Furthermore, the end of the positioning structure 28 facing the furnace column 1 is also provided with a rounded corner structure to facilitate sliding of the furnace column 1 into the recess. Thus, when the square-shaped element 5 is brought close to the furnace column 1, the positioning structure 28 will cooperate with the furnace column 1, so that the furnace column 1 is snapped into the recess and sealed by the gasket 29. The sealing gasket 29 not only can seal the joint of the furnace column 1 and the positioning structure 28, but also can reduce the damage caused by collision between the furnace column 1 and the square member 5 and protect the furnace column 1 and the square member 5.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment provides a coke oven coal-charging smoke dust collecting device, which adds a capacity expansion mechanism on the basis of embodiment 1. The expansion mechanism includes a fan-shaped expansion cover 30, a first connecting rod 31, a second connecting rod 32, and a telescopic structure 33. The expansion hood 30 is rotatably installed on the bottom end of the fume collecting hood 14, and is rotated to enclose an expansion chamber with the fume collecting hood 14 to increase the collecting space of the fume. One end of the first connecting rod 31 is rotatably mounted on the side surface of the capacity expansion cover 30, and one end of the second connecting rod 32 is rotatably connected with the other end of the first connecting rod 31. The other end of the second connecting rod 32 is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of a telescopic structure 33, and the telescopic structure 33 is fixed on the smoke dust collecting cover 14. The telescopic structure 33 can adopt one of a cylinder, an oil cylinder and an electric push-pull rod, and can drive the telescopic end of the telescopic structure to stretch so as to drive the second connecting rod 32 and the first connecting rod 31 to rotate and drive the expansion hood 30 to rotate at the bottom end of the smoke dust collecting hood 14, so that the volume of the expansion bin is continuously changed, and meanwhile, the bottom end opening of the expansion bin is also continuously changed so as to be convenient for setting in actual needs.

Claims (10)

1. A coke oven coal-charging smoke dust collecting device for collecting smoke dust generated when a coal charging car (3) charges coal into a carbonization chamber (2), characterized by comprising:
the two furnace door type smoke dust gathering mechanisms are respectively arranged at two sides of the front end of the coal charging car (3) and are symmetrically arranged; each furnace door type smoke dust gathering mechanism comprises a column type square component (5), at least one pallet group and a push-pull device (7); the two square components (5) are respectively corresponding to the two furnace columns (1) at the two sides of the carbonization chamber (2), and each square component (5) is provided with a joint surface matched with the corresponding furnace column (1); the riding wheel set comprises a first guide rail (9), a supporting rod (10) and at least one tug (6); the first guide rail (9) is arranged on the brackets (4) at two sides of the coal charging car (3) and is vertical to the joint surface; the tug (6) is arranged on the first guide rail (9) and is fixedly connected with the square component (5) through the support rod (10); the push-pull device (7) is fixed on the bracket (4) and is provided with a telescopic end connected with the square component (5); the push-pull device (7) drives the square component (5) to be close to the carbonization chamber (2) by stretching the stretching end of the push-pull device, so that the bonding surface is attached to the furnace column (1); and
the integrated smoke dust collecting mechanism comprises a smoke dust collecting cover (14), a collecting pipe (15), a lump-shaped shutter (16) and a dust removing dry pipe (17); the smoke dust collecting cover (14) is arranged above the carbonization chamber (2), and forms a closed space with the furnace column (1) and the furnace wall corresponding to the carbonization chamber (2) so as to absorb the smoke dust; the bottom end of the collecting pipe (15) is connected with the smoke collecting cover (14) and is used for receiving smoke absorbed by the smoke collecting cover (14) and conveying the smoke to the dust removing main pipe (17); the thinner end of the lump-shaped shutter (16) is lapped on the top end of the collecting pipe (15) and is lifted to conduct or separate the collecting pipe (15) and the dust removing main pipe (17);
wherein, when collecting the smoke and dust, push-and-pull device (7) drive square component (5) are leaned on stove post (1) to increase the storage space of smoke and dust, integrated smoke and dust collection mechanism is through smoke and dust collection cover (14) absorption smoke and dust in the storage space, and make dust removal dry pipe (17) intercommunication collecting pipe (15) in order to collect through promoting lump shutter (16).

The coke oven coal-charging dust collection device according to claim 1, wherein each oven door type dust collection mechanism further comprises a sealing strip (8), the sealing strip (8) is mounted on one end of the square member (5) close to the oven pillar (1), and the joint of the square member (5) and the oven pillar (1) is sealed when the joint surface is attached to the oven pillar (1).

The coke oven coal-charging dust collection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the push-pull device (7) comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder support, a hydraulic conduit, a hydraulic oil station (11) and a push-pull rod support; the cylinder body support is fixed on the bracket (4), and the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the cylinder body support; the hydraulic oil station (11) provides hydraulic pressure for the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic guide pipe, so that a push-pull rod of the hydraulic cylinder stretches; the push-pull rod support is arranged on the square component (5) and is connected with the push-pull rod of the hydraulic cylinder.

The coke oven coal-charging dust collection apparatus of claim 3, wherein each oven door dust collection mechanism further comprises a stopper (20); the limiter (20) comprises a limit wire and a limit switch, and the limit switch is arranged on the bracket (4) and is used for controlling the working state of the push-pull device (7); one end of the limit wire is connected with the limit switch, the other end of the limit wire is connected with the square component (5), and the limit switch is driven to be disconnected when the square component (5) moves to a preset position, so that the push-pull device (7) stops driving the square component (5) to move.

The coke oven coal-charging dust collection device of claim 4, wherein the push-pull device (7) further comprises a controller (12); the controller (12) stretches out of the push-pull rod through the hydraulic cylinder to drive the square component (5) to be close to the corresponding carbonization chamber (2) when the limit switch is turned on, and contracts the push-pull rod through the hydraulic cylinder to drive the square component (5) to be far away from the corresponding carbonization chamber (2) when the limit switch is turned off.

The coke oven coal-charging smoke dust collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the smoke dust collecting cover (14) comprises at least one partition plate (19), and the partition plate (19) is arranged on two furnace columns (1) and surrounds the closed space with furnace walls corresponding to the furnace columns (1) and the carbonization chamber (2); wherein the end of the partition plate (19) extends out of the side part of the furnace column (1).

The coke oven coal-charging smoke dust collecting device according to claim 1, wherein each oven door type smoke dust collecting mechanism further comprises a roller group (13) and a guide rail II (21), wherein the roller group (13) is arranged on the bottom end of the square member (5), and the guide rail II (21) is arranged on a platform for bearing the coal charging car (3); the square component (5) rolls on the second guide rail (21) through the roller group (13) and approaches to or departs from the carbonization chamber (2).

The coke oven coal-charging dust collection device of claim 1, wherein the integrated dust collection mechanism further comprises a wire rope (22), a guide wheel (23), a fixing frame (18) and a movable arm (24); the fixing frame (18) is fixed on the dust removing main pipe (17), and the guide wheel (23) is rotatably arranged on the fixing frame (18); the steel wire rope (22) is in rolling fit with the guide wheel (23), one end of the steel wire rope (22) is connected with the top end of the lump-shaped shutter (16), and the other end of the steel wire rope (22) is connected with the end of the movable arm (24); the movable arm (24) is arranged on the fixed frame (18) in a lever type, and drives the steel wire rope (22) to pull up the lump-shaped shutter (16) through rotation.
9. The coke oven coal-charging dust collection device according to claim 2, characterized in that the sealing strip (8) is made of flexible steel sheet and lined with a refractory asbestos sheet.
10. A method for collecting coke oven coal-charging smoke dust, which is applied to the coke oven coal-charging smoke dust collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the square component (5) is driven to be abutted against the furnace column (1) so as to increase the storage space of smoke dust generated when the coal charging car (3) charges coal into the carbonization chamber (2);
collecting smoke dust in the storage space by using a smoke dust collecting cover (14);
lifting the lump shutter (16) to enable the collecting pipe (15) to be communicated with the dust removing main pipe (17), and collecting the smoke dust in the dust removing main pipe (17).
