Abstract

The heating time and the temperature of the pin heater are controlled by the controller, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and components are not easy to damage.

Further, the pin heater comprises a rib part heating area and a power connection area, the rib part heating area and the two side power connection areas are made of graphene materials, the power connection area is connected with the metal electrode, the rib part heating area is connected through ribs, and through holes which are matched with the shape and the size of the pin are reserved between the ribs.

Embodiments of the technical scheme of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present application, and thus are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.

An embodiment 1 provides a liquid crystal display screen convenient to maintain, which comprises a liquid crystal component 1, a circuit connector 2 and a flexible circuit board 3, wherein one end of the circuit connector 2 is connected with the liquid crystal component 1, the other end of the circuit connector 2 is provided with a pin 4, and the pin 4 of the circuit connector 2 is connected with a golden finger 5 connected with the flexible circuit board 3 in a hot pressing manner; the circuit connector comprises an A surface and a B surface, pins are arranged on the A surface of the circuit connector, a pin heater 6 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the pin 4, of the B surface of the circuit connector 2, the pin heater 6 is connected with a controller, and the controller is used for controlling heating time and heating temperature of the pin heater. When the liquid crystal component needs to be maintained or replaced, the heating time and the heating temperature of the pin heater are controlled so as to carry out the debonding treatment on the hot-pressed connection part of the pin and the golden finger connected with the flexible circuit board. The heating time and the temperature of the pin heater are controlled by the controller, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and components are not easy to damage.
The pin heater 6 comprises a rib part heating area 7 and a power connection area 8, wherein the rib part heating area and the two side power connection areas are made of graphene materials, the power connection areas are connected with the metal electrode, the rib part heating area is connected through ribs, and through holes which are adaptive to the shape and the size of the pin are reserved between the ribs. The pin heater uses graphene material, so that the temperature can be immediately raised and the glue can be dissolved in a short time, and the heating time in the maintenance process is reduced. Meanwhile, through holes are formed between the ribs, so that the graphene is prevented from being in direct contact with the pins and the golden fingers, and the risk of damage to the pins and the golden fingers due to heating is reduced.
The periphery of the edge of the liquid crystal component 1 is provided with adhesive glue, and the adhesive glue is adhered to the touch screen through the adhesive glue crystal component; the heating wire 10 and the powdery silicon dioxide 11 are mixed in the adhesive glue, the heating wire 10 is buried in the silicon dioxide 11 substrate, the heating wire is restrained through the compact structure of the silicon dioxide, and the influence of deformation of the heating wire due to heating is reduced. The switch of the electric heating wire is connected with the controller.
The switch of the heating wire is connected with the controller. When the touch screen is required to be replaced or the liquid crystal component is required to be maintained, the adhesive glue around the edge of the liquid crystal component is subjected to glue decomposition treatment by controlling the heating time and the heating temperature of the heating wire.
In embodiment 2, on the basis of the above scheme, the pin heater may only include a heating zone 6, where the heating zone is made of graphene flakes, and the heating zone is provided with a through hole corresponding to the shape and size of the pin. As the light is on the market in the graphene, two areas with different electrical characteristics can be generated, so that temperature difference occurs, and current is generated. Therefore, when the pins need to be heated, the graphene is irradiated by using infrared electronic beams, so that heating can be performed. By adopting the structure, other power electronic elements are not required to be introduced, and the rapid heating and de-sizing can be realized, so that the maintenance is convenient, and the layout structure of the liquid crystal display screen is not influenced.

A liquid crystal display screen convenient to maintain according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein adhesive glue is arranged around the edges of the liquid crystal module (1) and is adhered to the touch screen through the adhesive glue crystal module; the adhesive glue is internally mixed with the heating wire (10) and the powdery silicon dioxide (12), the heating wire (10) is buried in the silicon dioxide (11) substrate, the heating wire is restrained through a silicon dioxide compact structure, and when a touch screen is required to be replaced or a liquid crystal component is required to be maintained, the adhesive glue around the edge of the liquid crystal component is subjected to glue decomposition treatment by controlling the heating time and the heating temperature of the heating wire.
