In the wearable device, the side key is an important component, and a user can control a side key Flexible Circuit board (FPC) matched with the side key to execute relevant instructions, such as instructions for starting the device, closing the device or pausing the device, by triggering the side key. During the assembly of the side key FPC, the side key FPC may be generally fixed to the housing structure of the wearable device, for example, the side key FPC may be fixed to a retaining wall inside the housing. At present, how to effectively fix the side key FPC and the housing retaining wall is very critical to ensure the normal use of the side key.
The prior art usually adopts the mode of gum paste to fix the side key FPC on the casing keeps off the wall. The flexible printed circuit FPC fixing device in the embodiment of the present invention may be used to fix a circuit component on an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Digital camera, a Liquid Crystal display Module (Liquid Crystal display Module), and the like, and is not particularly limited.

In one possible implementation, the fixing part 400 may be a fixing structure provided on the base plate 100 and integrally formed with the base plate 100. In actual operation, a mold opening mold may be provided according to the structure of the fixing member 400 and the bottom plate 100, so that a structural member obtained by performing punch forming or pouring forming based on the mold opening mold is a structural member in which the fixing member 400 and the bottom plate 100 are integrated. In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member 400 is integrally formed with the bottom plate 100, so that the process flow can be simplified and the implementation is facilitated.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a fixing component 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing component 400 may be integrally formed with the base plate 100, and the fixing component 400 may be a fixing structure extending from the base plate 100. Specifically, the base plate 100, the retaining walls 200 and the fixing member 400 may form a groove, so that the circuit member 300 is fixed in the FPC fixing device by fitting the circuit member 300 into the groove.
In particular implementations, the structure of the fixing member 400 may be various, and in one example, the fixing member 400 may be a wedge-shaped structure (as shown in fig. 3), and the circuit component 300 may be more easily placed in the groove by providing the fixing member 400 with the wedge-shaped structure. In this example, the fixing member 400 may be provided with a protrusion 401 on a side thereof opposite to the retaining wall 200, and the protrusion 401 may be engaged with the circuit member 300 when the circuit member 300 is inserted into the recess, thereby performing a fixing function. In a specific implementation, the protruding structure 401 may be a cylindrical structure, or may also be a plate-shaped structure, or may also be an annular structure, and is not limited specifically.
Fig. 3 is merely an exemplary illustration of the structure of the fixing part 400, and in other examples, the fixing part 400 may also be other structures, such as a column structure, a plate structure, and the like, which are not limited in particular.
Taking the structure of the fixing component 400 illustrated in fig. 3 as an example, fig. 4 is an assembly diagram of the fixing component 400 and the circuit component 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, when the circuit member 300 is mounted in the recess, the FPC301 on the circuit member 300 may be fitted with the projection structure 401, and the circuit member 300 may be fixed in the recess by mounting the bottom of the circuit member 300 at the bottom of the recess.
As shown in fig. 4, in an example, the circuit component 300 may further include a steel sheet 302, and the steel sheet 302 may be fixed to the FPC301 by adhesion, for example, a back adhesive may be provided on a side of the steel sheet 302 opposite to the FPC301 in advance, so as to adhere the steel sheet 302 to the FPC 301. In the embodiment of the invention, the steel sheet and the FPC are adhered and fixed, so that the rigidity of the circuit component can be enhanced, and the safety of the circuit component is ensured; and the steel sheet can make FPC and recess fixed fastening more to guarantee that FPC is difficult for taking place to scratch, improve user's experience and feel.
In another possible implementation, the fixing member 400 may be a fixing structure designed to be separated from the base plate 100. In practical operation, if the circuit component 300 is not required to be fixed, the fixing component 400 can be detached from the base plate 100, thereby saving space; if it is necessary to fix the circuit member 300, the fixing member 400 may be engaged with the base plate 100, and the circuit member 300 may be fixed to the base plate 100 by the engaged fixing member 400. In the embodiment of the present invention, by separately designing the fixing member 400 and the chassis 100, when the fixing member 400 is damaged, the FPC fixing device can be repaired by replacing the fixing member 400 without replacing the entire FPC fixing device, thereby simplifying the operation and saving the cost.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another fixing component 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the fixing component 400 may be a plate-shaped structure, a side surface of the plate-shaped structure may be bent, and the bent plate-shaped structure may include a first component 402 and a second component 403 fixedly disposed with the first component 402. In this example, the second part 403 may limit the movement of the circuit component 300 in the Z-axis after the circuit component 300 is installed in the accommodating area, so as to avoid the circuit component 300 from scraping and achieve the fixing purpose.
In a specific implementation, the FPC fixing device may further include a side plate 500 disposed opposite to the retaining wall 200, and the fixing member 400 may be movably connected to the side plate 500, thereby fixing the circuit member 300 in the receiving area. Various manners of movably connecting the fixing part 400 and the side plate 500 may be provided, for example, a buckle may be disposed on the fixing part 400, a groove may be disposed on the side plate 500, and the fixing part 400 and the side plate 500 may be movably connected through the buckle and the groove; or a cross pin can be arranged on the fixing part 400, a gourd hole can be arranged on the side plate 500, and the fixing part 400 and the side plate 500 can be movably connected through the cross pin and the gourd hole.
Taking the structure of the fixing part 400 illustrated in fig. 5 as an example, in a specific implementation, the side plate 500 may be provided with a slide 501 for installing the fixing part 400, wherein the width of the slide 501 may be the same as the width of the first part 402, or may be smaller than the width of the first part 402. If the width of the slide 501 is the same as the width of the first member 402, the fixing member 400 can be mounted on the side plate 500 by the first member 402 cooperating with the slide 501; if the width of the sliding channel 501 is smaller than the width of the fixing member 400, a protruding structure corresponding to the sliding channel 501 may be disposed on the first member 402, and the fixing member 400 may be mounted on the side plate 500 by the protruding structure disposed on the first member 402 and the sliding channel 501. When the fixing member 400 is mounted on the side plate 500, the bottom surface of the second member 403 may contact the circuit member 300 such that the circuit member 300 is mounted in the receiving area.
As shown in fig. 4, in one example, the retaining wall 200 may further be provided with a first slot 201 and a second slot 202 on a side surface opposite to the circuit component 300, the first slot 201 and the second slot 202 may be communicated, and a depth of the first slot 201 may be smaller than a depth of the second slot 202. In a specific implementation, after the circuit component 300 is installed in the accommodating area, a colloidal liquid may be injected through the first slot 201, and the glue liquid may enter the second slot 202 along with the first slot 201. After the adhesive liquid is dried, if the circuit component 300 only includes the FPC301, the adhesive liquid may stick the FPC301 on the side of the retaining wall 200 opposite to the fixing component 300, thereby fixing the circuit component 300 in the accommodating area; if the circuit component 300 comprises the FPC301 and the steel sheet 302, the adhesive liquid can fix the FPC301 adhered and fixed with the steel sheet 302 in the accommodating area by adhering the steel sheet 302 on the side of the retaining wall 200 opposite to the fixing component 300, thereby fixing the circuit component 300.
