Abstract
将气体与至少一种液体混合(例如自气态氢氟烷
烃制取非氯化的或较少氯化的溶剂)的方法,包括在
标准状况的温度和压力下开始,在该温度和压力下冷
却气体使其液化,将液化气体与液体混合以及将混合
物回复到标准状况的温度。
Description
本发明涉及将气体与至少一种液体混合的方法,以生产在标准状况下(温度为20℃,压力为大气压)为液态的混合物,在此标准状况下这种气体难于以所希望的方式应用,因为它不是液态。
按照本发明,上述混合方法的特征在于:它是在标准状况下开始;将在标准状况下的气体冷却使气体液化;将所说的液化气体与所说的液体混合;将混合物回复至标准状况的温度。
最好是将与液化气体混合的液体也冷却至大约气体被冷却的温度;最好的是基本上等于气体被冷却的温度。
虽然不排除在压力下工作,在一实施本发明方法的实例中,气体的冷却和液化是在大气压下进行的。
为使混合能正常进行,气体液化后,将较浓稠的液体倾入较稀薄的液体,最好是搅拌下进行以使较稀薄的液体不会浮在表面上。
形成混合物后,将混合物自然回复到标准状况的温度,例如让其自行回复到标准状况的温度。但温度的上升可以用加热的方法。
本发明最好是,但并不限制于,在非氯化的或氯化很少的液体混合物的制备,这种液体混合物作为溶剂或清洁产品或去油污产品用于家庭与工业。
为此目的,被液体的气体应属于在基本上是20℃和大气压时是气体的由氢氟烷烃(氢氟碳和氢氯氟碳)组成的一组化合物。
在考虑应用的这样一种液体混合物的一实例中,最初的液体含一烃部分和甲氧基丙醇,并且还可含正丁氧基二亚丙基二醇。
最终混合物含2-25℃(重量)%的氢氟烷烃是有益的,最好是含4-16%(重量)。
例如,烃部分是脱芳构化的烃DSP145/160(EXXON销售,商标为EXXSOL)。
上述优选的应用中所用的氢氟烷烃最好是氢氟碳125,134a或152或氢氯氟碳142b。
因此,用本发明的由气体和两种液体混合物经简单冷却的方法得到一种液体混合物,这种液体混合物在通常的标准状况的温度和压力下是活泼的,而活泼产品之一的理想优选应用中的氢氟烷烃在标准状况下是气体的。
本发明对于全国和国际旨在最终抑制高氯化产品(氯氟碳、氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、多氯乙烯等)(这些高氯化产品由于它们的有害性、毒性和对环境的作用,因而是危险的)的规定是特别有兴趣的。
与此对照,由本发明制得的产品,在上述优选的应用中是没有危害性和毒性的,也没有对环境的有害作用。这种产品的闪点很高,因此在标准状况的温度下使用是非可燃性的,所以使用完全安全。
再者,这种特别的产品对于水是没有危险的,其水溶性很小,长期暴露于光线上可被分解,这种产品可生物降解,对环境没有威胁。
下面的二实施例仅说明按本发明方法得到的产品。其中的浓度以重量计,并可(例如)有20%的变化。
实施例1
脱芳构化烃部分DSP145/160 64%
甲氧基丙醇 20%
正丁氧基二亚丙基二醇 12%
氢氟碳134a 4%
制取以上混合物是将气体氢氟碳在容器中冷却至约-40℃;将适合比例的烃部分和甲氧基丙醇置于另一容器,第二容器也冷却至-40℃,在氢氟碳液化到适量后,在氢氟碳液化到适量后,在缓和搅拌下倾入第二容器,然后让混合物独自回到环境温度,此后便得到了最终产品。
实施例2
脱芳构化烃部分 DSP145/160 64%
甲氧基丙醇 20%
正丁氧基二亚丙基二醇 4%
氢氯氟碳142b 4%
按实施例1的方法制备了此产品,但含氢氯氟碳的容器只冷却至-20℃,其它三种液体置于第二容器,也将其冷却至-20℃。
必须明白,本发明的范围并不限于上述实施本发明的方法和优选的应用,相反,各种变体都离不开本发明的如权利要求书中所限定的范围。
Claims (11)
1、将一种气体与至少一种液体混合的方法,其特征是它包括在标准状况的温度和压力下开始;在此温度和压力条件下冷却气体使气体液化;将液化气体与所说的液体混合;使混合物回复至标准状况的温度。
2、权利要求1的方法,其中所说的液体也被冷却至最好是约为气体被冷却的温度,更好的是基本上等于气体被冷却的温度。
3、权利要求1或2的方法,其中气体是在大气压下被冷却和液化的。
4、权利要求1至3任一项的方法,它包括将较浓密的液体倾入较稀薄的液体以将液化气体和所说液体混合,最好是在搅拌下进行。
5、权利要求1至4任一项的方法,其中混合物自然回复到标准状况的温度。
6、权利要求1至5任一项的方法,其中的气体包括氢氟烷烃(氢氟碳和氢氯氟碳)组成的一组化合物,它们在基本上为20℃和大气压下是气体。
7、权利要求6的方法,其中与液化气体混合的所说液体含一烃部分和甲氧基丙醇。
8、权利要求6的方法,其中与液化气体混合的所说液体还含有正丁氧基二亚丙基二醇。
9、权利要求7或8的方法,其中混合物含2-25%(重量)%,最好是4-16(重量)%的氢氟烷烃。
10、权利要求7至9任一项的方法,其中的烃部分是脱芳构化的烃部分DSP145/160。
11、权利要求6至10任一项的方法,其中的氢氟烷烃属于由氢氟碳125、134a或152和氢氯氟碳142b组成的一组化合物。
