2) the sealed smoke guide sleeve is lowered through a driving device, the directional smoke collection pipe extends into the carbonization chamber from a smoke guide hole in the side furnace top, and the sealed smoke guide sleeve is connected with the smoke guide hole in the side furnace top in a sealing manner, so that the smoke guide hole in the side furnace top is sealed;
3) the free end of the sealing butt joint sleeve is in sealing butt joint with a smoke guide hood on the upper part of the positioned machine side fire hole sealing device through a driving device, so that the sealing connection between the furnace top movable smoke guide device and the machine side fire hole sealing device is realized;
4) during the coal charging operation, most of the flue gas generated in the coal charging process in the carbonization chamber enters a coke oven gas collecting system through the ascending pipe under the action of high-pressure ammonia water in the furnace top smoke guide system; at the moment, a smoke guide fan in the furnace top movable smoke guide device is started, smoke flowing into a carbonization chamber from a furnace side furnace mouth is extracted by utilizing negative pressure generated by the smoke guide fan, enters a directional smoke collecting pipe from the front and the lower surface of a smoke suction inlet, and then enters a furnace side furnace mouth sealing device through a sealed smoke guide sleeve, a smoke guide connecting pipe and a sealed butt joint sleeve in sequence; under the guide of the machine side furnace mouth sealing device, airflow which has certain speed and pressure and flows into the carbonization chamber is formed at the upper part of the machine side furnace mouth, and the airflow can prevent coal-charging flue gas in the carbonization chamber from escaping outwards at the upper part of the machine side furnace mouth; meanwhile, an injection effect is generated, and the flue gas gathered in the sealing device of the furnace mouth at the machine side is introduced into the carbonization chamber, so that the gas at the furnace mouth at the machine side is sealed, and the coal-charging flue gas at the furnace mouth is effectively prevented from escaping;
5) the smoke flowing into the carbonization chamber from the side furnace mouth is mixed with the newly generated coal-charging smoke, one part of the smoke is pumped out by the smoke guide fan at the top smoke guide hole of the side furnace to be used as the injection air flow of the side furnace mouth, and the rest of the mixed smoke enters the coke oven gas collection system along the gaps at two sides and the top space between the briquette and the carbonization chamber under the action of the top smoke guide system, thereby realizing the complete recovery of the side coal-charging smoke of the tamping coke oven.
6. The method for directionally controlling the coal-charging smoke dust at the tamping coke oven machine side of claim 5, wherein during the coal-charging process at the coke oven machine side, the air quantity of the smoke guide fan is properly adjusted, so that the smoke generated during the coal-charging process is prevented from escaping from the machine side mouth, and the excessive air introduced from the machine side mouth into the carbonization chamber due to the overlarge smoke guide air quantity is avoided.
