The invention discloses an emergency stop device for searching dropped articles when a large-scale crusher works, which comprises an operation table arranged in an operation room, wherein the operation table comprises a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with each driving device of the crusher and used for controlling the working state of the crusher; the controller of the operating platform is also electrically connected with an emergency stop button arranged on the operating platform, and the emergency stop button is used for emergently stopping the working state of the first main belt conveyor at the downstream of the crusher in an emergency stop state. Also discloses an emergency stop method. The problem of current industry when handling this kind of problem current practice reliability is extremely poor is solved. The probability that the dropped hammer head and the dropped hammer handle are found before entering the coal tower is greatly improved, blockage and damage to a spiral feeder and a dry quenching rotary sealing valve of a coke oven vehicle are avoided, the production continuity is ensured, and serious damage to equipment is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of interlocking control of upstream and downstream belt processes in large-scale bulk material crushing processing and transportation industries, in particular to an emergency stop device and an emergency stop method for searching dropped articles when a large-scale crusher works.
Background
In the coking industry, the mixed coal needs to be crushed and refined before entering the coke oven, so a large-scale crusher needs to be used for crushing the mixed coal. The processing capacity of a single large-scale pulverizer which is widely used at the present stage is generally 500t/h, the rotating speed is 980r/min, and two functions and one standby function are realized during production, namely two large-scale pulverizers run simultaneously and one standby function is realized. According to different requirements on fineness of the mixed coal, the number of matched hammers and hammer cakes of each pulverizer is slightly different, the number of the matched hammers and hammer cakes is generally 58 groups of heavy hammers and hammer cakes, the heavy hammers and the hammer cakes are evenly distributed on a rotor in a cover, and the total weight of each group of hammers and hammer cakes is about 30 kilograms. When the crusher operates, the 10 KV high-voltage motor drives the inner rotor of the cover to rotate at a high speed, and coal and the hammer head are continuously collided and beaten in the cover, so that the purpose of crushing and refining is achieved. Before the coal materials enter the crusher, a coal conveying belt corresponding to the crusher is matched at the upstream of each large crusher, the conveying capacity of the belt conveyor is 500t/h, and the belt speed is 1.6 m/s; the coal materials after being pulverized by the high-speed rotation of the two pulverizers are gathered on a first main belt below a discharge port of the pulverizer, and are sequentially sent to a coal tower through all the main belt procedures at the downstream for being used by a coke oven. The conveying capacity of the downstream main belt conveyor is 1000t/h, and the belt speed is 2.5 m/s.
The single coal used has raw coal which is not washed, so that the mixed coal is often accompanied with large-block-diameter and high-hardness gangue and ironware which are mixed during mining and transportation, when the coal material mixed with the gangue and the ironware passes through a pulverizer, the hammer heads and hammer cakes rotating at high speed can be damaged, and different numbers of hammer heads or hammer cakes can fall off from the rotor and fall onto a main belt below according to different damage degrees.
At present, the current operation method for handling such problems in the industry is that when an employee who attends a post of the crusher judges that a hammer head or a hammer cake falls, the employee contacts a central control room through communication tools such as an interphone and a telephone to stop the operation of a material line of a downstream belt conveyor, and simultaneously, the employee rapidly runs to the tail of the downstream belt conveyor below the crusher from an operation room to pull and stop an accident pull rope. However, the operation method has extremely poor reliability and extremely low probability of finding the falling hammer head and hammer handle, and after a post worker correctly judges an accident, the hammer head or hammer cake enters a coal tower along with a belt system running at a high speed due to various delay defects of waiting, confirming and operation of the operation method, so that the probability of finding the hammer head or hammer cake on a downstream belt is greatly reduced. Finally, the hammer head or the hammer cake can cause blockage, blockage and damage to a coke oven vehicle spiral feeder and a dry quenching rotary sealing valve in the subsequent production operation, so that the continuous production is interrupted and the equipment is seriously damaged. Because the hammer head and the hammer cake are made of alloy materials and are wrapped in a thick coal flow layer after falling to run at high speed, the method for arranging the iron remover on the belt at the lower part of the crusher in the actual production cannot effectively solve the problem.

3) after finding out the dropped articles, the 'emergency stop button' of the operating platform is rotated, the system is recovered to the normal interlocking working state, and the production operation is continued.

Furthermore, when abnormal sound and vibration happen in the running process of the crusher, post personnel judge that the article falls behind at the first time and slap the 'scram button' on the stop operating platform to trigger the belt conveyor to scram so as to lead the first main belt at the lower part of the crusher to stop emergently.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
(1) the invention has the advantages of simple and practical application, quick and effective operation and easy on-site post operation, greatly improves the probability of finding the dropped hammer head and hammer handle before entering the coal tower, and solves the problem of poor reliability of the current method for processing the problem in the industry.
(2) The invention can better solve the problems of blockage, blockage and damage caused by the dropped heavy hammer head and hammer handle to the coke oven vehicle screw feeder and the dry quenching rotary sealing valve in the subsequent production operation, ensures the production continuity of the coke oven and greatly reduces the serious damage to the equipment.

The first main belt machine 3 at the downstream of the crusher and all other main belt processes at the downstream of the crusher are electrically connected with the controller 6 of the operation table for interlocking control. The emergency stop button 7 is bright red, the emergency stop button 7 is semicircular, and the pressing diameter is 3-5 cm.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention also provides an emergency stop method for quickly searching objects (mainly hammer heads or hammer cakes) falling off when a large-sized pulverizer rotates at a high speed aiming at the pulverizer and the production process of upstream and downstream belt conveyors in fig. 1, when abnormal sound and vibration happen in the operation process of the pulverizer, post personnel judge that the hammer heads or the hammer cakes fall off at the first time and then quickly slap and stop a 'emergency stop button' on an operation table, and trigger the emergency stop action of the belt conveyors to make a first main belt at the downstream of the pulverizer stop emergently. All the main belt processes at the downstream of the crusher are in an interlocking control state during normal production, so that all the belt conveyors from the downstream of the crusher to the coal tower stop running simultaneously when the first main belt at the downstream of the crusher stops emergently. At the moment, the post personnel can find the falling hammer heads or hammer cakes on the first downstream belt or other belt conveyors. After the emergency stop button is found, the operation table is rotated, the system is recovered to a normal interlocking working state, and the production operation is continued.
In the coking industry, the blended coal needs to be crushed and refined by a large crusher before entering a coal tower, and the method is a feasible emergency stop method for quickly finding out heavy hammers and hammer handles which fall off when the large crusher rotates at a high speed. The problem of poor reliability of the current method when the problem is treated in the industry at present is solved, and after the heavy hammer head and the hammer handle of the large-scale pulverizer rotating at high speed fall, the probability that the falling hammer head and the falling hammer handle are found before entering a coal tower can be greatly improved, so that the problems of blockage, blockage and damage caused by a coke oven vehicle screw feeder and a dry quenching rotary sealing valve in subsequent production operation after the broken hammer head and the broken hammer handle enter the coal tower along with a belt conveyor operating at high speed are reduced, and continuous production is interrupted and the equipment is seriously damaged. The device is simple and practical, the method is feasible, and the field post operation is easy.
The method of the invention can save cost by 30 ten thousand yuan per year.
