Abstract
The invention discloses a water injection rod structure and drinking equipment comprising the same. The water injection rod structure comprises a water injection rod body and a water injection valve assembly, wherein the water injection valve assembly is connected to a water outlet of the water injection rod body, so that the water outlet can be opened or closed, and in the installation process, the water injection valve assembly is connected to the water injection rod body from one side of the water outlet of the water injection rod body. According to the water injection rod structure, the water injection valve assembly is arranged at the first end of the water injection rod body, where the water outlet is arranged, so that the water outlet can be controlled to be opened and closed, and water leakage at the water outlet is prevented. And the water injection valve assembly is directly arranged at the water outlet from the first end side of the water injection rod body, so that the water injection valve assembly is more convenient to install and maintain.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water outlet structure of a household appliance, in particular to a water injection rod and drinking equipment comprising the same.
Background
The water injection rod is used for adding water to the external hot pot in the water purifying and drinking machine with the external hot pot (with a kettle) which is common in the market at present, the water injection rod is used for adding water through propping against a water inlet at the upper part of the kettle, when the water adding is finished or the kettle is heated, a user takes the kettle away, and more residual water is left in the water injection rod. Because the outlet of the current water injection rod is not generally sealed, residual water in the rod flows out along the pipe wall, so that the phenomenon of dripping is caused, and the use of a user is influenced.
At present, very few water injection rods with sealing design are complex in structure and poor in assembly and reliability, so that the assembly is unstable and the dripping phenomenon is generated. For example, some water injection rod structures provide a sealing rod, an elastic member, and a support frame within the water injection rod, with an elastic assembly formed between the sealing rod and the water injection rod by the elastic member. In the assembly process, a sealing piece and an elastic part are arranged on the sealing rod, then the supporting frame and the sealing rod are put into the water injection rod together from a port of the water injection rod far away from the water outlet and slide to the water outlet along the water injection rod, so that an openable sealing structure is formed between the sealing rod and the water outlet. Although the above structure has the function of preventing the residual water in the water injection rod from leaking, the assembly process is complicated, and when the assembly is completed, if maintenance is required, for example, when the sealing member is replaced, the disassembly of the sealing rod is troublesome.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a water injection rod structure capable of preventing drip leakage and convenient to assemble, and a drinking apparatus including the same.
In a first aspect, there is provided a water injection wand structure comprising a water injection wand body and a water injection valve assembly connected to a water outlet of the water injection wand body to enable the water outlet to be opened or closed, the water injection valve assembly being connected to the water injection wand body from a side of the water outlet of the water injection wand body during installation.
Preferably, the water injection valve assembly includes a valve body, a valve cartridge movably disposed on the valve body, and an elastic member providing an elastic force to the valve cartridge in a first direction.
Preferably, the water injection valve assembly further comprises a second sealing structure, the second sealing structure is arranged on the valve core, and the valve core can enable the second sealing structure to be pressed on the valve body under the action of the elastic piece.
Preferably, the valve body comprises a valve body and a guide part, the guide part is connected to the radial inner side of the valve body, the valve core is arranged in the guide part in a penetrating manner, and a flow passage is formed between the guide part and the valve body.
Preferably, the guide part and/or the valve body is in a cylindrical structure, a gap is formed between the outer wall of the guide part and the inner wall of the valve body, and the gap forms the circulation channel.
Preferably, the guide portion is connected to the valve body by a connecting rib.
Preferably, the valve body includes a mounting portion provided on the valve body for mounting the valve body.
Preferably, the water injection valve assembly is inserted into the water injection rod body from the water outlet of the water injection rod body and is connected with the inner wall of the water injection rod body through the mounting part.
Preferably, the mounting part comprises a clamping pin or an external thread, and the valve body is connected to the inner wall of the water injection rod body through the clamping pin or the external thread.
Preferably, the installation part comprises a clamping foot, a clamping groove which is clamped with the clamping foot and a guide groove which plays a guide role in installation of the clamping foot are arranged on the inner wall of the water injection rod body, and the guide groove is communicated with the clamping groove.
Preferably, the mounting part comprises a cylindrical structure formed at the first end of the valve body in the axial direction, and the cylindrical structure is sleeved at the water outlet of the water injection rod body and is connected to the water injection rod body.
Preferably, the mounting portion includes a screw that mounts the valve body to the water injection rod body.
Preferably, a first sealing structure is arranged between the valve body and the water injection rod body.
Preferably, the valve core is a rod-shaped structure, a first end of the rod-shaped structure passes through the guide part, the second sealing structure is connected to a position close to the first end, a sealing surface is arranged on the valve body, and the second sealing structure can be pressed on the sealing surface so as to seal the circulation channel.
In a second aspect, a drinking device is provided, comprising the water injection rod structure.
According to the water injection rod structure, the water injection valve assembly is arranged at the first end of the water injection rod body, where the water outlet is arranged, so that the water outlet can be controlled to be opened and closed, and water leakage at the water outlet is prevented. And the water injection valve assembly is directly arranged at the water outlet from the first end side of the water injection rod body, so that the water injection valve assembly is more convenient to install and maintain.

The present invention is described below based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to only these examples. It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the drawings provided herein are for illustrative purposes and that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is, it is the meaning of "including but not limited to".
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Furthermore, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the water injection rod provided by the present invention comprises a water injection rod body 100 and a water injection valve assembly 200, wherein the water injection valve assembly 200 is arranged at a water outlet 110 of the water injection rod body 100, and the water injection valve assembly 200 is connected to the water injection rod body 100 from one side of the water outlet 110 of the water injection rod body 100 during installation. The water injection valve assembly 200 is used for opening the water injection valve assembly 200 to enable water to flow out from the water outlet 110 of the water injection rod body 100 when water is required to be taken; when the water is taken, the water injection valve assembly 200 is closed to close the water outlet 110, thereby preventing the water in the water injection rod body 100 from leaking.
The water filling valve assembly 200 as shown in fig. 1 and 4 comprises a valve body 210, a valve core 220, an elastic member 230, a first sealing structure 240 and a second sealing structure 250, wherein the second sealing structure 250 is arranged on the valve core 220, the valve core 220 is movably arranged on the valve body 210, the second sealing structure 250 can be far away from or close to the valve body 210 along with the valve core 220, the elastic member 230 provides elastic force for the valve core 220, so that the valve core 220 moves, the second sealing structure 250 is pressed on the valve body 210 to seal a waterway, and the first sealing structure 240 is arranged on the valve body 210 and used for sealing between the valve body 210 and the water outlet 110.
As shown in fig. 5, the valve body 210 includes a valve body 211, a guide portion 212, and a mounting portion, and the valve body 211 has a cylindrical structure adapted to the shape of the inner edge of the cross section of the water outlet 110 of the water injection rod body 100. The guide portion 212 has a cylindrical structure, is disposed radially inside the valve body 211, and has a flow channel 217 formed between an outer wall of the guide portion 212 and an inner wall of the valve body 211, wherein the flow channel 217 penetrates in an axial direction of the valve body 211. Preferably, the outer diameter of the cross section of the guide 212 is smaller than the inner diameter of the cross section of the valve body 211, and a gap is formed between the outer wall of the guide 212 and the inner wall of the valve body 211, the gap constituting the flow passage 217. Preferably, a connecting rib 214 is disposed between the guide portion 212 and the valve body 211, the connecting rib 214 is connected with the inner wall of the valve body 211 and the outer wall of the guide portion 212 at the same time, and further, the connecting rib 214 extends along the axial direction of the valve body 211 and is disposed in a plurality of positions spaced from each other along the circumferential direction. Preferably, in this embodiment, the mounting portion is a clamping leg 213 disposed on the valve body 211, and a clamping block 2131 is disposed at an end of the clamping leg away from the valve body 211, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the clamping block 2131 is clamped with the clamping groove 111 on the inner wall of the water outlet 110. The outer wall of the valve body 211 is provided with a first sealing groove 215 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the first sealing structure 240 is sleeved in the first sealing groove 215.
As shown in fig. 1, the valve body 220 has a rod-shaped structure, and a first end 221 of the rod-shaped structure passes through the guide 212 of the valve body 210 and is movable relative to the valve body 210 in an axial direction thereof. The spring 230 is in contact with the second end 222 of the valve cartridge 220 and is capable of providing a force to the valve cartridge 220 in its axial direction, enabling the valve cartridge 220 to move in a first direction in its axial direction, or enabling the valve cartridge 220 to have a tendency to move in the first direction. The elastic member 230 is preferably a spring, the spring is sleeved on the valve core 220, the second end 222 of the valve core 220 is provided with a flange, the first end of the spring is abutted against the flange, and the second end of the spring is abutted against the valve body 210. The valve body 220 is provided with a second sealing groove 223 near the first end thereof, the first end 221 of the valve body 220 and the second sealing groove 223 pass through the guide portion 212, the second sealing structure 250 is installed in the second sealing groove 223, and the outer diameter of the second sealing structure 250 is larger than the inner diameter of the valve body 211, so that the valve body 220 is movably connected to the valve body 210 by installing the second sealing structure 250, and preferably, the first end 221 of the valve body 220 is a conical surface in order to facilitate the installation of the second sealing structure 250. In a natural state, that is, in a state where no external force is applied to the valve body 220, the elastic member 230 is in a compressed state, and may provide an elastic force to the second end 222 of the valve body 220, so that the second sealing structure 250 is pressed against the first end surface of the valve body 210 to form a seal with the first end surface, preferably, the first end surface is provided with a sealing surface 216, and the second sealing structure 250 is in contact with the sealing surface 216 and is pressed against the sealing surface 216, so that the flow channel 217 is closed, and water cannot flow through the valve body 210.
When the water filling valve assembly 200 is mounted on the water filling rod body 100, the first end 221 of the valve core 220 faces the inner side of the water filling rod body 100, the valve core assembly 200 is plugged into the water outlet 110, the clamping block 2131 on the valve body 210 is clamped into the clamping groove 111 on the inner side of the water outlet 110, preferably, the clamping groove 111 is an annular groove formed on the inner wall along the circumferential direction of the water outlet 110, and the water filling valve assembly 200 is mounted without considering the relative position of the water filling valve assembly 200 and the water outlet 110 in the circumferential direction, namely, the water filling valve assembly 200 can be plugged into the water outlet 110 in any relative position relation with the water outlet 110 in the circumferential direction, and the clamping block 2131 and the clamping groove 111 can be clamped without positioning. Further, the clamping groove 111 is disposed near the end of the water injection rod body 100, so as to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the water injection valve assembly 200. Or, in order to facilitate the installation of the water filling valve assembly 200, a guiding groove is further provided on the inner wall of the water outlet 110 of the water filling rod body 100, the guiding groove extends along the axial direction of the water filling valve body 100 and is communicated with the clamping groove 111, and the number and the position relationship of the guiding groove correspond to those of the clamping pins.
In other embodiments, the water injection valve assembly 200 may also change the connection mode with the water injection rod body 100 by changing the structure of the valve body 210, specifically, for example:
as shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion is provided with external threads on the outer sidewall of the valve body 210, and correspondingly, internal threads are provided on the inner wall of the water outlet 110, and the valve body 210 is screwed into the water outlet 110.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the mounting portion is a connection structure 260 disposed at the first end of the valve body 211, the connection structure 260 is a cylindrical structure extending along the axial direction of the valve body 211 in a direction away from the valve body 211, and the inner diameter of the connection structure 260 is larger than the outer diameter of the water outlet 110 of the water injection rod body 100, an inner wall of one end of the connection structure 260 away from the valve body 211 is provided with an internal thread, an outer wall of the water injection rod body 100 is correspondingly provided with an external thread, the connection structure 260 is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the water injection rod body 100, and the first sealing structure 240 is disposed between the inner wall of the connection structure 260 and the outer wall of the water outlet 110 of the water injection rod body 100.
Still alternatively, the valve body 210 may be fixedly connected to the water injection rod body 100 by screws or other means.
The invention also provides a water drinking device which is provided with the water injection rod structure, water is injected into the external hot tank through the water injection rod structure, and water dripping after water injection is finished is prevented through the water injection valve assembly 200 in the water injection rod structure. Preferably, the drinking device comprises a water purifier, a water purifying machine and the like.
According to the water injection rod structure, the water injection valve assembly is arranged to have the function of preventing water from dripping, and meanwhile, the water injection valve assembly is arranged at the water outlet, so that the assembly, namely the subsequent maintenance, is more convenient.
It is easy to understand by those skilled in the art that the above preferred embodiments can be freely combined and overlapped without conflict.
It will be understood that the above-described embodiments are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and that all obvious or equivalent modifications and substitutions to the details given above may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the underlying principles of the invention, are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (13)
1. A water injection rod structure characterized by comprising a water injection rod body and a water injection valve assembly, wherein the water injection valve assembly is connected to a water outlet of the water injection rod body so that the water outlet can be opened or closed, and the water injection valve assembly is connected to the water injection rod body from the water outlet side of the water injection rod body in the installation process;
the water injection valve assembly comprises a valve body, a valve core and an elastic piece, wherein the valve core is movably arranged on the valve body, and the elastic piece provides elastic force to the valve core in a first direction;
the water injection valve assembly further comprises a second sealing structure, the second sealing structure is arranged on the valve core, and under the action of the elastic piece, the valve core can enable the second sealing structure to be pressed on the valve body.
2. The water injection rod structure according to claim 1, wherein the valve body comprises a valve body and a guide portion, the guide portion is connected to the radial inner side of the valve body, the valve core is inserted into the guide portion, and a flow passage is formed between the guide portion and the valve body.
3. The water injection rod structure according to claim 2, wherein the guide part and/or the valve body is a cylindrical structure, a gap is formed between an outer wall of the guide part and an inner wall of the valve body, and the gap constitutes the flow passage.
4. A water injection rod structure according to claim 3, wherein the guide portion is connected to the valve body by a connecting rib.
5. The water injection rod structure of claim 1, wherein the valve body includes a mounting portion provided on the valve body for mounting of the valve body.

The water injection rod structure according to claim 5, wherein the water injection valve assembly is inserted into the water injection rod body from the water outlet of the water injection rod body and is connected with the inner wall of the water injection rod body through the mounting portion.
7. The water injection rod structure of claim 6, wherein the mounting portion includes a clip or external thread, and the valve body is connected to an inner wall of the water injection rod body through the clip or external thread.

The water injection rod structure according to claim 7, wherein the mounting portion comprises a clamping leg, a clamping groove clamped with the clamping leg and a guiding groove for guiding the mounting of the clamping leg are arranged on the inner wall of the water injection rod body, and the guiding groove is communicated with the clamping groove.
9. The water injection rod structure of claim 5, wherein the mounting portion comprises a cylindrical structure formed in an axial direction at the first end of the valve body, the cylindrical structure being fitted over the water outlet of the water injection rod body and connected thereto.
10. The water injection bar construction according to claim 5, wherein,
the mounting portion includes a screw that mounts the valve body to the water injection rod body.
11. The water injection rod structure according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that a first sealing structure is provided between the valve body and the water injection rod body.
12. The water injection rod structure according to any one of claims 2-4, wherein the valve core is a rod-like structure, a first end of the rod-like structure passes through the guide portion, the second sealing structure is connected to a position near the first end, a sealing surface is provided on the valve body, and the second sealing structure can be pressed against the sealing surface to close the flow passage.
13. A drinking device comprising a water injection bar construction according to any one of claims 1-12.
