Background
Traditional fertilizer distributor mainly is used for scattering granulated fertilizer, and likepowder microbial fertilizer manufacturing cost is lower than in granulated fertilizer, but it is difficult to broadcast traditional fertilizer distributor operation among the process of applying, the fertilizer distributor that does not have supporting operation on the existing market, because the microorganism survives and needs certain humidity, generally likepowder microbial manure moisture content is about 25%, traditional fertilizer distributor is electronic or relies on gravity free fall broadcasting the fertilizer in-process of applying, the fertilizer easily agglomerates, the problem of blocking up the fertilization mouth often appears, bio-fertilizer mixes inhomogeneous before broadcasting, and solid and liquid fertilizer mix and scatter easy caking and cause the waste.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a bio-fertilizer spreader comprises a spreader frame, a bio-solid fertilizer loading box is fixedly connected to the middle position of the top of the spreader frame, a bio-liquid fertilizer loading tank is fixedly connected to the left side of the top of the spreader frame, a supporting frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the spreader frame, a fertilizer processing frame is arranged inside the bio-solid fertilizer loading box, a stirring motor is fixedly connected to the inner side of the fertilizer processing frame, a stirring rack shaft is mounted above the fertilizer processing frame, driven gears are mounted at two ends of the stirring rack shaft, a connecting gear is meshed and connected below the driven gears, the connecting gear and the driven gears are rotatably connected with the fertilizer processing frame, the connecting gear is fixedly connected with the stirring motor at the position on the left side of the fertilizer processing frame, a blanking inclined plate is arranged above the stirring rack shaft inside the bio-solid fertilizer loading box, a storage cavity is arranged above the interior of the biological solid fertilizer loading box, a material distributing clapboard is arranged above the blanking sloping plate, a conical blanking hopper is arranged at the bottom of the spreading rack, a solid fertilizer blanking pipe is arranged at the bottom of the conical blanking hopper, a moving motor is arranged on the right side of the top of the spreader frame, a first belt pulley is arranged on an output shaft of the moving motor, the first belt pulley is rotationally connected with a second belt pulley through a belt, the second belt pulley is positioned in the supporting frame, a threaded rod is arranged between the supporting racks, the second belt pulley is fixedly connected with the threaded rod, moving blocks are arranged on two sides of the outer part of the threaded rod, a solid fertilizer spreader is arranged on the right side of the moving block, a liquid fertilizer spreader is arranged on the left side of the moving block, the solid fertilizer spreader is connected with a solid fertilizer blanking pipe, and the liquid fertilizer spreader is communicated with the biological liquid fertilizer loading tank through a liquid fertilizer guide pipe.
Preferably, the bottom of the inner side of the conical discharging hopper is fixedly connected with a spiral motor, and a spiral discharging device is installed at the top of the spiral motor.
Preferably, a sliding track is arranged on the inner side of the support frame, a sliding block is arranged on the inner side of the sliding track, and the bottom of the sliding block is fixedly connected with a moving block.

(1) the bio-fertilizer spreader comprises a bio-solid fertilizer loading box, a plurality of solid granular fertilizers can be stored in the bio-solid fertilizer loading box, the solid granular fertilizers are placed downwards through a material distributing clapboard in a decelerating way and then slide into a space between stirring rack shafts through a discharging inclined plate, a stirring motor drives a driven gear and the stirring rack shafts through a connecting gear to stir and mix the granular fertilizers, the mixed fertilizers enter a conical discharging hopper, a spiral motor is arranged in the conical discharging hopper and can drive a spiral discharging device to rotate for uniform discharging, the solid fertilizers fall into a material spreading head through a solid fertilizer discharging pipe, an air blower blows the fertilizers in the spreading head to the ground through an air duct, whether the air blower is started or not can be determined according to needs, the solid fertilizer discharging device is arranged on a movable block of a threaded rod, the movable motor drives the threaded rod to rotate through a belt, and the position of the movable block is adjusted, the purpose of mixing unloading and scattering solid fertilizer is reached, more stable mixing can be realized, the feeder position can be adjusted when using, the speed that even unloading was guaranteed to the rotation of the feeder was carried out to the speed of adopting branch material baffle to slow down and spiral feeder is stable down to jam fertilization mouth can not appear, the waste of fertilizer is reduced.

The bottom of the inner side of the conical discharging hopper 12 is fixedly connected with a spiral motor 13, and the top of the spiral motor 13 is provided with a spiral discharging device 14.
The inner side of the support frame 2 is provided with a sliding track 28, the inner side of the sliding track 28 is provided with a sliding block, and the bottom of the sliding block is fixedly connected with the moving block 25.
The inside rotation axis 17 that is provided with of biological liquid fertilizer loading tank 15, biological liquid fertilizer loading tank 15 outside top is provided with stirring and uses motor 16, and the stirring is with motor 16 output shaft through shaft coupling and rotation axis 17 fixed connection.
The inner bottom of the biological liquid fertilizer loading tank 15 is provided with a supply pump 18, and the supply pump 18 is connected with a liquid fertilizer conduit 19.
The liquid fertilizer spreader 20 comprises a frame body 201 and a rotating frame 202, wherein an adjusting motor 203 is arranged on the inner side of the frame body 201, an adjusting gear 204 is installed on the adjusting motor 203 through a speed reducer, an adjusting driven wheel 205 is installed on the inner side of the rotating frame 202 of the frame body 201, and the adjusting driven wheel 205 is meshed with the adjusting gear 204.
The liquid spills material shower nozzle 206 is installed to support body 201 bottom, and liquid spills the rear side of material shower nozzle 206 and installs feed liquor pipe 207, and feed liquor pipe 207 is located the support body 201 outside, and feed liquor pipe 207 is connected with liquid fertilizer pipe 19.
The solid fertilizer spreader 26 comprises a spreading frame 261, a blower 263 is fixedly connected inside the spreading frame 261, a spreading diffusion head 262 is arranged at the bottom of the spreading frame 261, and the top of the spreading diffusion head 262 is communicated with the blower 263 through an air duct.
A solid fertilizer feeding pipe 264 is arranged at the left side of the spreading head 262, and the solid fertilizer feeding pipe 264 is connected with the solid fertilizer discharging pipe 27.
The bottom of the support frame 2 is provided with a moving wheel 29.
When the biological solid fertilizer loading box is used, solid granular fertilizers in the biological solid fertilizer loading box 3 can be stored in various types, the biological solid fertilizer loading box is placed downwards at a reduced speed through the material distributing partition plate 10 and then slides into the space between the stirring rack shafts 6 through the discharging inclined plate 9, the stirring motor 5 drives the driven gear 8 and the stirring rack shafts 6 through the connecting gear 7 to stir and mix the granular fertilizers, the mixed fertilizers enter the conical discharging hopper 12, the spiral motor 13 is arranged in the conical discharging hopper 12, the spiral motor 13 can drive the spiral discharging device 14 to rotate for uniform discharging, the solid fertilizers fall into the spreading head 262 through the solid fertilizer discharging pipe 27, the blower 263 blows the fertilizers in the spreading head 262 to the ground through the air duct, the blower 263 can be opened or not according to needs, the solid fertilizer spreading device 26 is arranged on the moving block 25 of the threaded rod 24, and the moving motor 21 drives the threaded rod 24 to rotate through the belt wheel set, therefore, the position of the moving block 25 is adjusted, the liquid fertilizer spreader 20 arranged below the left moving block 25 is communicated with the biological liquid fertilizer loading tank 15, the rotating shaft 17 in the biological liquid fertilizer loading tank 15 is driven by the stirring motor 16 to rotate to stir and mix the liquid fertilizer, the mixed fertilizer is injected into the liquid fertilizer spreader 20 through the supply pump 18 and the liquid fertilizer conduit 19 to be sprayed, and the adjusting motor 203 in the liquid fertilizer spreader 20 can adjust the spraying angle of the liquid fertilizer spreader 20 through the adjusting gear 204 and the adjusting driven wheel 205.
