The suspending agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-8 parts of pesticide raw material; 5-15 parts of evaporation drift inhibitor; 1-10 parts of a dispersant; 1-10 parts of a wetting agent; 0.1-2 parts of a defoaming agent; 0.1-2 parts of a binder; 1-5 parts of a grinding aid; 50-100 parts of water; the evaporation drift inhibitor comprises polysaccharide and oil; the dispersing agent comprises a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant; the nonionic surfactant comprises hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester; the grinding aid is one or more of triethanolamine, diethanol monoisopropanolamine and polyisopropanolamine. The aviation low-volume spraying insecticidal suspending agent disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation and use methods, and has the advantages of no volatile organic solvent, smaller particle size than that of a conventional suspending agent, low surface tension and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to an aviation low-volume spraying insecticidal suspending agent and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Agricultural aviation plant protection is to spray pesticide or fertilizer by airplane to prevent and control diseases, insects and weeds in farmland, forest and grassland or to manage field growth. In the aviation plant protection spraying process, as the liquid spraying amount per mu is 0.5-1.5L, the dilution concentration of the pesticide is about 15 times higher than that of ground manual or mechanical spraying, the requirements on the pesticide dosage and the pesticide quality are correspondingly improved, and special pesticide is required. At present, the shortage of agricultural aviation spraying special-purpose medicament in China becomes an important factor for restricting the development of agricultural aviation plant protection industry in China. Pesticide emulsifiable solution, a suspending agent, wettable powder and the like for ground spraying are still used in the conventional aviation plant protection operation, wherein the emulsifiable solution contains volatile organic compounds, and the pollution to the atmosphere in the aviation spraying process is more serious than that of the conventional spraying; the wettable powder has larger grain diameter, low suspension rate, uneven spraying, higher surface tension and poor wettability, and is difficult to wet and spread on crops in aviation spraying.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that a special aviation medicament is lacked in the current market and the conventional pesticide is not suitable for aviation spraying, the invention provides a pesticide suspending agent used in agricultural aviation low-volume spraying and a preparation method thereof; the suspending agent does not contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), and reduces the pollution of volatile matters to the atmosphere in the pesticide spraying process; the particle size is smaller than that of the conventional pesticide suspending agent, and the spreading uniformity and the absorption rate of the pesticide on the surface of a target are improved.

the grinding aid is one or more of triethanolamine, diethanol monoisopropanolamine and polyisopropanolamine.

Further, the pesticide raw material is one or more of abamectin, emamectin benzoate, bacillus thuringiensis, indoxacarb, chlorfenapyr, nitenpyram, pymetrozine, spinosad, spirotetramat, spirodiclofen, flubendiamide, tebufenozide, imidacloprid, acetamiprid and efficient cyhalothrin.

the oil is one or more of white oil, engine oil, diesel oil and modified vegetable oil.
Further, the nonionic surfactant also comprises one or more of stearyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, propylene glycol block polyether, allyl alcohol polyether, oleic acid polyoxyethylene ester and lauric acid polyoxyethylene ester;
the anionic surfactant is one or more of sodium polycarboxylate, sodium lignosulphonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, sodium isooctyl sulfate and n-decyl sodium sulfate.
In the invention, the surfactant is prepared by mixing one of the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester nonionic surfactant and the rest nonionic surfactant with the anionic surfactant, so that the prepared pesticide composition has a good wetting effect.
Preferably, the wetting agent is one or more of diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate, isomeric tridecanol ether, ditridecyl alcohol sulfosuccinate sodium and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate. It is to be noted that the antifoaming agent commonly used by those skilled in the art can be used in the present invention.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent and/or a polyether defoaming agent;
the binder is one or more of acacia, acrylate, acrylic acid modified alkyd resin and vinyl acetate/acrylate copolymer.
In another aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the aviation low-volume spraying insecticidal suspending agent, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing water, an evaporation drift inhibitor, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a pesticide raw material, a defoaming agent and a grinding aid, keeping the stirring speed at 60 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 30 minutes;
step 2: sanding the mixture in a horizontal nano sand mill until the particle size is 0.01-1 micron;
and step 3: and adding the sanded material into a binder, and adjusting the viscosity to form a product.
In still another aspect, the invention also provides a method for using the aerial low-volume spraying insecticidal suspending agent, wherein the pesticide is not diluted or the diluted concentration is less than 100 times during spraying. The suspending agent is used for aviation plant protection of unmanned planes, fixed-wing airplanes and the like.
The suspension storage device can be a PET, PEPA, HDPE, F-HDPE, PE bottle, and can also be a medicine tank which can be quickly replaced and reused.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the suspending agent formed by combining the specific dispersant, the evaporation drift inhibitor, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent, the binder and the grinding aid in a specific ratio does not contain a volatile organic solvent, has smaller particle size than a conventional suspending agent and low surface tension, and is easy to wet, adhere and deposit on the surface of crops, so that the number of fog drops reaching a target is increased, and the pesticide effect is improved. The diluted concentration of the pesticide is about 15 times higher than that of the conventional pesticide in the low-volume spraying process of aviation plant protection, and the product can keep the liquid medicine stable and uniformly spread on the surface of the plant body under the condition.

Example 1
An aviation low-volume spray insecticidal suspending agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of abamectin, 2 parts of chitosan, 3 parts of white oil, 2 parts of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, 1 part of octadecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 1 part of sodium lignosulfonate, 1 part of ditridecyl sulfosuccinate sodium, 0.1 part of an organic silicon defoamer, 0.1 part of Arabic gum, 1 part of diethanol monoisopropanolamine and 50 parts of water.
The preparation method of the aviation low-volume spraying insecticidal suspending agent comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing water, evaporation drift inhibitor, dispersant, wetting agent, raw pesticide, defoamer and grinding aid, keeping the stirring speed at 60 r/min, and stirring for 30 min;
step 2: sanding the mixture in a horizontal nano sand mill until the particle size is 0.01-1 micron;

An aviation low-volume spray insecticidal suspending agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of pymetrozine, 2 parts of chitosan, 2 parts of peptidoglycan, 2 parts of engine oil, 5 parts of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, 2 parts of allyl alcohol polyether, 2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts of n-decyl sodium sulfate, 8 parts of sodium ditridecyl sulfosuccinate, 2 parts of a polyether defoamer, 1 part of acrylic acid modified alkyd resin, 5 parts of diethanol monoisopropanolamine and 85 parts of water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 4
An aviation low-volume spray insecticidal suspending agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of tebufenozide, 4 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 2 parts of white oil, 2 parts of engine oil, 4 parts of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, 1 part of allyl alcohol polyether, 3 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 4 parts of sodium ditridecyl sulfosuccinate, 0.5 part of an organic silicon defoamer, 5 parts of vinyl acetate/acrylate copolymer, 4 parts of triethanolamine and 78.5 parts of water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Comparative example 1
This comparative example was carried out in the same manner as example 3 except that the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester was replaced with an equivalent amount of polyoxyethylene oleate.

The comparative example was carried out in the same manner as in example 3 except that the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester and oleic acid polyoxyethylene ester were replaced with the same amount of phenethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example was the same as example 3 except that the diethanolisopropanolamine was replaced with an equivalent amount of ethylene glycol.
Comparative example 4
The chitosan, peptidoglycan and engine oil were omitted and the rest was the same as in example 3.
The basic properties of the suspensions prepared in examples 1-4 above are shown in Table 1; the basic properties of the above comparative examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the above table, the suspending agent prepared by the invention has better water dispersibility, better stability in hot storage and cold storage, lower surface tension and short penetration time.

As can be seen from the above table, the suspending agent in the comparative example of the present invention has poor suspending effect, large surface tension and long permeation time.
In order to verify that the pesticide composition has a synergistic effect on the pesticide unmanned aerial vehicle sprayed field, the field pesticide effect test for preventing and treating the brown planthopper of the rice is carried out by adopting the embodiment 3, the commercial 25% pymetrozine suspending agent and the comparative examples 1-4. The reagent is firstly diluted by 10 times with water, and then the Xinjiang MG-1 plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle is used as a spraying apparatus, the reagents are uniformly mixed and stirred for pesticide application, and the spraying speed is as follows: 0.30L/min, operation flying speed: 5m/s, the flying height is 2 meters above the ground wheatear, pesticide application is carried out under the condition of breeze with the wind speed of 3.4-5.5 m/s, a field pesticide effect test is carried out according to field pesticide effect test criteria, and the control effect is shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the table above, the control effect of the suspending agent prepared by the invention is higher than that of the commercially available pymetrozine suspending agent and the suspending agents prepared in comparative examples 1-4 in 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after the suspension is applied, and compared with other comparative examples, the aviation low-amount spray insecticidal suspending agent prepared by the invention has better control effect on plant diseases and insect pests.
In conclusion, the aviation low-amount spraying insecticidal suspending agent disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation and use methods, and under the combined action of various auxiliaries, the suspending agent has the advantages of no volatile organic solvent, smaller particle size than a conventional suspending agent, low surface tension and the like, and is easy to wet, adhere and deposit on the surface of crops, so that the number of fog drops reaching a target is increased, and the pesticide effect is improved.

10 parts of pymetrozine, 2 parts of chitosan, 2 parts of peptidoglycan, 2 parts of engine oil, 5 parts of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, 2 parts of allyl alcohol polyether, 2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts of n-decyl sodium sulfate, 8 parts of ditridecyl sulfosuccinate sodium, 2 parts of a polyether defoamer, 1 part of acrylic acid modified alkyd resin, 5 parts of diethanol monoisopropanolamine and 85 parts of water.

step 1: mixing the water, chitosan, peptidoglycan, engine oil, hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, allyl alcohol polyether, sodium lignosulfonate, sodium n-decyl sulfate, sodium ditridecyl sulfosuccinate, pymetrozine, polyether defoamer and diethanol monoisopropanolamine in the mixture according to the claim 1, keeping the stirring speed at 60 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 30 minutes;
step 2: sanding the mixture in a horizontal nano sand mill until the particle size is 0.01-1 micron;
and step 3: and adding the sanded material into acrylic acid modified alkyd resin, and adjusting the viscosity to form a product.
