技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)的方法,其中将第一纤维材料(FM1)施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)上,得到具有第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的中间体(ZP),随后将第二泡沫体(SK2)施加到第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)上,得到纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)。
背景技术
增强泡沫在工业中特别重要,因为其具有高强度和高硬度以及低重量。因此,增强泡沫对于应非常轻但在机械上极其稳定的部件特别重要。因此,增强泡沫用于例如船舶和汽车的部件。其还用作风力涡轮机中的转子叶片的芯部。用于这种部件的增强泡沫应具有良好的机械性能,特别是优选在空间的三个方向上的高剪切硬度。
例如,泡沫可通过纤维材料增强,得到纤维-泡沫复合材料。现有技术中记载了用于此目的的各种方法。
GB 2 225 282A记载了一种包含硬质泡沫层的纤维-泡沫复合材料,在所述硬质泡沫层之间引入由纤维组成的增强层。硬质泡沫层由例如聚醚酰亚胺泡沫组成,并且增强层由碳纤维或玻璃纤维组成。硬质泡沫层通过例如焊接或粘接结合连接到增强层。GB 2 225282 A还记载了在制备纤维-泡沫复合材料之后切割所得纤维-泡沫复合材料并将其再次粘接结合在一起的可行性。所记载的所有纤维-泡沫复合材料均由具有平面表面的硬质泡沫板制备。因此,增强件仅为一维的。该类增强件是不利的,因为纤维-泡沫复合材料并非在空间的所有三个方向上均具有良好的机械性能,而仅在已经引入增强层的空间方向上具有良好的机械性能。
US 5,866,051记载了一种制备纤维-泡沫复合材料的方法,其中可发泡聚合物通过喷嘴挤出,同时在挤出方向上拉伸纤维材料。结果,纤维材料被引入泡沫中。根据US 5,866,051,还可将纤维材料施加到泡沫上。使用US 5,866,051中记载的方法同样仅可将平面增强层引入泡沫中。因此,在空间的三个方向上的最优化增强是不可能的。
WO 2005/018 926记载了多种其中纤维材料已被引入泡沫中的纤维-泡沫复合材料。泡沫彼此连接并通过平面表面与纤维材料连接,得到纤维-泡沫复合材料。WO 2005/018926还记载了通过其平面表面将三棱柱形泡沫体彼此连接的可行性,由此实现三维增强。然而,本文的缺点在于,首先必须制备三棱柱形泡沫体并用纤维材料包覆,然后它们才可以彼此连接。因此,至少需要三个工艺步骤(三棱柱形泡沫体的制备、泡沫体的包覆、泡沫体的连接),这使得WO 2005/018 926的方法非常耗时且昂贵。
GB 2 188 281涉及一种由泡沫层组成的纤维-泡沫复合材料,所述泡沫层通过垫(mat)彼此连接,该垫不是平面的。例如,玻璃纤维用作垫。为了制备复合材料,首先挤出具有平面的泡沫,然后将这种泡沫的多个元件彼此相邻放置,使得它们形成非平面层。随后将浸渍的垫铺设在该非平面层上,最后将另一层挤出的泡沫置于顶部。GB 2 188 281中记载的方法非常复杂,此外浸渍垫的处理也存在问题。
WO 2012/123551记载了一种使用波形加热元件将泡沫块焊接在一起的方法。
EP 2 153 982记载了一种具有焊缝的泡沫体,所述焊缝被凹槽(recess)中断。为了制备这种泡沫体,泡沫元件的表面通过具有结构化表面的加热棒加热,或泡沫体具有带有凹槽状凹陷的表面。
US 3,902,943记载了使用波纹加热棒将热塑性泡沫板焊接在一起。
WO 2012/123551、EP 2 153 982和US 3,902,943中记载的焊接泡沫的缺点在于,它们通常具有不令人满意的机械稳定性,特别是用于需要轻质以及高强度和高硬度的部件时。
因此,本发明的一个目的为提供一种制备纤维-泡沫复合材料的方法,该方法不具有现有技术方法的上述缺点,或具有降低程度的缺点。
发明内容
该目的通过一种制备纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)的方法实现,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)提供具有第一结构化表面(OS1)的第一泡沫体(SK1),
b)提供第一纤维材料(FM1),
c)将第一纤维材料(FM1)施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)的第一结构化表面(OS1)的至少一部分上,得到具有第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的中间体(ZP),所述第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)具有与第一结构化表面(OS1)相同的轮廓,
d)提供第二泡沫体(SK2),其具有第二结构化表面(OS2),其轮廓与中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的轮廓相反,和
e)将第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)施加到中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的至少一部分上,得到纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1),其中中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)和第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)彼此连接。
与现有技术中记载的方法相比,本发明的方法使得更便宜且更简单地制备纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)。本发明的方法的特别优点在于,在优选的实施方案中,具有第一结构化表面(OS1)的第一泡沫体(SK1)通过挤出、热成型和/或线切割提供,并且由此避免了材料损失,所述材料损失在现有技术记载的方法中经常发生,因为泡沫体通常经过切削加工以制备出适当形状的泡沫体。
因为在本发明的方法中,通过本发明方法制备的纤维-泡沫复合材料已经实现了泡沫良好的三维增强,因此可避免用于改善机械稳定性的附加工艺步骤。此外,可避免切割泡沫中的纤维,因为在现有技术记载的方法中通常必需的切割和随后的粘接结合并不是为了获得足够的机械稳定性所绝对必要的。
由于由纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)制备的泡沫体优选不经过切削加工,因此它们通常具有封闭的表面。这在纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)的进一步加工,例如制备面板中是有利的。在面板的制备中,将至少一个树脂层施加到纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)上。当泡沫体的表面闭合时,泡沫体吸收较少的树脂。因此,由本发明的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)制备的面板显著更轻。

根据本发明,在步骤a)中提供具有第一结构化表面(OS1)的第一泡沫体(SK1)。
就本发明而言,表述“第一泡沫体(SK1)”包括恰好一个第一泡沫体(SK1)和两个或更多个第一泡沫体(SK1)。优选恰好一个泡沫体(SK1)。
就本发明而言,“第一结构化表面(OS1)”包括恰好一个第一结构化表面(OS1)和两个或更多个第一结构化表面(OS1)。
第一泡沫体(SK1)的提供可通过本领域技术人员已知的所有方法进行。
在本发明的方法中,第一泡沫体(SK1)优选在步骤a)中通过挤出、热成型和/或线切割提供。特别优选挤出。
当然,这些方法也可彼此组合。
所述方法本身是本领域技术人员已知的。
在挤出的情况下,可发泡的聚合物通常从包含成型开口的挤出机挤出,并且在成型开口的出口处发泡,得到第一泡沫体(SK1)。以这种方式获得的第一泡沫体(SK1)可任选地另外通过校准工具(如压延机)成型。
在热成型(也称为深拉延或真空深拉延)中,将通常为膜或板形式的聚合物进行加热,通过成型工具引入结构,从而获得第一泡沫体(SK1)
在线切割(也称为线蚀(wire eroding))中,通过热线切割聚合物块,以这种方式获得第一泡沫体(SK1)。
步骤a)中提供的第一泡沫体(SK1)优选包含热塑性聚合物。在本发明的方法中,步骤a)中提供的第一泡沫体(SK1)特别优选包含选自以下的热塑性聚合物:热塑性弹性体、具有共聚物结构的热塑性弹性体、聚醚酰胺、聚醚酯、聚氨酯、苯乙烯聚合物、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、聚醚、聚酰胺、聚醚砜、聚醚酮、聚酰亚胺、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈、聚醚硫醚,以及它们的共聚物和混合物。
第一泡沫体(SK1)可具有任意尺寸。
根据本发明,第一泡沫体(SK1)具有第一结构化表面(OS1)。
就本发明而言,“结构化表面”为具有凹陷的表面。凹陷优选地规则排列。这意指两个直接相邻的凹陷之间的距离优选地在整个结构化表面上基本相等。因此,每个凹陷优选地与下一个相邻凹陷具有相同的距离。
在本发明的上下文中,凹陷也称为结构(structuring)、结构(structures)、图案或结构化图案。就本发明而言,凹陷也可称为轮廓。
第一结构化表面(OS1)优选具有规则的结构。
步骤a)中的第一结构化表面(OS1)的轮廓可具有任意形状。步骤a)中的第一结构化表面(OS1)的轮廓优选为波浪形、锯齿形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状。
不言而喻,当从上方观察第一结构化表面(OS1)时,轮廓或结构与第一结构化表面(OS1)中凹陷的形状有关。在第一泡沫体(SK1)的横截面中,第一结构化表面(OS1)的结构形状可在第一泡沫体(SK1)的长度上变化或偏离上述形状。例如,第一结构化表面(OS1)的结构的横截面可为波浪形、锯齿形和/或小圆齿形。
可通过本领域技术人员已知的所有方法将第一结构化表面(OS1)施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)中。例如,第一结构化表面(OS1)可在制备第一泡沫体(SK1)的实际过程中产生。也可在提供第一泡沫体(SK1)之后,通过例如成型工具引入第一结构化表面(OS1)。
基于直角坐标系,垂直于第一结构化表面(OS1)的补偿平面的方向被称为z方向。就本发明而言,z方向也称为第一泡沫体(SK1)的厚度,并且与其垂直的两个方向为x方向和y方向。x方向也称为第一泡沫体(SK1)的长度,y方向称为第一泡沫体(SK1)的宽度。
第一泡沫体(SK1)优选还具有第三结构化表面(OS3)。
就本发明而言,“第三结构化表面(OS3)”包括恰好一个第三结构化表面(OS3)和两个或更多个第三结构化表面(OS3)。
以上关于第一结构化表面(OS1)所作出的/所指出的陈述和优选类似地适用于第三结构化表面(OS3)。
因此,优选第一泡沫体(SK1)任选地具有的第三结构化表面(OS3)的轮廓为波浪形、锯齿形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状。
第三结构化表面(OS3)的轮廓可与第一结构化表面(OS1)的轮廓相同或不同。优选第三结构化表面(OS3)的轮廓与第一结构化表面(OS1)的轮廓相同。
在本发明的方法中,还优选具有第三结构化表面(OS3)的第一泡沫体(SK1),其中第三结构化表面(OS3)与第一结构化表面(OS1)的位置相对。
“相对”意指空间上相对。
因此,本发明方法中,优选具有第三结构化表面(OS3)的第一泡沫体(SK1),其中第三结构化表面(OS3)与第一结构化表面(OS1)相对设置。
当第一泡沫体(SK1)具有第三结构化表面(OS3)时,还优选第一结构化表面(OS1)和第三结构化表面(OS3)基本上彼此平行地取向。
就本发明而言,“基本上平行”意指当通过第一结构化表面(OS1)绘制第一补偿平面并且通过第三结构化表面(OS3)绘制第二补偿平面时,这两个补偿平面彼此之间的角度不大于±45°,优选不大于±30°,更优选不大于±10°且最优选不大于±2°。
在步骤b)中,提供第一纤维材料(FM1)。

原则上,本领域技术人员已知的所有纤维材料均适合用作步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)。例如,步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)选自无机矿物纤维、有机纤维、天然聚合物、植物或动物来源的天然有机纤维、碳纤维及其混合物。
合适的无机矿物纤维是本领域技术人员已知的。优选选自玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和纳米管纤维的无机矿物纤维。
合适的有机纤维同样是本领域技术人员已知的。优选选自缩聚纤维和加聚纤维的有机纤维。
合适的天然聚合物同样是本领域技术人员已知的。优选选自纤维素基纤维、橡胶纤维、淀粉基纤维和葡萄糖基纤维的天然聚合物。
因此,步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)优选选自玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、纳米管纤维、缩聚纤维、加聚纤维、纤维素基纤维、橡胶纤维、淀粉基纤维、葡萄糖基纤维及其混合物。
第一纤维材料(FM1)可在步骤b)中以本领域技术人员已知的所有形式提供。第一纤维材料(FM1)优选地以机织织物、叠层(lay-up)、编织物(braid)、无纺布、有机片、梳理带(carded band)和/或粗纱的形式提供。
步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)还可包含浆料(size)。此外,步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)可包含基质材料、粘合剂、热塑性纤维、粉末和/或颗粒。
根据本发明,优选步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)为干燥的。因此,第一纤维材料(FM1)优选在步骤b)中提供为干燥的。
就本发明而言,“干燥”意指第一纤维材料(FM1)未被浸渍。然后,特别是,第一纤维材料(FM1)不包含任何待固化的组分,例如树脂。
在该实施方案中,根据本发明还优选第一纤维材料(FM1)在步骤c)的施加中同样是干燥的。因此,第一纤维材料(FM1)优选在步骤c)中以干燥状态施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)的第一结构化表面(OS1)的至少一部分上。
因此,根据本发明优选以下方法,其中

还优选在步骤b)中在辊上提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)。
在步骤c)中,将第一纤维材料(FM1)施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)的第一结构化表面(OS1)的至少一部分上,得到具有第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的中间体(ZP),所述第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)具有与第一结构化表面(OS1)相同的轮廓。

特别地,在步骤c)中施加的第一纤维材料(FM1)优选地与第一结构化表面(OS1)的表面具有相同的尺寸。
在另一个实施方案中,特别优选在步骤c)中施加的第一纤维材料(FM1)与第一结构化表面(OS1)的表面具有至少相同的尺寸。
就本发明而言,“第一结构化表面(OS1)的表面尺寸”为第一结构化表面(OS1)的总表面。不言而喻,第一结构化表面(OS1)的表面通常大于第一泡沫体(SK1)的宽度和长度的乘积。
当将第一纤维材料(FM1)施加到第一结构化表面(OS1)时,这意指第一纤维材料(FM1)与整个第一结构化表面(OS1)接触。因此,第一纤维材料(FM1)覆盖整个第一结构化表面(OS1)。

例如,在将第一纤维材料(FM1)施加到第一结构化表面(OS1)之前,可加热第一结构化表面(OS1)。本文中,例如,第一结构化表面(OS1)可部分熔化,然后施加第一纤维材料(FM1)。在冷却第一结构化表面(OS1)时,然后将第一结构化表面(OS1)连接到第一纤维材料(FM1)上。
不言而喻,在本发明方法的该实施方案中,仅将第一结构化表面(OS1)加热至保持所述结构的程度。
在该实施方案中,第一纤维材料(FM1)与第一结构化表面(OS1)的连接例如通过焊接实现。第一结构化表面(OS1)同样可机械地连接到第一纤维材料(FM1)上,例如通过将第一结构化表面(OS1)的熔融区域硬挤入第一纤维材料(FM1)的孔(洞)中,并由此与第一纤维材料连接,得到第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)。
此外,例如,可在施加第一纤维材料(FM1)之前,将粘合剂和/或部分溶解第一结构化表面(OS1)的溶剂施加到第一结构化表面(OS1)上,随后施加第一纤维材料(FM1),并且以这种方式产生第一纤维材料(FM1)和第一结构化表面(OS1)之间的连接。
也可对第一纤维材料(FM1)进行如上所述的对第一结构化表面(OS1)进行的预处理。因此,还可加热第一纤维材料(FM1),使其在施加时与第一结构化表面(OS1)连接,和/或将粘合剂和/或溶剂施加到第一纤维材料(FM1)上,从而当第一纤维材料施加到第一结构化表面时与第一结构化表面(OS1)连接,从而得到第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)。
当然,上述方法的组合也是可行的。
在步骤c)中,获得具有第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的中间体(ZP)。根据本发明,第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)具有与第一结构化表面(OS1)相同的轮廓。因此,以上关于第一结构化表面(OS1)所作出的/所指出的陈述和优选类似地适用于第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的轮廓(结构)。
因此,优选步骤c)中获得的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的轮廓为波浪形、Z字形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状。
根据本发明,还优选至少步骤a)和c)直接相继进行,和/或至少步骤a)和步骤c)连续进行。
该实施方案在图2中以举例的方式示出。此处,第一泡沫体(SK1)通过挤出制备。在挤出第一泡沫体(SK1;1)后,立即将第一纤维材料(FM1;3)施加到第一泡沫体(SK1;1),所述第一泡沫体(SK1;1)具有第一结构化表面(OS1;2)和第三结构化表面(OS3)。在图2所示的实施方案中,第一纤维材料(FM1;3)沿挤出方向施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)上。压延机8c用于施加纤维材料。第一泡沫体(SK1;1)的第一结构化表面(OS1;2)另外通过压延机8b形成。第三结构化表面(OS3)另外通过压延机8a形成。在图2所示的方法中,也可将第一纤维材料(FM1)沿垂直于挤出方向的方向施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)的第一结构化表面(OS1)上。
在步骤d)中,提供具有第二结构化表面(OS2)的第二泡沫体(SK2),所述第二结构化表面(OS2)的轮廓与中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的轮廓相反。
就本发明而言,表述“第二泡沫体(SK2)”包括恰好一个第二泡沫体(SK2)和两个或更多个第二泡沫体(SK2)。优选恰好一个第二泡沫体(SK2)。
就本发明而言,“相反”意指第二结构化表面(OS2)的轮廓是第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的轮廓的反面。这意指,从第二泡沫体(SK2)观察,第二结构化表面(OS2)在第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)具有凸起区域的位置处具有凹陷,反之亦然。
以上关于第一泡沫体(SK1)所作出的/所指出的陈述和优选类似地适用于第二泡沫体(SK2)。因此,关于第一结构化表面(OS1)的陈述和优选也适用于第二结构化表面(OS2)。

Claims (24)

1.一种制备纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)的方法,包括以下步骤:

b)提供第一纤维材料(FM1),
c)将第一纤维材料(FM1)施加到第一泡沫体(SK1)的第一结构化表面(OS1)的至少一部分上,得到具有第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的中间体(ZP),所述第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)与第一结构化表面(OS1)具有相同的轮廓,

在步骤h)中将第二纤维材料(FM2)施加到纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)的整个第三结构化表面(OS3)上。
5.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)来自步骤c)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)与第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)具有相同的尺寸,和/或
II)第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)在步骤e)之后完全覆盖第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)。
6.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)第三泡沫体(SK3)的第四结构化表面(OS4)与来自步骤h)的第二结构化纤维表面(FO2)具有相同的尺寸,和/或
II)第三泡沫体(SK3)的第四结构化表面(OS4)在步骤j)之后完全覆盖第二结构化纤维表面(FO2)。

II)至少步骤a)和步骤c)连续进行。

I)通过步骤e)中获得的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)中的粘接结合和/或焊接,使第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)与第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)的至少一部分连接,和/或
II)在步骤e)之前,将第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)和/或中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)通过加热元件加热,从而通过步骤e)中获得的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)中的焊缝彼此连接,和/或
III)在步骤e)之前,将粘合剂和/或溶剂施加到第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)和/或中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)上,并且在步骤e)中获得的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV1)中,第二泡沫体(SK2)的第二结构化表面(OS2)和中间体(ZP)的第一结构化纤维表面(FO1)通过粘合剂和/或溶剂彼此连接。

I)通过步骤j)中获得的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV3)中的粘接结合和/或焊接,使第三泡沫体(SK3)的第四结构化表面(OS4)与第二结构化纤维表面(FO2)的至少一部分连接,和/或
II)在步骤j)之前,将第三泡沫体(SK3)的第四结构化表面(OS4)和/或纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV2)的第二结构化纤维表面(FO2)通过加热元件加热,从而通过步骤j)中获得的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV3)中的焊缝彼此连接,和/或
III)在步骤j)之前,将粘合剂和/或溶剂施加到第三泡沫体(SK3)的第四结构化表面(OS4)和/或纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV2)的第二结构化纤维表面(FO2)上,并且在步骤j)中获得的纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV3)中,第三泡沫体(SK3)的第四结构化表面(OS4)和纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV3)的第二结构化纤维表面(FO2)通过粘合剂和/或溶剂彼此连接。
12.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
第三泡沫体(SK3)在步骤i)中通过挤出、热成型和/或线切割提供。
13.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)步骤a)中的第一结构化表面(OS1)的轮廓为波浪形、锯齿形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状,和/或
II)步骤d)中的第二结构化表面(OS2)的轮廓为波浪形、锯齿形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状。
14.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)步骤f)中的第三结构化表面(OS3)的轮廓为波浪形、锯齿形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状,和/或
II)步骤i)中的第四结构化表面(OS4)的轮廓为波浪形、锯齿形、钻石形、菱形、矩形、正方形、点状和/或网格状。
15.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)选自无机矿物纤维、有机纤维、天然聚合物、植物或动物来源的天然有机纤维、碳纤维及其混合物,和/或
II)第一纤维材料(FM1)在步骤b)中以机织织物、叠层、编织物、无纺布、有机片、梳理带和/或粗纱的形式提供,和/或
III)步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)包含浆料,和/或
IV)步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)包含基质材料、粘合剂、热塑性纤维、粉末和/或颗粒。
16.根据权利要求15的方法,其中步骤b)中提供的第一纤维材料(FM1)选自玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、纳米管纤维、缩聚纤维、加聚纤维、纤维素基纤维、橡胶纤维、淀粉基纤维、葡萄糖基纤维及其混合物。
17.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)步骤g)中提供的第二纤维材料(FM2)选自无机矿物纤维、有机纤维、天然聚合物、植物或动物来源的天然有机纤维、碳纤维及其混合物,和/或
II)第二纤维材料(FM2)在步骤g)中以机织织物、叠层、编织物、无纺布、有机片、梳理带和/或粗纱的形式提供,和/或
III)步骤g)中提供的第二纤维材料(FM2)包含浆料,和/或
IV)步骤g)中提供的第二纤维材料(FM2)包含基质材料、粘合剂、热塑性纤维、粉末和/或颗粒。
18.根据权利要求17的方法,其中步骤g)中提供的第二纤维材料(FM2)选自玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、纳米管纤维、缩聚纤维、加聚纤维、纤维素基纤维、橡胶纤维、淀粉基纤维、葡萄糖基纤维及其混合物。
19.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中
I)步骤a)中提供的第一泡沫体(SK1)包含热塑性聚合物,和/或
II)步骤d)中提供的第二泡沫体(SK2)包含热塑性聚合物。
20.根据权利要求19的方法,热塑性聚合物选自:热塑性弹性体、具有共聚物结构的热塑性弹性体、聚醚酰胺、聚醚酯、聚氨酯、苯乙烯聚合物、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、聚醚、聚酰胺、聚醚砜、聚醚酮、聚酰亚胺、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈、聚醚硫醚、它们的共聚物和混合物。
21.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中步骤i)中提供的第三泡沫体(SK3)包含热塑性聚合物。
22.根据权利要求21的方法,热塑性聚合物选自热塑性弹性体、具有共聚物结构的热塑性弹性体、聚醚酰胺、聚醚酯、聚氨酯、苯乙烯聚合物、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、聚醚、聚酰胺、聚醚砜、聚醚酮、聚酰亚胺、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈、聚醚硫醚、它们的共聚物和混合物。
23.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中在步骤e)之后进行以下步骤:

e-iv)将步骤e-i)中获得的第二切割纤维-泡沫复合材料的第二切割表面(OG2)施加到第三纤维表面(FO3)上,得到纤维-泡沫复合材料(FSV4),其中第二切割表面(OG2)与第三纤维表面(FO3)连接。
