Background
In order to simulate the body change characteristics of the buffer material, namely the highly compacted bentonite in the high-level waste geological disposal warehouse, consolidation tests under high-pressure environment need to be carried out. The high-pressure consolidation apparatus is mainly used for researching the body deformation characteristics of unsaturated soil. The loading system adopts a lever type loading device, and the soil sample in the pressure chamber is loaded and unloaded by increasing and decreasing weights. Because of the loading and unloading of the high-pressure environment, the weight stack weighs hundreds of kilograms, and obvious impact load can be generated on the soil sample of the pressure chamber when the weight is increased or decreased, the error of the bentonite sample body change characteristic measurement is caused, and the accuracy of test data is affected. Therefore, the invention provides the lever fixing device of the high-pressure consolidation apparatus, which can prevent the impact load of the lever when the weight is increased or decreased and improve the accuracy of test.

(3) When the weight 5 is added, the cross rod 15 and the screw 16 are moved to be positioned below the lower edge of the lever 4, the high-strength round bar 14 is inserted into the gap between the cross rod 15 and the lever 4, the screw 16 and the nut are screwed, and the lower edge of the lever 4 and the cross rods 15 of the high-strength round bar 14 are tightly contacted;
(4) After the weight 5 is added and stabilized, loosening the screw 16, slowly moving downwards, and effectively preventing the impact load of the weight 5 on the pressure chamber 7;
(5) Similarly, when the weight 5 is unloaded, the cross rod 15 and the screw 16 are moved to be positioned above the upper edge of the lever 4, the high-strength round bar 14 is inserted into the gap between the cross rod 15 and the lever 4, the screw 16 and the nut are screwed, and the upper edge of the lever 4 and the cross rods 15 of the high-strength round bar 14 are tightly contacted;
(6) After the weight 5 is unloaded and stabilized, the screw rod 16 is loosened and slowly moves upwards, so that the impact load of the weight 5 on the pressure chamber 7 can be effectively prevented;
