹形结构;第一硅胶塞前端中部固定有第一推杆;泄压筒包括后部的定位段和前部的泄压段;所述的第一支管一端与双腔接口管连通,另一端与定位段后端连通。本发明的有益效果是:其能够在容器内压力超过规定值时,实现迅速全部开启,达到快速泄压效果,而且受高温环境的影响小,故障率低。

一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀
技术领域
本发明涉及安全阀技术领域。
背景技术
安全阀是启闭件受外力作用下处于常闭状态,当设备或管道内的介质压力升高超过规定值时,通过向系统外排放介质来防止管道或设备内介质压力超过规定数值的特殊阀门,其中应用最为广泛的是弹簧式安全阀。
弹簧式安全阀的原理是当设备内压力增大时,压力作用于阀瓣,再通过阀瓣将弹簧压缩,使阀门开启,排出介质,达到平衡压力的效果,然而由于弹簧的压缩量是根据载荷的大小而变化的,因此这种阀门的开启幅度会根据压力而变化,无法实现迅速开启。另外,弹簧在长期受高温的影响下弹力会减小,因此其不适用于温度较高的环境。再者,由于弹簧式安全阀上设置有调整螺母等暴露在外界的结构,因此容易发生故障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀,其能够在容器内压力超过规定值时,实现迅速全部开启,达到快速泄压效果,而且受高温环境的影响小,故障率低。
本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀,包括外螺纹套管、全开泄压机构和回弹封闭机构;外螺纹套管内转动套接有双腔接口管;双腔接口管内分别配合连通有第一支管和第二支管;
所述的全开泄压机构包括泄压筒;泄压筒内滑动连接有第一硅胶塞;第一硅胶塞前端中部呈凹形结构;第一硅胶塞前端中部固定有第一推杆;泄压筒包括后部的定位段和前部的泄压段;所述的第一支管一端与双腔接口管连通,另一端与定位段后端连通;泄压段后端外壁沿圆周方向均匀开有泄压口;第一推杆滑动密封穿过泄压段前端;
所述的回弹封闭机构包括通过连杆与泄压筒连接的安装筒;安装筒前端开有开放口;安装筒内滑动连接有第二硅胶塞;第二硅胶塞后端中部呈凹形结构;第二硅胶塞后端中部固定有第二推杆;安装筒包括后部的滑移段和前部的制动段;制动段内前部固定有挡杆;制动段内配合设置有压簧;压簧前端与挡杆固定;所述的第二支管一端与双腔接口管连通,另一端与滑移段后端连通;第一推杆与第二推杆呈直线相对状态;泄压段长度大于滑移段长度;
所述的定位段和制动段内壁均涂有磨砂金属镀层;泄压段和滑移段内壁均涂有聚四氟乙烯涂层。
进一步优化本技术方案,一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀的外螺纹套管内端配合固定有过滤片。
进一步优化本技术方案,一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀的制动段内壁后部固定有阻挡块。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、外螺纹套管内转动套接有双腔接口管,双腔接口管内分别配合连通有第一支管和第二支管,方便使第一支管和第二支管与容器连通,通过对第一支管和第二支管出口处的压力能够反映容器内部的实际压力;定位段和制动段内壁均涂有磨砂金属镀层,能够使第一硅胶塞在定位段时受到摩擦力,使第二硅胶塞在制动段时受到摩擦力;泄压段和滑移段内壁均涂有聚四氟乙烯涂层,能够使第一硅胶塞在泄压段时受到的摩擦力忽略不计,使第二硅胶塞在滑移段时受到的摩擦力忽略不计。
2、第一硅胶塞处受到第一支管出口处气体的压力,当该压力超过定位段处的最大静摩擦力时,能够使第一硅胶塞滑动,使泄压口全部与第一支管导通,实现快速泄压;第二硅胶塞处受到第二支管出口处气体的压力,能够沿滑移段向制动段滑动;泄压段长度大于滑移段长度,第一推杆与第二推杆呈直线相对状态,在第一硅胶塞滑动到被泄压段前端阻挡之前,能够使第一推杆撞击第二推杆,推动第二硅胶塞滑动,使第二硅胶塞进入到制动段,受到压簧弹力和制动段的摩擦力而被成功制动。
3、第二硅胶塞处受到的压力与制动段处的最大静摩擦力之和小于压簧的弹力时,能够将第二硅胶塞弹回,通过第二推杆撞击第一推杆,使第一硅胶塞滑动到定位段,泄压口与第一支管的连通状态被阻断,不再泄压;外螺纹套管内端配合固定有过滤片,能够将容器内的气体过滤,避免杂质进入到第一支管和第二支管造成堵塞问题;制动段内壁后部固定有阻挡块,能够将第二硅胶塞阻挡,避免第一推杆撞击时给第二硅胶塞传递的能量过大,导致将压簧压坏的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀,包括外螺纹套管1、全开泄压机构和回弹封闭机构;外螺纹套管1内转动套接有双腔接口管2;双腔接口管2内分别配合连通有第一支管3和第二支管4;所述的全开泄压机构包括泄压筒5;泄压筒5内滑动连接有第一硅胶塞6;第一硅胶塞6前端中部呈凹形结构;第一硅胶塞6前端中部固定有第一推杆7;泄压筒5包括后部的定位段8和前部的泄压段9;所述的第一支管3一端与双腔接口管2连通,另一端与定位段8后端连通;泄压段9后端外壁沿圆周方向均匀开有泄压口10;第一推杆7滑动密封穿过泄压段9前端;
所述的回弹封闭机构包括通过连杆21与泄压筒5连接的安装筒11;安装筒11前端开有开放口12;安装筒11内滑动连接有第二硅胶塞13;第二硅胶塞13后端中部呈凹形结构;第二硅胶塞13后端中部固定有第二推杆14;安装筒11包括后部的滑移段15和前部的制动段16;制动段16内前部固定有挡杆17;制动段16内配合设置有压簧18;压簧18前端与挡杆17固定;所述的第二支管4一端与双腔接口管2连通,另一端与滑移段15后端连通;第一推杆7与第二推杆14呈直线相对状态;泄压段9长度大于滑移段15长度;所述的定位段8和制动段16内壁均涂有磨砂金属镀层;泄压段9和滑移段15内壁均涂有聚四氟乙烯涂层;外螺纹套管1内端配合固定有过滤片19;制动段16内壁后部固定有阻挡块20。
本发明中,泄压段9和滑移段15处通过涂有聚四氟乙烯涂层,使得这两处内壁摩擦系数极低,对第一硅胶塞6和第二硅胶塞13产生的摩擦力可忽略不计。
如图1所示,在工作状态时,第一支管3和第二支管4均与需要保证压力的容器连通,初始状态下,第一硅胶塞6处于泄压筒5内的定位段8处,第二硅胶塞13此时处于安装筒11内的滑移段15处。当第一支管3对第一硅胶塞6处的压力超过定位段8内壁对第一硅胶塞6的最大静摩擦力时,第一硅胶塞6即可迅速滑动到泄压段9,泄压口10会全部与第一支管3导通,从而实现快速泄压的效果。
第二硅胶塞13此时受到第二支管4处的气体压力,因此第二硅胶塞13会沿滑移段15向制动段16处滑动,在滑动到接触压簧18时,受到滑移段15距离和第二支管4处气体压力的影响,第二硅胶塞13此时的动能可能不足以使第二硅胶塞13进入到制动段16,而是会在进入到制动段16之后受到压簧18的弹力而被弹回到滑移段15,为了避免这个问题,本技术方案中通过设置较长的泄压段9,使第一硅胶塞6在沿泄压段9滑动时能够积攒足够的动能,从而能够通过撞击将第二硅胶塞13全部推动到制动段16内,保证对第二硅胶塞13的正常制动,如图2所示(撞击后受到反作用力,第一推杆7和第二推杆14会分开)。
随着泄压的进行,容器内的气体压力迅速下降,当下降到规定值时,第二支管4处的气体对第二硅胶塞13处的压力与制动段16对第二硅胶塞13处的最大静摩擦力之和,不再能够抵抗压簧18的弹力,因此第二硅胶塞13即被迅速弹回到滑移段15,同时反向撞击第一推杆7,将第一硅胶塞6推回定位段8,从而阻止了气体的继续泄出,达到保压的效果。
为了保证在泄压过程中,第二硅胶塞13能够被第一推杆7的撞击作用全部推到制动段16处制动,而不是被压簧18的弹力弹出到滑移段15,除了设置泄压段9的长度大于滑移段15的长度之外,本技术方案中还设置足够长的泄压段9,使得第一推杆7在撞击第二推杆14时,能够积攒足够的动能,足够将第二硅胶塞13全部推入制动段16内。
第二硅胶塞13全部进入到制动段16后,本发明中设定压簧18的弹力和制动段16处的最大摩擦力均弹力远大于第二支管4处压力的规定值,例如在第二硅胶塞13全部进入到制动段16后,压簧18的弹力为20N,制动段16处的最大摩擦力为15N,而第二支管4处压力的规定值为5N,这样设置能够在第二支管4处的压力达到规定值时,使压簧18的弹力能够对第二硅胶塞13处提供足够的冲力,使第二推杆14撞击第一推杆7时产生足够大的冲量,能够使第一硅胶塞6顺利滑动到定位段8内被定位,避免第一硅胶塞6在滑动回到定位段8之前就被第一支管3处提供的压力而阻碍停止,导致无法正常保压的问题。
除此以外,本技术方案中设置第一硅胶塞6前端中部呈凹形结构、第二硅胶塞13后端中部呈凹形结构,能够在撞击产生时,分别使受到定位段8阻碍的第一硅胶塞6或受到制动段16阻碍的第二硅胶塞13,通过形变体积缩小,对定位段8内壁或制动段16内壁的压力减小,也就是能够减小与定位段8内壁或制动段16内壁的摩擦力,使得在泄压过程中,第二硅胶塞13更容易进入到制动段16,在保压过程中,第一硅胶塞6更容易进入到定位段8。
另外,本发明中第一硅胶塞6和第二硅胶塞13耐高温性强,而且压簧18不与容器内气体接触,因此与传统弹簧式安全阀相比耐高温性更好,高温环境下依旧能够保证容器内压力的稳定;再者,本发明中没有众多外露的结构、器件等,因此故障率低;与传统电磁阀相比,无需电的参与,因此适用性更广泛,安全性更高。

1.一种基于摩擦结构的全开安全阀,其特征在于:包括外螺纹套管、全开泄压机构和回弹封闭机构;外螺纹套管内转动套接有双腔接口管;双腔接口管内分别配合连通有第一支管和第二支管;
所述的全开泄压机构包括泄压筒;泄压筒内滑动连接有第一硅胶塞;第一硅胶塞前端中部呈凹形结构;第一硅胶塞前端中部固定有第一推杆;泄压筒包括后部的定位段和前部的泄压段;所述的第一支管一端与双腔接口管连通,另一端与定位段后端连通;泄压段后端外壁沿圆周方向均匀开有泄压口;第一推杆滑动密封穿过泄压段前端;
所述的回弹封闭机构包括通过连杆与泄压筒连接的安装筒;安装筒前端开有开放口;安装筒内滑动连接有第二硅胶塞;第二硅胶塞后端中部呈凹形结构;第二硅胶塞后端中部固定有第二推杆;安装筒包括后部的滑移段和前部的制动段;制动段内前部固定有挡杆;制动段内配合设置有压簧;压簧前端与挡杆固定;所述的第二支管一端与双腔接口管连通,另一端与滑移段后端连通;第一推杆与第二推杆呈直线相对状态;泄压段长度大于滑移段长度;
