Step 3, the processor receives the confirmation information, controls the password analysis module to send a random password to the authorized signer, if the authorized signer does not feed back the random password within 1-3 minutes, the random password is invalidated, and the step 2 is entered; and if the authorized signer feeds back the random password within 1-3 minutes, entering the step 4.
And 4, requesting the signer to receive the random password, unlocking the password lock 111, putting the confirmed paper edition of the file, simultaneously opening the camera projection module, adjusting the position of the stamped file, and closing the cover plate 11.

The processor is started to operate through the fingerprint starting module, so that the application of the stamping system can be used only by a person who requests stamping, abuse of the system is prevented, and meanwhile, the system can be protected; before stamping, the file information needs to be confirmed in a transmittable form, after a processor is started, a stamping person is requested to send a command for requesting to send a file to the processor, meanwhile, a stamp 10 needing stamping is selected through a stamp 10 selection module according to needs, an information receiving and sending module receives the file and the selected stamp 10 information and calls contact information of an authorized stamping person in a personnel information storage unit so as to send the file and the selected stamp 10 information to the authorized stamping person for reading and confirmation, after confirmation, the processor sends a command to a password analysis module, sends a random password to the authorized stamping person through the password analysis module, and feeds the random password back to the password analysis module after the authorized stamping person confirms so as to send the random password to the stamping person, the stamping person is requested to open a password lock 111 through the random password, and the confirmed file paper version is placed into a shell through a transmission port, to realize the precondition of stamping; in order to prevent the file before stamping from being stolen and replaced, the file is shot by the camera 18, the file is zoomed by the image zooming module, so that the authorized stamping person can conveniently preview the file, the authorized stamping person can conveniently and simply confirm the file before stamping, at the moment, the cover body provided with the coded lock 111 is sealed, the uniqueness of the file before stamping is ensured, and of course, the required stamping person can also preview the file placed in the shell on the touch display screen 2 to confirm the content of the file again, and can also quit the file application to interrupt reading; however, before stamping, the stamping can be performed only after the authorized stamping person confirms for the second time, otherwise, the stamp 10 does not act, so that the stamping process is more precise, and the loss caused by wrong stamping is avoided.

Claims (9)

1. A data transmission-based sealing system, comprising: the shell is of a hollow structure, a transmission port is formed in one side of the shell, a cover plate for sealing the transmission port is arranged at the transmission port, and a coded lock is arranged outside the cover plate; the top end of the inner side of the shell is provided with a seal fixing component which is connected in a rotatable manner; the seal fixing assembly comprises a fixing box, a ring piece, a fixing piece and a pushing device, wherein the ring piece, the fixing piece and the pushing device are arranged in the fixing box; the fixing piece is used for fixing the seal and is arranged in the first hole in a manner of moving up and down; the pushing device comprises a cover body arranged at the top end of the seal and an air cylinder arranged at the top end of the cover body and used for pushing the cover body to move up and down; a seal outlet and a seal plate are arranged at the bottom end of the fixed box, and the seal outlet is opposite to the first hole and is matched with the seal in size; the sealing plate is movably arranged on the inner wall of the fixed box to seal the printing outlet;
the camera device comprises a camera, a camera storage module and a graph zooming module, wherein the camera is connected to the camera storage module so as to store a shot image to the camera storage module, the graph zooming module is connected to the camera storage module, and the graph zooming module is used for amplifying or shrinking a picture in the stored shot image; the camera is arranged at the corner of the top end of the shell;
the control device comprises a touch display screen arranged at the top end of the shell and a processor arranged in the shell and connected with the touch display screen, wherein the processor is connected with the camera shooting storage module and the image zooming module so as to view the shot image and receive the enlarged or reduced image in the shot image transmitted by the image zooming module.
2. The data transmission-based sealing system of claim 1, further comprising a remote transceiver system comprising:
a data storage module connected to the processor, the data storage module including a personnel information storage unit for storing identity information and contact information of a requesting signer and an authorized signer qualified to use the stamp, and a personal stamping information storage unit connected to the personnel information storage unit; the personal stamping information storage unit is used for correspondingly storing stamping information authorized by each authorized stamping person;
the fingerprint starting module is connected to the data storage module and the processor and is used for controlling the starting of the processor by verifying the fingerprint information of the signer requesting to stamp;
the information receiving and transmitting module is connected to the processor and the personnel information storage unit and is used for transmitting file information to be stamped to the authorized stamping person and receiving information fed back by the authorized stamping person and transmitting the information to the processor; and
and the password analysis module is connected to the personnel information storage unit and the processor, and is used for calling the contact information of the authorized stamping person after the request stamping person sends a stamping request, sending a random password to the authorized stamping person, checking the random password fed back, and sending the random password to the request stamping person to unlock the password lock.

The data transmission-based sealing system of claim 2, further comprising a camera projection module connected to the processor, the camera projection module being configured to project the position of the print outlet on the document while transmitting the projected image to the processor, so that the signer is requested to adjust the position of the seal.

The data transmission-based sealing system of claim 2, further comprising an information recording module connected to the processor, wherein the information recording module is used for integrating sealing related information to generate sealing information authorized by the authorized sealing person and storing the sealing information to the personal sealing information storage unit; wherein the related information for integrated sealing comprises: the time point information of requesting the identification confirmation of the stamping person, the content information of the file to be stamped, the time point information of requesting the stamping, the time point information of the stamping and the identification information of the authorized stamping person authorized to stamp.

A data transmission based sealing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ring member is rotatably disposed by: the circle center of the ring-shaped piece is provided with a rotating shaft located on the shell, the rotating shaft is sleeved with a fixing ring, a supporting rod which is connected with the inner side of the ring-shaped piece and the fixing ring is arranged around the fixing ring, and the rotating shaft is connected to a motor to drive the rotating shaft to rotate.

The data transmission-based stamping system according to claim 5, further comprising a stamp selection module for issuing a request for selecting the corresponding stamp and transmitting the request to the processor to control the rotation shaft to rotate by a corresponding angle so that the selected stamp is opposite to the print outlet.
7. The data transmission-based stamping system according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member includes a fastening ring and an elastic member, the fastening ring is fitted with the stamp, and the elastic member is disposed inside the first hole and connects the first hole and the fastening ring.

The data transmission-based sealing system of claim 2, further comprising a voice prompt module, wherein the voice prompt module is connected to the processor, and when the document is placed in the casing and the position to be sealed is opposite to the print outlet, the voice prompt module sends out a corresponding voice prompt to inform the sealing-requesting person when the document previews or seals.
9. Use of a system of stamping based on data transmission according to any of claims 1-8, said method mainly comprising the steps of:
step 1, a person requesting to stamp starts the processor through a fingerprint starting module to send out information of file request confirmation and select information of a stamp through a stamp selecting module;
step 2, the information receiving and transmitting module receives the request information for selecting the seal transmitted by the processor so as to call the contact information of the authorized stamping person corresponding to the seal, transmits the selection information for selecting the seal and the file to be stamped to the authorized stamping person for confirmation, and receives the information fed back by the authorized stamping person and transmits the information to the processor; if the authorized signer confirms the information, the step 3 is carried out, and if the authorized signer feeds back and modifies, the step 1 is carried out;
step 3, the processor receives the confirmation information, controls the password analysis module to send a random password to the authorized signer, if the authorized signer does not feed back the random password within 1-3 minutes, the random password is invalidated, and the step 2 is entered; if the authorized signer feeds back the random password within 1-3 minutes, entering step 4;
step 4, requesting the signer to receive the random password, unlocking the password lock and putting the confirmed paper edition of the file, simultaneously opening the camera projection module to adjust the position of the stamped file, and closing the cover plate;
step 5, shooting the file in the shell through the camera, transmitting the shot image to the shooting storage module so that the image zooming module can zoom in or zoom out the picture in the shot image, and sending the picture to the processor so as to transmit the picture to an authorized signer for secondary confirmation; if the secondary confirmation is not executed, sending a voice prompt request to the signer to confirm the file again through the voice prompt module, and entering the step 1; if the secondary confirmation is executable, the processor controls the rotation of the rotating shaft, the closing plate and the cylinder to act so as to finish the stamping.
