the hot air circulating system comprises a temperature equalizing box, the temperature equalizing box is connected with the baking box, and a temperature sensor is arranged in the baking box and/or the temperature equalizing box;

or the baking equipment is used for processing cream-flavored open shelled macadamia nuts, and further comprises a water flotation device, an opening machine, a soaking tank and a standing device, wherein the water flotation device is connected with the opening machine through a conveying device, the opening machine is connected with the soaking tank through a conveying device, the soaking tank is connected with the standing device, and the standing device is connected with the baking equipment through a conveying device; the method comprises the following specific steps: placing the macadimia nut raw material with the shell and the opening with the water content of 10 +/-2% into a water flotation device for sorting; then conveying the raw material of the macadimia nuts with shells to an opening machine for opening through a conveying device; sorting the macadimia nuts after opening, conveying the macadimia nuts into a soaking tank through a conveying device, soaking for 20-40min for flavoring, and then standing the soaked macadimia nuts with shells for 1.3-1.7 h; transporting the preserved macadimia nuts to a baking device through a conveyor, raising the temperature in a baking box of the baking device to 75-85 ℃ within the time range of 1h-1h20min, and then baking at the constant temperature of 75-85 ℃ for 9-12 h.
