Abstract
本发明提供了一种显示面板和终端,其中,显示面板包括:多个发光模块并排布成多列,向多个所述发光模块供电的阴极模块和阳极模块,所述阴极模块包括多个间隔排布的阴极条,每一个所述阴极条覆盖并电连接位于同列的所述发光模块,所述阳极模块包括多条阳极供电线,每一条所述阳极供电线电连接位于同列的所述发光模块。本发明的显示面板,其内的阴极模块设置为多个间隔排布的阴极条,每个阴极条和每条阳极供电线分别电连接同列的一组发光模块,使得发光模块在阳极供电线的延伸方向上具有相同的压差,从而使得该显示面板具有均匀的亮度,解决了由阳极供电线的电阻压降产生的显示不均的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板和终端。
背景技术
有机发光二极管显示面板包括由若干扫描线SSL、若干数据线DataL、若干阳极供电线DDL限定出的多个子像素区域,并且,显示面板内设置有一整块阴极覆盖所有的子像素区,在阴极的周围设有阴极供电线,阴极的纵向顶侧与横向两侧均与阴极供电线连接。
由于阳极供电线DDL自身的电阻分压,阳极供电线DDL上会存在电阻压降现象,即电流经过阳极供电线DDL时,会产生一定的电压降。因此,位于不同位置的子像素区域受到电阻压降影响的程度也不相同,例如,显示面板近端(距离供电电路或供电电源引线较近)的子像素区域接收到的电源电压会大于显示面板远端(距离供电电路较远)的子像素区域接收到的电源电压,从而导致显示面板亮度不均匀。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种显示面板,解决了亮度不均的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种显示面板,包括:
多个发光模块并排布成多列,向多个所述发光模块供电的阴极模块和阳极模块,所述阴极模块包括多个间隔排布的阴极条,每一个所述阴极条覆盖并电连接位于同一列的所述发光模块,所述阳极模块包括多条阳极供电线,每一条所述阳极供电线电连接位于同一列的所述发光模块,所述阴极条的对应于发光模块的部分形成阴极单元,所述阴极单元产生的电阻与位于所述发光模块内的所述阳极供电线产生的电阻相等。
进一步的,所述显示面板还包括设置在所述阴极模块外围的阴极供电线,定义所述阳极供电线的延伸方向为纵向,与所述纵向垂直的方向为横向,所述阴极模块沿纵向延伸且其一端与所述阴极供电线连接,所述阴极模块的横向两侧与所述阴极供电线绝缘阴极模块。
进一步的,多个所述阴极条之间的间隔距离相等。
进一步的,所述显示面板包括多个子像素区域,所述阴极条包括多个连续的阴极单元,每一个所述子像素区域内均具有一个所述发光模块及阴极单元。
进一步的,所述阴极单元为规则条形。
进一步的,所述阴极单元在纵向延伸方向上的宽度为变化的。
进一步的,所述阴极单元在纵向延伸方向上具有两种不同的宽度。
进一步的,所述阴极单元包括第一阴极块及与所述第一阴极块连接的第二阴极块,所述第一阴极块的宽度大于所述第二阴极块的宽度。
进一步的,所述阴极条上镀有氧化铟锡。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种终端,其中,所述终端包括上述显示面板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的显示面板,其内的阴极模块设置为多个间隔排布的阴极条,每个阴极条和每条阳极供电线分别电连接同列的一组发光模块,使得每个发光模块在阳极供电线的延伸方向上具有相同的压差,从而使得该显示面板具有均匀的亮度,解决了由阳极供电线的电阻压降产生的显示不均的问题。

结合图1所示,本发明提供了一种显示面板100,包括基板(未图示),基板的材质可为玻璃、石英、有机聚合物、或是不透光/反射材料(例如:导电材料、晶圆、陶瓷、或其它可适用的材料)、或是其它可适用的材料。
显示面板100还包括位于基板上方的若干扫描线SSL、若干数据线DataL、若干阳极供电线DDL以及若干单元电路结构。若干扫描线SSL与若干数据线DataL以及若干阳极供电线DDL交叉,定义出各种颜色的子像素区域,每个子像素区域内设置有一个单元电路结构。本实施例中,若干扫描线SSL与若干数据线DataL以及若干阳极供电线DDL交叉,定义出三种颜色的子像素区域,分别为红色子像素区域R,绿色子像素区域G、蓝色子像素区域B。当然其他实施例中,子像素区域的颜色种类与数量以及排布方式也可于本实施例不同,本发明不以此为限制。单元电路结构包括开关晶体管、驱动晶体管、存储电容器以及单元发光器件。
结合图2所示,以下单元电路结构以2T1C结构为例,对扫描线SSL、数据线DataL、阳极供电线DDL与单元电路结构之间的电性关系作具体说明,但本发明的显示面板100内的单元电路结构不限于此,还可以为8T1C、9T1C等其它结构。
每条扫描线SSL沿横向延伸,若干扫描线SSL沿纵向间隔排列。本实施例扫描线SSL选择金属材料,但本发明不以此为限制,扫描线SSL的材料还可以选择合金、金属材料的氮化物、金属材料的氧化物、金属材料的氮氧化物等导电材料。各子像素区域一侧的扫描线电性连接该子像素区域内的开关晶体管的栅极,为开关晶体管提供栅压Vselection。
每条数据线DataL沿纵向延伸,若干数据线DataL沿横向间隔排列。本实施例数据线DataL选择金属材料,但本发明不以此为限制,数据线DataL的材料还可以选择合金、金属材料的氮化物、金属材料的氧化物、金属材料的氮氧化物等导电材料。各子像素区域一侧的数据线DataL电性连接该子像素区域内的开关晶体管的源极,为开关晶体管提供数据信号Vdata。
每条阳极供电线DDL沿纵向延伸,若干阳极供电线DDL沿横向间隔排列。本实施例阳极供电线DDL选择金属材料,但本发明不以此为限制,阳极供电线DDL的材料还可以选择合金、金属材料的氮化物、金属材料的氧化物、金属材料的氮氧化物等导电材料。在一实施例中,若干阳极供电线DDL与若干数据线DataL同层形成,且与若干扫描线SSL之间具有一层绝缘层(未图示)。各子像素区域一侧的阳极供电线DDL电性连接该子像素区域内的驱动晶体管的源极,为驱动晶体管提供驱动电源电压Vdd。
单元电路结构包括开关晶体管TFT1、驱动晶体管TFT2、存储电容器Cs以及单元发光器件。开关晶体管TFT1的栅极、源极、漏极分别电性连接扫描线SSL、数据线DataL、驱动晶体管TFT2的栅极。驱动晶体管TFT2的源极、漏极分别电性连接阳极供电线DDL、单元发光器件。存储电容器CS一端电性连接至驱动晶体管TFT2的栅极,其另一端电性连接至驱动晶体管TFT2的源极,当然本发明也不以此为限制,其他实施例中存储电容器Cs的另一端还可以电性连接至驱动晶体管TFT2的漏极。
单元电路结构工作时,开关晶体管TFT1的栅极被扫描信号选通时打开,其源极引入数据信号Vdata,进而通过漏极对存储电容进行充电。而存储电容器Cs在一帧的时间内维持驱动晶体管TFT2栅极电压的稳定。驱动晶体管TFT2一般工作在饱和区,通过漏极为单元发光器件提供的驱动电流。
结合图3所示,显示面板100包括阴极模块2,阴极模块2由阴极供电线21提供电压,阴极供电线21设置在阴极模块2的外围且环绕阴极模块2设置。阴极模块2被图案化。具体来说,阴极模块2包括多个间隔排布的阴极条22,阴极条22的延伸方向与阳极供电线DDL的延伸方向相同,即在本实施例中,阴极条22沿纵向延伸,阴极模块2的上端与阴极供电线21连接,阴极模块2的横向两侧与阴极供电线21绝缘。
在本实施例中,阴极条22呈条状,且若干个条状的阴极条22的间隔距离相等。阴极条22包括多个连续的阴极单元221,每个阴极单元221对应着一个子像素区域4。
结合图4所示,发光器件10包括层叠设置的阳极模块1、阴极模块2、形成在阳极模块1与阴极模块2之间的多个发光模块3。阳极模块1包括多条阳极供电线DDL及多个阵列排布的阳极板。阴极模块2和阳极模块1均向发光模块3供电,每一个阴极条22覆盖并电连接多个发光模块3中同列的一组发光模块3,每一条阳极供电线DDL电连接多个发光模块3中同列的一组发光模块3。在每个子像素区域4内均具有由一个阳极板、一个阴极单元2和一个发光模块3组成的单元发光器件。阳极板1电性连接驱动晶体管TFT2的漏极。
结合图5所示,阴极条22和阳极供电线DDL都是沿纵向延伸,由此电流的方向是沿纵向由下至上的,则阳极供电线DDL的压降方向也是沿纵向由下至上的。当阴极模块2被图案化后,每一条阴极条22的电压沿纵向延伸方向由下至上逐渐降低,阴极条22电压降低的方向与阳极供电线DDL的压降方向相同,则在某个子像素区域内所对应的:
阴极单元221的电压为:V1=Vss+mIR1,
该段阳极供电线DDL的电压为:V2=Vdd-nIR,
其中,Vss为阴极供电线21的供电电压,Vdd为阳极供电线DDL输入端的电压,m为沿子像素结构的纵向由上往下该子像素区域所经过的像素区域的个数,n为某个沿子像素结构的纵向由下往上数该子像素区域所经过的像素区域的个数,R1为阴极单元221产生的电阻,R为在单个子像素区域内的该段供电线产生的电阻,I为驱动电流,n+m为定值。
在该某个子像素区域内,阴极单元221的电压与该段阳极供电线DDL的电压之间的压差为:
ΔV=V2-V1=Vdd-Vss-nIR-mIR1,
在本实施例中,像素尺寸为100μm×100μm,红色子像素区域R、绿色子像素区域G、蓝色子像素区域B的大小均为33μm×100μm。阳极供电线DDL的方阻为0.2Ω/方,其宽度为2μm。阴极模块2的方阻为3Ω/方,若干个阴极条22沿横向分布均匀分布,阴极条22为规则条状且宽度为30μm,阴极条22覆盖子像素区域4的全部发光区。在每个子像素区域4中,由该段阳极供电线DDL产生的电阻R=0.2×100/2=10Ω,由阴极单元221产生的电阻R1=3×100/30=10Ω,即R1=R。即阴极单元221产生的电阻R1与单个子像素区域内的阳极供电线DDL产生的电阻R相等,使得在任意一个子像素区域内,阴极单元221的电压与阳极供电线DDL的电压之间的压差ΔV=Vdd-Vss-(n+m)IR,由于n+m为一定值,所以在任意一个子像素区域内,阴极单元221的电压和阳极供电线DDL的电压之间的压差相同。由于相邻的子像素区域之间发光模块3上下两侧的电压差相等,使得每个子像素区域的发光亮度可以相等,从而使得显示面板具有均匀的亮度,实现了显示均一化。
在其它可替换的实施例中,在满足单个子像素区域内,阴极单元221的形状可以变换,这样可方便地使阴极单元221的电阻R1与阳极供电线DDL的电阻R相等。例如,阴极条22在纵向延伸方向上的宽度是变化的,但是在每个子像素区域4内的阴极单元22的结构是一样的。在一实施例中,如图6所示,阴极单元221为条形,且其在纵向上具有两种不同的宽度,具体的,包括第一阴极块2211及与阴极块2211连接的第二阴极块2212,第一阴极块2211具有第一宽度,第二阴极块2212具有第二宽度,第二宽度大于第一宽度。这样,可方便地使阴极块2211覆盖发光模块3,降低了工艺难度。
在一个实施例中,阴极条22为MgAg合金电极且被图案化阴极条22和形成在电极上的一层氧化铟锡(Indium Tin Oxides,ITO),ITO与MgAg合金电极并联阴极条22。由此,通过调整在子像素区域内的阴极单元221的形状及ITO的厚度来使得阴极单元221产生的电阻R1与单个子像素区域内的供电线产生的电阻R相等,同样能够使得相邻的子像素区域内的发光模块上下两侧具有相同的压差,从而使得该显示面板具有均匀的亮度,解决了由阳极供电线DDL的电阻压降产生的显示不均的问题,这使得能够有更多的方法来改变阴极条22的电阻,以更容易地将电阻R1与电阻R相等。在其它可替换的实施例中,阴极条22的材料也不局限于MgAg电极,在阴极条22外的镀层也不局限于ITO,只要镀层的材料为透明的导电材料就行了。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端,该终端包括外壳及收容在所述外壳内的主板及上述显示面板。在一实施例中,该终端可应用为手机。
以上所述,仅是本发明的最佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围情况下,利用上述揭示的方法内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,均属于权利要求保护的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
多个发光模块并排布成多列,向多个所述发光模块供电的阴极模块和阳极模块,所述阴极模块包括多个间隔排布且沿纵向延伸的阴极条,每一个所述阴极条覆盖并电连接位于同一列的所述发光模块,所述阳极模块包括多条阳极供电线,每一条所述阳极供电线电连接位于同一列的所述发光模块,所述阴极条的对应于发光模块的部分形成阴极单元,所述阴极单元产生的电阻与位于所述发光模块内的所述阳极供电线产生的电阻相等,所述阴极条包括多个连续的阴极单元,每个阴极单元对应一个子像素区域,所述阴极单元在纵向延伸方向上包括第一阴极块及与所述第一阴极块连接的第二阴极块,所述第一阴极块的宽度大于所述第二阴极块的宽度,所述阴极条为MgAg合金电极,所述MgAg合金电极上镀有氧化铟锡,所述氧化铟锡与所述MgAg合金电极并联阴极条,其中,通过调整所述阴极单元在对应子像素区域内的形状和所述氧化铟锡的厚度,使得相邻的子像素区域内的发光模块上下两侧具有相同的压差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括设置在所述阴极模块外围的阴极供电线,定义所述阳极供电线的延伸方向为纵向,与所述纵向垂直的方向为横向,所述阴极模块沿纵向延伸且其一端与所述阴极供电线连接,所述阴极模块的横向两侧与所述阴极供电线绝缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,多个所述阴极条之间的间隔距离相等。
4.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括多个子像素区域,每一个所述子像素区域内均具有一个所述发光模块及阴极单元。
5.一种显示终端,其特征在于,所述显示终端包括上述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的显示面板。
