Abstract
The invention discloses a concrete blank bottom skin removing stacking circulation operation device and an operation method thereof, wherein the device comprises the following steps: a steam curing vehicle track, a steam curing vehicle walking on the steam curing vehicle track, and a steam curing bottom plate carried on the steam curing vehicle; a turnover machine; a stacker crane; a blank inserting machine and a blank inserting machine rail for the blank inserting machine to travel; and the cutting conveying trolley is parallel to the blank inserting machine and is used for cutting conveying trolley rails for the cutting conveying trolley to walk. The method comprises the following steps: the cutting conveying vehicle carries the steaming base plate and the blank body and advances to a blank inserting station; the blank inserting machine bears the steaming base plate and advances to a turnover station together with the blank; the turnover machine turns over to remove the bottom skin; and the stacking crane lifts the blank body with the bottom skin removed and the steaming bottom plate onto a steaming vehicle. The cyclic operation device for removing the bottom skin and stacking the concrete blank and the operation method thereof greatly shorten the operation time for removing the bottom skin and stacking, improve the production efficiency and promote the improvement of the economic benefit of enterprises.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building material production, and particularly relates to a concrete blank bottom skin removing and stacking cyclic operation device and an operation method thereof.
Background
At present, on most of domestic aerated concrete block and plate production lines, the production process for removing the bottom skin and stacking of the green body is as follows: the stacking crane lifts the steamed bottom plate on the cutting and conveying vehicle to the overturning station together with the green body to overturn and remove the bottom skin, the stacking crane needs to wait at the overturning station in the overturning and removing the bottom skin, the stacking crane can lift the steamed bottom plate on the overturning machine together with the green body to the steamed vehicle to stack only after the bottom skin of the green body is removed, and after the stacking is finished, the steamed bottom plate and the green body on the cutting and conveying vehicle are lifted again.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a concrete blank bottom skin removing and stacking circulating operation device and an operation method thereof, which greatly shorten the bottom skin removing and stacking operation time, improve the production efficiency and promote the improvement of the economic benefit of enterprises.
In order to achieve the above object, as an apparatus of the present invention, there is employed a method comprising:
a steam curing vehicle track, a steam curing vehicle walking on the steam curing vehicle track, and a steam curing bottom plate carried on the steam curing vehicle; a turnover machine; a stacking crane which spans the steam curing vehicle and the turnover machine and is positioned above the steam curing vehicle and the turnover machine;
the operation device also comprises a blank inserting machine and a blank inserting machine track for the blank inserting machine to travel; and the cutting conveying vehicle rail is positioned on the right side of the blank inserting machine and is parallel to the blank inserting machine, and the cutting conveying vehicle rail is used for the cutting conveying vehicle to walk.
The blank inserting machine comprises a frame, wherein a travelling mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the frame, and a telescopic mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the frame;
the travelling mechanism comprises rollers rotatably connected to two sides of the frame, the rollers are in rolling connection with the blank inserting machine track, a travelling transmission box is connected to the bottom of the frame, the input end of the travelling transmission box is connected with a travelling motor, the output ends of the two sides of the travelling transmission box are connected with travelling driving shafts, the ends of the travelling driving shafts are connected with travelling gears, and the travelling gears are meshed with travelling racks positioned on the inner side of the blank inserting machine track;
the telescopic machanism is including being located a pair of flexible arm on frame upper portion, and the slider is connected to the bottom surface of flexible arm, and the slide rail in this slider sliding connection frame, the top surface of frame are connected with flexible transmission case, and flexible motor is connected to flexible transmission case's input, and flexible drive shaft is connected to the output of flexible transmission case both sides, and this flexible drive shaft rotatable connection frame, the end connection flexible gear of flexible drive shaft, the flexible rack on the flexible arm top surface of this flexible gear engagement, the tip of flexible arm still is equipped with climbing mechanism.
The jacking mechanism comprises a jacking oil cylinder connected to the inner side of the end part of the telescopic arm, and a piston rod of the jacking oil cylinder is connected with a jacking plate.
The walking rack is longitudinally connected to the bottom surface of the inner side of the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the ground.
And a longitudinally extending cutting pit is arranged on the inner side of the cutting conveying vehicle track.
As a method of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of:
the cutting conveying vehicle carries the steaming base plate and the blank body and advances to a blank inserting station;
the telescopic arms of the blank inserting machine extend out, the jacking plates are positioned at two ends of the steaming bottom plate at the lower part of the blank body, and the jacking cylinders are started to support the steaming bottom plate, and the telescopic arms retract;
the blank inserting machine bears the steaming base plate and advances to a turnover station together with the blank;
the telescopic arm of the blank inserting machine extends out, the jacking plate descends, the steaming base plate and the blank are placed on the turnover machine together, and then the telescopic arm retracts;
the turnover machine turns over to remove the bottom skin, and meanwhile, the blank inserting machine returns to the blank inserting station;
the stacking crane lifts the blank body with the bottom skin removed and the steaming bottom plate to the steaming vehicle, and meanwhile, the blank inserting machine bears the steaming bottom plate and the blank body again to travel to a turnover station;
and so on, repeating the above steps.
The cyclic operation device for removing the bottom skin and stacking the concrete blanks and the operation method thereof greatly shorten the operation time for removing the bottom skin and stacking the concrete blanks, improve the production efficiency and promote the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises.

Detailed Description
For the sake of further understanding of the present invention in detail, a simple description will now be made of the original de-skinning stacking cycle operation device and its operation method, as shown in fig. 7, the cutting conveyor 16 walking on the cutting conveyor rail 17 conveys the cut blanks to the lifting station, the stacker crane 15 lifts the steamed bottom plate on the cutting conveyor along with the blanks to the turnover machine 14, the stacker crane waits for the turnover machine to turn over to de-skinning, after the de-skinning is completed, the stacker crane lifts the steamed bottom plate 13 on the turnover machine along with the blanks to the steamed trolley 12 walking on the steamed trolley rail 11, then the stacker crane returns to the lifting station, again lifts the steamed bottom plate and the blanks on the cutting conveyor, and the cutting pit 18 is used for receiving the cut waste. Therefore, the production process which completely relies on the stacker crane to convey the green body has the defects of long production period and low working efficiency.
The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings,
as an apparatus of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, it includes:
a steam curing vehicle track 1, a steam curing vehicle 2 walking on the steam curing vehicle track, and a steam curing bottom plate 3 mounted on the steam curing vehicle; a roll-over machine 4; a stacking crane 5 which spans the steam curing vehicle and the turnover machine and is positioned above the steam curing vehicle;
the operation device also comprises a blank inserting machine 6 and a blank inserting machine track 7 for the blank inserting machine to travel; and a cutting conveying vehicle 8 positioned on the right side of the blank inserting machine and parallel to the blank inserting machine, and a cutting conveying vehicle rail 9 for the cutting conveying vehicle to walk.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the blank inserting machine comprises a frame 6-1, wherein a travelling mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the frame, and a telescopic mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the frame;
the travelling mechanism comprises rollers 6-2 which are rotatably connected to two sides of the frame, the rollers are in rolling connection with the blank inserting machine track, a travelling transmission box 6-3 which is connected to the bottom of the frame, the input end of the travelling transmission box is connected with a travelling motor, the output ends of the two sides of the travelling transmission box are connected with travelling driving shafts 6-4, the end parts of the travelling driving shafts are connected with travelling gears 6-5, and the travelling gears are meshed with travelling racks 6-6 positioned at the inner side of the blank inserting machine track;
the telescopic mechanism comprises a pair of telescopic arms 6-7 positioned on the upper portion of a frame, the bottom surfaces of the telescopic arms are connected with sliding blocks 6-8, the sliding blocks are slidably connected with sliding rails 6-9 on the frame, the top surface of the frame is connected with a telescopic transmission box 6-10, the input end of the telescopic transmission box is connected with a telescopic motor 6-11, the output ends of the two sides of the telescopic transmission box are connected with a telescopic driving shaft 6-12, the telescopic driving shaft is rotatably connected with the frame, the end parts of the telescopic driving shaft are connected with telescopic gears 6-13, the telescopic gears are meshed with telescopic racks 6-14 on the top surface of the telescopic arms, and the end parts of the telescopic arms are further provided with a jacking mechanism.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking cylinder 6-15 connected to the inner side of the end part of the telescopic arm, and a piston rod of the jacking cylinder is connected with a jacking plate 6-16.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the travelling rack is connected longitudinally to the underside of the inner side of the connecting piece 6-17, which is fixedly connected to the ground.
The inner side of the cutting conveyor car track is provided with a longitudinally extending cutting pit 10.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of:
the cutting conveying vehicle 8 carries the steam curing base plate and the blank 20 to travel to a blank inserting station;
the telescopic arms of the blank inserting machine 6 extend out, the jacking plates are positioned at two ends of the steaming bottom plate at the lower part of the blank body, the jacking oil cylinders are started to support the steaming bottom plate, and the telescopic arms retract;
the blank inserting machine bears the steaming base plate and advances to a turnover station together with the blank;
the telescopic arm of the blank inserting machine extends out, the jacking plate descends, the steaming base plate and the blank are placed on the turnover machine 4 together, and then the telescopic arm retracts;
the turnover machine turns over to remove the bottom skin, and meanwhile, the blank inserting machine returns to the blank inserting station;
the stacking crane 5 lifts the blank body with the bottom skin removed and the steam curing bottom plate 3 to the steam curing vehicle 2, and meanwhile, the blank inserting machine bears the steam curing bottom plate and the blank body again to travel to a turnover station;
and so on, repeating the above steps.
The cyclic operation device for removing the bottom skin and stacking the concrete blanks and the operation method thereof greatly shorten the operation time for removing the bottom skin and stacking the concrete blanks, improve the production efficiency and promote the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises.
Claims (5)
1. A concrete blank removes the cyclic operation device of the piling of the bottom skin, it includes steaming the car orbit (1), walk the steaming car (2) on steaming car orbit, steaming the bottom plate (3) of steaming carried on steaming car; the turnover machine (4) is positioned on the right side of the steam-curing car track; a stacking crane (5) which spans the steam curing vehicle and the turnover machine and is positioned above the steam curing vehicle; characterized in that the working device further comprises: the blank inserting machine (6) and a blank inserting machine rail (7) for the blank inserting machine to travel are arranged between the steam-curing vehicle rail and the turnover machine; a cutting conveying vehicle (8) which is positioned on the right side of the blank inserting machine and is parallel to the blank inserting machine, and a cutting conveying vehicle track (9) for the cutting conveying vehicle to walk; the blank inserting machine comprises a frame (6-1), wherein a travelling mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the frame, and a telescopic mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the frame; the travelling mechanism comprises rollers (6-2) rotatably connected to two sides of the frame, the rollers are in rolling connection with the blank inserting machine track, a travelling transmission box (6-3) connected to the bottom of the frame, the input end of the travelling transmission box is connected with a travelling motor, the output ends of two sides of the travelling transmission box are connected with travelling driving shafts 6-4), the ends of the travelling driving shafts are connected with travelling gears (6-5), and the travelling gears are meshed with travelling racks (6-6) positioned on the inner side of the blank inserting machine track; the telescopic mechanism comprises a pair of telescopic arms (6-7) positioned on the upper portion of a frame, the bottom surfaces of the telescopic arms are connected with sliding blocks (6-8), sliding rails (6-9) are slidably connected with the frame, the top surface of the frame is connected with a telescopic transmission box (6-10), the input end of the telescopic transmission box is connected with a telescopic motor (6-11), the output ends of the two sides of the telescopic transmission box are connected with a telescopic driving shaft (6-12), the telescopic driving shaft is rotatably connected with the frame, the end portions of the telescopic driving shaft are connected with telescopic gears (6-13), the telescopic gears are meshed with telescopic racks (6-14) on the top surface of the telescopic arms, and the end portions of the telescopic arms are further provided with a jacking mechanism.
2. The de-skinning stacker circulating work apparatus of claim 1 wherein: the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking oil cylinder (6-15) connected to the inner side of the end part of the telescopic arm, and a piston rod of the jacking oil cylinder is connected with a jacking plate (6-16).
3. The de-skinning stacker circulating work apparatus of claim 2 wherein: the walking rack is longitudinally connected to the bottom surface of the inner side of the connecting piece (6-17), and the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the ground.
4. A de-skinning stacker circulating work apparatus according to claim 3 wherein: the inner side of the cutting conveying vehicle track is provided with a longitudinally extending cutting pit (10).

the cutting conveying vehicle (8) carries the steaming base plate and the blank (20) to travel to a blank inserting station;
the telescopic arms of the blank inserting machine (6) extend out, the jacking plates are positioned at two ends of the steaming bottom plate at the lower part of the blank body, the jacking oil cylinders are started to lift the steaming bottom plate, and the telescopic arms retract;
the blank inserting machine bears the steaming base plate and advances to a turnover station together with the blank;
the telescopic arm of the blank inserting machine extends out, the jacking plate descends, the steaming base plate and the blank are placed on the turnover machine (4) together, and then the telescopic arm retracts;
the turnover machine turns over to remove the bottom skin, and meanwhile, the blank inserting machine returns to the blank inserting station;
the stacking crane (5) lifts the blank body with the bottom skin removed and the steaming base plate (3) to the steaming vehicle (2), and meanwhile, the blank inserting machine bears the steaming base plate and the blank body again to travel to a turnover station;
and so on, repeating the above steps.
