本发明提供了一种免漆门的门板无尘打磨装置，包括打磨转盘、防尘罩、带胶扇叶、吸尘轴、打磨头，打磨转盘的底面固定连接有毛刷，打磨转盘的内部开设有空腔，空腔的内部滑动连接有滑动杆，滑动杆的底部贯穿打磨转盘并固定连接有打磨头，打磨转盘的上方固定连接有转轴，转轴的上端转动连接有壳体，壳体的内部开设有收尘室与防尘腔，收尘室的内部设置有带胶扇叶，防尘腔的内部设置有主动齿轮与从动齿轮，从动齿轮的内部固定连接有吸尘轴，壳体的底端的外周固定连接有防尘罩。本发明因吸尘轴和带胶扇叶的配合设置，可将防尘罩内的粉尘吸入到吸尘轴内，而带胶扇叶上的黏性胶可将粉尘吸附，以此可以做到打磨吸尘，避免粉尘飞散到空气中对人体造成危害。
