Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the lancet device is mounted in a housing 1, comprising a lancet 2 for puncturing a milk cartridge and sucking out milk;
the puncture needle 2 is sleeved with a guide sleeve 3 and a guide cover 4, and a gap 2a for guiding flow is arranged among the guide sleeve 3, the guide cover 4 and the outer wall of the puncture needle 2; the flow guiding sleeve 3 is positioned below the flow guiding cover 4; the side surface of the diversion cover 4 is provided with a pipeline connecting hole 41 for leading in hot water; the pipe connection hole 41 communicates with the gap 2 a.
The pricking pin 2 is used for piercing the milk box and sucking milk from the milk box; foam is generated when milk is sucked, and dust is stained; therefore, after milk is sucked, the lancet needs to be cleaned.
Further, hot water is injected from the pipe connection hole 41 of the deflector cover 4; the hot water flows down along the gap 2a between the guide sleeve 3, the guide cover 4 and the outer wall of the puncture needle 2 so as to clean the outer wall of the puncture needle 2; the hot water flows into the milk box along the outer wall of the pricking pin 2 in a spiral way. The outer wall of the puncture needle 2 is cleaned by injecting hot water into the gap 2a, so that the cleaning efficiency is high and the cleaning effect is good; in addition, the aim of sterilization can be achieved.
Further, the guide cover 4 has a certain buffering function on the hot water injected from the pipe connection hole 41, and the hot water spirally flows into the milk box along the outer wall of the spike 2 in the gap 2a after buffering of the guide cover 4.
In addition, because of the structural reasons, some cleaning dead zones exist when the lancet 2 is manually cleaned, all areas of the outer wall of the lancet 2 cannot be cleaned, and the self-cleaning lancet device can clean all the areas of the outer wall of the lancet 2 which need cleaning, and no dead zones exist when the lancet 2 is manually cleaned.
Referring to fig. 2, the pipe connection hole 41 of the deflector cap 4 is connected to the first silicone tube 9a through a connection head 8.
Further, the pipe connection hole 41 of the deflector cap 4 may be connected to a coffee machine through which hot water is injected into the gap 2 a. The coffee machine injects hot water into the gap 2a through the first silicone tube 9a and the connector 8 to clean the outer wall of the puncture needle 2.
Further, the spike 2 is connected by a second silicone tube 9b to a coffee machine for providing steam for cleaning the inner wall of the spike 2. The steam is used for high temperature cleaning of the inner wall of the spike 2 and is injected into the milk box along the spike 2.
It should be noted that the lancet device is compact in structure by using hot water and steam provided by the coffee maker during the cleaning process, without adding other devices. In addition, the coffee machine can be replaced by another food machine.
Specifically, the silicone tube is a hose, and when the lancet device moves up and down, the first silicone tube 9a and the second silicone tube 9b can be deformed adaptively without affecting the connection relationship.
With further reference to FIG. 4, the lancet device also has a mounting base 5; the fixed seat 5 is arranged between the guide sleeve 3 and the guide cover 4; the upper end of the guide sleeve 3 is provided with an external thread 31, and is arranged in the mounting hole 51 of the fixing seat 5 through the external thread 31.
It should be noted that the fixing base 5 may be used to drive the lancet device up and down to pierce the milk container.
With further reference to fig. 5-7, the deflector cap 4 has an inner bore 42 through which the lancet needle passes; the pipeline connecting hole 41 is communicated with the inner hole 42; the diversion cover 4 is downwards provided with a convex part 43 along the puncture needle; the convex part 43 is embedded into the guide sleeve 3; the inner bore 42 extends downwardly through the boss 43.
The convex part 43 is embedded into the guide sleeve 3, so that the guide cover 4 is tightly connected with the guide sleeve 3, and the leakage of hot water is reduced.
Further, a first sealing ring 43a is disposed between the diversion cover 4 and the diversion sleeve 3; the first sealing ring 43a is sleeved on the protruding portion 43. The first sealing ring 43a can increase the tightness of the diversion cover 4 and the diversion sleeve 3, and further reduce the leakage of hot water.
Further, the guide sleeve 3 is provided with a hexagonal outer wall 32 at a position below the external thread 31. The hexagonal outer wall 32 is used for disassembling and assembling the threaded fit between the guide sleeve 3 and the fixed seat 5, so that the assembling and disassembling processes are more convenient.
Further, the lower end of the guide sleeve 3 is provided with a guide part 33; the inner diameter of the guide sleeve 3 at the guide part 33 is the smallest; the flow guide portion 33 has an inclined slit 33a at the lower end.
The hot water is more concentrated due to the minimum inner diameter at the guide part 33; the water flowing out of the oblique incision 33a moves obliquely along the outer wall of the puncture needle 2, so that the contact time between the water and the outer wall of the puncture needle 2 is prolonged, and the cleaning effect is better.
With further reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the lancet device further comprises a lancet adjusting seat 6; the puncture needle adjusting seat 6 is sleeved on the puncture needle 2 and is positioned above the diversion cover 4;
the needle adjusting seat 6 comprises a disc-shaped base 61 and an adjusting part 62 positioned above the base 61; the base 61 of the puncture needle adjusting seat 6, the diversion cover 4 and the fixed seat 5 are provided with connecting holes at corresponding positions, and the three are fixed together through bolts; an opening 62a is formed in one side of the adjusting part 62; a set screw 7 is fitted into the opening 62a for fixing the lancet 2.
The lancet 2 needs to pierce the milk container downwards, draw milk from the milk container, and then move upwards in order to pierce the next milk container. The initial height of the lancet 2 needs to be determined based on the milk box height specification.
The set screw 7 passes through the hole 62a and abuts against the outer wall of the lancet 2 to fix the lancet 2. When the height of the puncture needle 2 needs to be adjusted, the set screw 7 can be screwed down to manually adjust the puncture needle 2 to the required height, and then the set screw 7 is screwed down to fix the puncture needle 2 again. The height of the puncture needle 2 can be flexibly adjusted through the set screw 7 on the puncture needle adjusting seat 6, so that the puncture needle device is suitable for milk boxes with different height specifications.
With further reference to fig. 5, 6 and 8, the inner hole 42 of the deflector cover 4 is provided with a groove 42a for accommodating the second sealing ring 42b at a side close to the lancet needle adjusting seat 6; the second sealing ring 42b is wrapped on the outer wall of the pricker 2 and is pressed by the base 61 of the pricker adjusting seat 6 above. The second sealing ring 42b is used for forming a seal between the puncture needle adjusting seat 6 and the diversion cover 4, so that hot water in the diversion cover 4 is prevented from flowing upwards to the puncture needle adjusting seat 6.

the puncture needle device is also provided with a fixed seat; the fixed seat is arranged between the flow guiding sleeve and the flow guiding cover; the upper end of the guide sleeve is provided with an external thread, and the guide sleeve is arranged in the mounting hole of the fixing seat through the external thread;
the diversion cover is provided with an inner hole for the puncture needle to pass through; the pipeline connecting hole is communicated with the inner hole; the diversion cover is downwards provided with a protruding part along the puncture needle; the convex part is embedded into the guide sleeve; the inner hole penetrates through the protruding part downwards;
the lower end of the guide sleeve is provided with a guide part; the inner diameter of the guide sleeve at the guide part is minimum; the lower end of the flow guiding part is provided with an oblique notch;
the lancet device further comprises a lancet adjusting seat; the puncture needle adjusting seat is sleeved on the puncture needle and is positioned above the diversion cover;
the puncture needle adjusting seat comprises a disc-shaped base part and an adjusting part positioned above the base part; the base part of the puncture needle adjusting seat, the diversion cover and the fixing seat are provided with connecting holes at corresponding positions, and the base part, the diversion cover and the fixing seat are fixed together through bolts; an opening is formed in one side of the adjusting part; a set screw is cooperatively arranged in the opening for fixing the puncture needle.

3. The self-cleaning lancet device of claim 1, wherein the flow sleeve is provided with a hexagonal outer wall at a location below the external threads.

The self-cleaning lancet device of claim 1, wherein the inner bore of the deflector cap is provided with a groove on a side adjacent the lancet adjustment seat for receiving a second seal ring; the second sealing ring is coated on the outer wall of the puncture needle and is pressed by the base part of the puncture needle adjusting seat above.
5. The self-cleaning lancet device of claim 1, wherein the conduit attachment aperture of the deflector cap is connected to the first silicone tube by a connector.
6. The self-cleaning lancet device of claim 5, wherein the lancet is connected through a second silicone tube to a coffee maker for providing steam for cleaning the inner wall of the lancet.
