Abstract
本发明涉及一种含氨基寡糖素和戊唑醇的具有增效作用的可湿性杀菌剂及其制备方法,以氨基寡糖素与戊唑醇为主要的有效成分,还包括分散剂、湿润剂和填料,所述氨基寡糖素占可湿性粉剂总质量的1~8%,戊唑醇占可湿性粉剂总质量的10~18%;可湿性粉剂还包括分散剂1~15%、湿润剂1~5%,填料占可湿性粉剂总质量的55~76%。将上述原料加入搪瓷搅拌釜中混合均匀后,经气流粉碎或研磨后制成可湿性粉剂或悬浮剂状含氨基寡糖素和戊唑醇的杀菌剂组合物。采用氨基寡糖素与戊唑醇的复配使用,具有见效快、低毒、低残留、杀菌谱广,持效期长、绿色安全环保等优点,是防治水稻稻瘟病等各种病害较为理想的高效低毒农药制剂品种。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种杀菌剂,具体涉及一种含氨基寡糖素和戊唑醇的可湿性粉杀菌剂及制备方法。
背景技术
水稻稻瘟病是危害水稻生产的主要病害,而实现水稻病害无公害防治是农业植保领域的发展方向和奋斗目标。近年来,虽然国家明令禁止在水稻上使用高毒和高残留的农药,但是在实际农业生产过程中因缺乏高效病害防治药剂而使用高残留农药的现象还较为普遍,因此,研究开发绿色高效、低残留、低毒的新型农药是农药研究开发必然的发展趋势。
戊唑醇(Tebuconazole)在全世界范围内用作种子处理剂和叶面喷雾,杀菌谱广,不仅活性高,而且持效期长。戊唑醇一种高效、广谱、内吸性三唑类杀菌农药,具有保护、治疗、铲除三大功能,杀菌谱广、持效期长。与所有的三唑类杀菌剂一样,戊唑醇能够抑制真菌的麦角甾醇的生物合成。其主要用于防治水稻、小麦、花生、蔬菜、香蕉、苹果、梨以及玉米高粱等作物上的多种真菌病害,在全球50多个国家的60多种作物上取得登记并广泛应用。对病菌的作用机制为抑制其细胞膜上麦角甾醇的去甲基化,使得病菌无法形成细胞膜,从而杀死病菌。但单用高含量的戊唑醇单剂在目前使用成本较高。
氨基寡糖素(Oligosaccharide)被誉为植物疫苗,是继人体疫苗、动物疫苗之后的第三类疫苗。氨基寡糖素可以诱导增强水稻体内主要防御酶PAL、POD的表达,从而增强植物的防御反应以抵御水稻稻瘟病。其具有环境相容性好、超高效、安全性好、避免抗药性、作用广泛等显著优势,在水稻、小麦、玉米等粮食作物及蔬菜瓜果上都具有广阔的应用前景,但其单独使用时易受到环境因素的制约和干扰,影响药效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前高效、广谱病害防治农药制剂极为缺乏以及现有农药单剂存在的多种不足,提供一种可湿性杀菌剂,本发明的另一目的是提供上述可湿性杀菌剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为:一种可湿性杀菌剂,其原料组分及各组分的质量百分含量分别为:氨基寡糖素1~8%、戊唑醇10~18%、分散剂1~15%、湿润剂1~5%和填料55~76%。
优选上述的分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、NO、NNO或烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐中的任意至少一种。更优选所述的木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钙或木质素磺酸钠。
优选所述的湿润剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、SOPA 4、拉开粉BX 4或吐温系列中的一种或多种。
优选所述的填料为陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑、凹凸棒土或滑石中的任意至少一种。
本发明还提供了上述的可湿性杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于先将氨基寡糖素、戊唑醇、分散剂、湿润剂和填料在搪瓷搅拌釜中充分混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎或砂磨机研磨后,再混合均匀,过筛,即制得可湿性杀菌剂。
优选上述的过筛为过325目筛。
本发明采用戊唑醇和氨基寡糖素两种低毒高效农药混配使用,它既保留戊唑醇对水稻纹枯病害的防治效果好的优点,以及戊唑醇和氨基寡糖素复配使用后的杀菌广谱的优点,又能克服氨基寡糖素易受到环境因素的制约和干扰、戊唑醇防治效果逐年下降且成本升高所存在的缺点,达到复配增效的目的,实现农作物病害无公害综合防治的目标,降低对其它生物的毒性,减少化学物质在农作物的残留,扩大杀菌谱,降低成本,以适应我国对水稻等农作物生产对绿色高效低毒农药使用的要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明可湿性粉剂的有益效果:
本发明的可湿性粉剂储运方便、安全,本发明具有生产简单、高效、制剂成本低,环境兼容性好等许多优点。本杀菌剂组合物有别于现有的其他杀菌剂组合物,能够延缓抗药性的产生,达到农业增产增收和食品安全生产的目的。
本发明氨基寡糖素和戊唑醇新型复配农药,低毒、低残留、杀菌谱广,防治效果好,防治成本低,是防治水稻病害较为理想的低毒高效农药品种。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例来进一步解释本发明,但实施案例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1:
20%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂:
氨基寡糖素2%、戊唑醇18%、NN0 3%、拉开粉BX 2%、硅藻土75%,按上述配方称取各组分,将氨基寡糖素、戊唑醇、分散剂(NNO)、湿润剂(BX)、填料(硅藻土)一起加入到锥型混合机中混合均匀,将混合均匀的物料加入到气流粉碎机进行粉碎,再混合均匀,过筛,细度达到96%通过325目标准筛,即制得20%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性粉剂产品。经检测该20%二元复配可湿性粉剂中氨基寡糖素悬浮率:82%,戊唑醇悬浮率:80%,;湿润性≤25秒。
实施案例2:
15%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂:
氨基寡糖素5%、戊唑醇10%、分散剂(NO)8%、湿润剂(吐温60)1%、膨润土76%,制备方法同实施案例1,制得15%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性粉剂。
经检测该15%二元复配可湿性粉剂氨基寡糖素悬浮率:79%,戊唑醇悬浮率:80%;湿润性≤26秒。
实施案例3:
25%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂:
氨基寡糖素8%、戊唑醇17%、分散剂(木质素磺酸钠)15%、湿润剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)5%、轻质碳酸钙55%,制备方法同实施案例1,制得15%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性粉剂。
经检测该25%二元复配可湿性粉剂氨基寡糖素悬浮率:83%,戊唑醇悬浮率:85%;湿润性≤30秒。
操作过程:先将氨基寡糖素、戊唑醇、分散剂、湿润剂和填料在搪瓷搅拌釜中充分混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎或砂磨机研磨后,再混合均匀制得成品。
将以上三种配比的原料,分别制成三种成品,用于防治水稻纹枯病田间药效试验,与氨基寡糖素、戊唑醇单剂相比,具有明显的增效作用。
如下表所示,将实施例1的20%氨基寡糖素·戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂与5%氨基寡糖素水剂、75%戊唑醇悬浮剂、清水用于田间防治水稻纹枯病,药后10天防效的对照表:
如下表所示,将实施例2的15%氨基寡糖素·戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂与5%氨基寡糖素水剂、75%戊唑醇悬浮剂、清水用于田间防治水稻纹枯病,药后10天防效的对照表:
如下表所示,将实施例3的25%氨基寡糖素·戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂与5%氨基寡糖素水剂、75%戊唑醇悬浮剂、清水用于田间防治水稻纹枯病,药后10天防效的对照表:
以上测定结果表明,氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂对水稻纹枯病具有明显的防治作用,其中20%氨基寡糖素-戊唑醇可湿性杀菌剂对水稻纹枯病防效最好,在74%以上,同时与5%氨基寡糖素水剂、75%戊唑醇悬浮剂等单剂相比,具有明显的增效作用,并具有无公害防治的显著优点,利于农业推广应用。
Claims (7)
1.一种可湿性杀菌剂,其原料组分及各组分的质量百分含量分别为:氨基寡糖素1~8%、戊唑醇10~18%、分散剂1~15%、湿润剂1~5%和填料55~76%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可湿性杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、NO、NNO或烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐中的任意至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可湿性杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钙或木质素磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可湿性杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的湿润剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、SOPA 4、拉开粉BX 4或吐温系列中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可湿性杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的填料为陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑、凹凸棒土或滑石中的任意至少一种。
6.一种制备如权利要求1所述的可湿性杀菌剂的方法,其特征在于先将氨基寡糖素、戊唑醇、分散剂、湿润剂和填料在搪瓷搅拌釜中充分混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎或砂磨机研磨后,再混合均匀,过筛,即制得可湿性杀菌剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于所述的过筛为过325目筛。
