The suspending agent containing the emamectin benzoate and the tebufenozide 2% and the tebufenozide 8% prepared in the embodiment is a viscous white homogeneous suspending liquid, the suspension rate of active ingredients is more than or equal to 95%, the particle size (D90) is less than or equal to 5 microns, layering, precipitation and paste formation do not occur after cold storage (0 +/-1 ℃) and hot storage (54 +/-2 ℃) for 14 days, and the stability is qualified.
Example 5
An auxiliary agent suitable for a suspending agent containing pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25% of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10% of propylene glycol block polyether, 5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 10% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 50% of water.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the adjuvant suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in water at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
2) and sequentially adding styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, propylene glycol block polyether and isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether into the solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain an auxiliary agent finished product which is viscous in appearance and is suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate.

2) controlling the temperature below 40 ℃, and continuously sanding the suspension premix obtained in the step 1 for 2 times by a sand mill to form suspension with the suspension particle size (D90) less than or equal to 5 microns and the suspension rate more than 90 percent and 5.7 percent of emamectin benzoate SC.
The 5.7 percent emamectin benzoate suspending agent prepared in the embodiment is a viscous white homogeneous suspending liquid, the suspension rate of the active ingredients is more than or equal to 90 percent, the particle size (D90) of the particles is less than or equal to 5 mu m, no layering, precipitation and paste formation are caused during cold storage (0 +/-1 ℃) and hot storage (54 +/-2 ℃) for 14 days, and the stability is qualified.
Example 6
An auxiliary agent suitable for a suspending agent containing pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 15% of propylene glycol block polyether, 15% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 50% of water.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the adjuvant suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in water at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;

1) mixing 2% of emamectin benzoate, 8% of lufenuron, 6% of the auxiliary agent, 5% of antifreezing agent ethylene glycol, 0.1% of suspending agent xanthan gum and the balance of water, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the weight of the auxiliary agent, uniformly dispersing the materials, and preparing into suspension premix for later use;
2) controlling the temperature below 40 ℃, and continuously sanding the suspension premix obtained in the step 1 for 3 times by a sand mill to form suspension with the suspension particle size (D90) less than or equal to 5 microns and the suspension rate more than 90%;
3) and (3) adding the suspension obtained in the step (2) into a reaction kettle, adding 2% of film-forming agent polyacrylamide, 2% of white coloring agent, 0.1% of defoaming agent and the like, and continuously stirring for 1h to obtain the 2% emamectin benzoate and 8% lufenuron suspending agent.
The suspending agent of the 2% emamectin benzoate and the 8% lufenuron prepared in the embodiment is a viscous white homogeneous suspending liquid, the suspension rate of the effective components is more than or equal to 90%, the particle size (D90) of the particles is less than or equal to 5 mu m, no layering, precipitation and paste formation are caused during cold storage (0 +/-1 ℃) and hot storage (54 +/-2 ℃) for 14 days, and the stability is qualified.
Example 7
An auxiliary agent suitable for a suspending agent containing pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10% of propylene glycol block polyether, 8% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 7% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 40% of water.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the adjuvant suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in water at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
2) and sequentially adding styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, propylene glycol block polyether and isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether into the solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain an auxiliary agent finished product which is viscous in appearance and is suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate.
In this embodiment, the application method of the auxiliary agent in the tolfenpyrad emamectin benzoate suspending agent product comprises the following steps:
1) mixing 1% of emamectin benzoate, 6% of tolfenpyrad, 6% of the auxiliary agent, 7% of antifreezing agent ethylene glycol, 0.2% of suspending agent xanthan gum and the balance of water, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the weight of the auxiliary agent, uniformly dispersing the materials, and preparing into suspension premix for later use;
2) controlling the temperature below 40 ℃, and continuously sanding the suspension premix obtained in the step 1 for 2 times by a sand mill to form suspension with the suspension particle size (D90) less than or equal to 5 microns and the suspension rate greater than 90%, 1% of emamectin benzoate and 6% of tolfenpyrad SC.
The suspending agent containing the emamectin benzoate and the tolfenpyrad 6 percent prepared in the embodiment is a viscous white homogeneous phase suspending liquid, the suspension rate of the effective components is more than or equal to 95 percent, the particle size (D90) of the particles is less than or equal to 5 mu m, and the suspending agent has no layering, precipitation and paste formation after being stored at a temperature of 0 +/-1 ℃ and a temperature of 54 +/-2 ℃ for 14 days, and is qualified in stability.
Example 8
An auxiliary agent suitable for a suspending agent containing pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 25% of propylene glycol block polyether, 10% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 45% of water.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the adjuvant suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in water at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
2) and sequentially adding styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, propylene glycol block polyether and isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether into the solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain an auxiliary agent finished product which is viscous in appearance and is suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate.
In this embodiment, the application method of the auxiliary agent in the chlorantraniliprole emamectin benzoate suspending agent product comprises the following steps:
1) mixing 5% of emamectin benzoate, 15% of chlorantraniliprole, 6% of the auxiliary agent, 7% of antifreeze glycol, 0.2% of xanthan gum serving as a suspending agent and the balance of water, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the weight of the auxiliary agent, uniformly dispersing the materials to prepare a suspension premix for later use;
2) controlling the temperature below 40 ℃, and continuously sanding the suspension premix obtained in the step 1 for 2 times by a sand mill to form suspension with the suspension particle size (D90) less than or equal to 5 microns and the suspension rate greater than 90%, thereby obtaining the 15% chlorantraniliprole and 5% emamectin benzoate suspending agent.
The suspension of 15% chlorantraniliprole and 5% emamectin benzoate prepared in the embodiment is a viscous white homogeneous suspension, the suspension rate of active ingredients is more than or equal to 95%, the particle size (D90) is less than or equal to 5 mu m, and the suspension does not have layering, precipitation and paste formation after being stored at a temperature of 0 +/-1 ℃ and a temperature of 54 +/-2 ℃ for 14 days, and is qualified in stability.
Comparative example 1
As in example 1, in the manufacturing process of 3% emamectin benzoate SC, the formulation of the adjuvant is: 35% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 8% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 7% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 50% of water.
Mixing 3% of emamectin benzoate, 5% of the auxiliary agent, 5% of antifreeze glycol, 0.15% of suspending agent xanthan gum and the balance of water, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the weight of the auxiliary agent, mixing the materials, and then dispersing and sanding the materials in a sanding machine, wherein the viscosity of the 3% emamectin benzoate SC preparation is increased in the grinding process and the materials are creamed within 1 hour.
Comparative example 2
As in example 2, in the process of making 2% emamectin benzoate + 10% chlorfenapyr SC, the formulation of the adjuvant is: 35% of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10% of propylene glycol block polyether, 7% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 48% of water.
1) Mixing 10% of chlorfenapyr, 2% of emamectin benzoate, 5% of the auxiliary agent, 5% of antifreezing agent ethylene glycol, 0.1% of suspending agent xanthan gum and the balance of water, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the weight of the auxiliary agent, and uniformly dispersing the materials to prepare the suspension premix.
2) Controlling the temperature below 40 ℃, and continuously sanding the suspension premix obtained in the step 1 for 3 times by a sand mill to form 2 percent of emamectin benzoate and 10 percent of chlorfenapyr SC with the suspension particle size (D90) less than or equal to 5 microns and the suspension rate more than 90 percent.
The finished product of the preparation is placed for 1 day at normal temperature, the precipitation of the preparation is 50 percent, and the raw medicine is settled and creamed.
Comparative example 3
As in example 3, in the preparation of 4% emamectin benzoate + 12% indoxacarb SC, the formulation of the adjuvant was: 35% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10% of propylene glycol block polyether, 10% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 27% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 18% of water.
Mixing indoxacarb 12%, emamectin benzoate 4%, the auxiliary agent 9%, the antifreezing agent ethylene glycol 5%, the suspending agent xanthan gum 0.2% and the balance water, adding the defoaming agent 0.1% of the weight of the auxiliary agent, uniformly dispersing the materials, and pumping the preparation into a sand mill to grind, so that the preparation is pasty.

Claims (9)

1. The auxiliary agent suitable for the suspending agent containing the pesticide emamectin benzoate is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-50% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 1-30% of propylene glycol block polyether, 1-40% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-20% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 10-50% of water.
2. The auxiliary agent suitable for the suspending agent of the emamectin benzoate as the pesticide according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-40% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 5-30% of propylene glycol block polyether, 5-20% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-10% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 15-50% of water.
3. The auxiliary agent suitable for the suspending agent of the emamectin benzoate as the pesticide according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-35% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10-25% of propylene glycol block polyether, 5-15% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-19% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 28-50% of water.
4. The auxiliary agent suitable for the suspending agent of the emamectin benzoate as the pesticide according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30% of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10% of propylene glycol block polyether, 5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 50% of water.
5. The process for the preparation of the adjuvant for suspension concentrates containing pesticide emamectin benzoate as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
1) dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into water according to a proportion at normal temperature to obtain a solution A;
2) and (3) sequentially adding styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, propylene glycol block polyether and isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether into the solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-performance liquid crystal display panel.
6. The method for preparing the auxiliary agent suitable for the emamectin benzoate-containing suspending agent as claimed in claim 5, wherein the amount of the auxiliary agent in the emamectin benzoate-containing suspending agent is 5-9%.
7. The adjuvant for suspending agent containing emamectin benzoate as claimed in claim 6, wherein the adjuvant is used in the amount of 5-6% in the emamectin benzoate suspending agent.
8. Use of an adjuvant according to any one of claims 1 to 4 in the preparation of a suspension concentrate of emamectin benzoate.
9. Use according to claim 8, characterized in that the application of the adjuvant in the suspension product containing emamectin benzoate comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing emamectin benzoate, an auxiliary agent and water according to a ratio, adding a defoaming agent, and uniformly dispersing the materials to prepare a suspension premix; the temperature is controlled below 40 ℃, the obtained suspension premix is ground to form a product containing the emamectin benzoate suspending agent, the suspension particle size is less than or equal to 5 microns, and the suspension rate is more than or equal to 90%.
