The seed taking and sowing unit is arranged on the vehicle body, seeds are obtained one by one through the seed taking and sowing unit, and then the seeds are sowed in soil. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the frame 3 is a main body of a seed taking and sowing unit, the frame is of a cuboid hollow structure, a plurality of seed storage boxes 31 which are arranged at equal intervals are fixed in an inner cavity of the frame, as shown in fig. 4, the upper parts of the seed storage boxes are seed storage cavities, the bottoms of the seed storage cavities are inclined planes 313, round cavities 312 are arranged at the lower parts of the seed storage cavities, and falling holes 311 are formed between the seed storage cavities and the round cavities. A seed taking wheel 32 is rotatably arranged in the circular cavity, and the diameter of the seed taking wheel is the same as the inner diameter of the circular cavity. A conveying channel 321 is arranged in the seed taking wheel, the conveying channel is composed of two sections of linear cavities, and a seeding pipe 33 is fixed at the bottom of the seed storage box. Seeds in the seed storage cavity enter the conveying channel through the falling hole and then enter the sowing pipe through the conveying channel. A rotating shaft 34 is rotatably installed in the frame and is used for relatively and fixedly connecting seed taking wheels in all seed storage boxes together, as shown in fig. 5, gears 35 are respectively and fixedly installed at two ends of the rotating shaft, racks 36 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of each gear, as shown in fig. 3, the racks are engaged with the corresponding gears, and the racks are in up-down sliding connection with the frame. A pair of cams 37 are rotatably mounted on the left side of the frame and contact the tops of the corresponding racks, and when the cams rotate, the racks rotate and move linearly relative to the cams. As shown in fig. 5, the cams are connected together by a synchronizing shaft 38 that rotates in synchronism with the cams. A driven sprocket 381 is fixed to the synchronizing shaft, a bracket 39 is fixed to the left side of the frame, a driving sprocket 382 is rotatably mounted on the bracket, and a chain is provided between the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket. The support is provided with two wheel cavities, a rotating wheel 383 is arranged in the wheel cavity, and the two rotating wheels and the driving sprocket are coaxially arranged. A fixed rod 384 is fixed on the rotating wheel, and the driving sprocket is connected with the front wheel through belt transmission and chain transmission.
The lower part of the seeding pipe is provided with a cannula 4, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the cannula is a round pipe and is arranged outside the seeding pipe and is connected with the seeding pipe in a sliding way up and down. The bottom of the cannula is a tip 44, the upper part of the cannula is fixed with an ear plate 41, a first connecting shaft 45 is arranged among the ear plates on all the cannula, a pair of connecting rods 42 are hinged on the first connecting shaft, the lower ends of the connecting rods are hinged with the first connecting shaft, and the upper ends of the two connecting rods are connected through a second connecting shaft 46 to realize synchronous action. Each connecting rod is provided with a supporting lug 47 which is used for being hinged with a fixed rod on the corresponding rotating wheel, thus a crank block mechanism is formed among the rotating wheel, the fixed rod, the connecting rod, the insertion pipe and the seeding pipe. The seed storage box, the seeding pipe, the seed taking wheel, the driving mechanism, the push-pull mechanism and the insertion pipe form a seed taking seeding unit, the gear, the rack, the cam, the synchronous shaft, the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket form the driving mechanism, and the rotating wheel, the connecting rod and the supporting lugs form the push-pull mechanism.
The outer wall of the lower part of the seeding pipe is provided with a long groove 331, a baffle 332 is hinged in the long groove, a torsion spring is arranged between the baffle and the seeding pipe, and the upper end of the baffle is arranged at the inner side of the seeding pipe under the action of the torsion spring. A protrusion 43 is provided on the inner wall of the cannula and slidably disposed within the elongated slot. When the insertion pipe moves downwards, the bulge contacts with the lower end of the baffle plate and then presses the baffle plate, so that the upper end of the baffle plate moves from the inner side of the seeding pipe to the long groove, and at the moment, seeds on the baffle plate fall under the dead weight.
In order to facilitate the addition of seeds into the seed storage box, a storage box 5 is arranged on the vehicle body, and seeds are placed in the storage box.
