Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热石墨膜,包含至少两层人工石墨膜;相邻的所述人工石墨膜之间通过石墨烯浆料层直接粘接在一起;本发明所述的散热石墨膜利用石墨烯浆料层将至少两层人工石墨膜依次粘合在一起,由于石墨烯浆料层的热阻更少,相临人工石墨膜之间的散热性也更好;本发明所述的散热石墨膜散热性能更佳。

Description

一种散热石墨膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热用石墨膜的改进,特指一种利用石墨烯浆料层将至少两层人工石墨膜依次粘合在一起,散热性能更佳的散热石墨膜。
背景技术
现有的通信设备中电子元器件在工作时会产生大量的热量,如果该热量不能及时散出,将影响电子元器件的性能及寿命,通常采用人工石墨膜来散热。本行业中,人工石墨膜,也叫合成石墨膜。
随着通信技术的发展,电子元器件的工况越来越复杂,随之工作时产生的热量也越来越多,原来用单层人工石墨膜能解决电子元器件的散热问题,后来需要2层以上的人工石墨膜才能解决散热问题。
现有的2层以上的人工石墨膜,通常采用人工石墨膜一层一层叠加的方式排布,相邻的人工石墨膜层之间采用双面胶或胶水粘牢。如附图1所示,由于胶水或双面胶与人工石墨膜的内部结构完全不同,胶水或双面胶的导热性能差,会相对地阻断热量在相邻的人工石墨膜之间的传导,从而影响散热功能。
目前通常情况下,石墨烯浆料是用来涂覆在人工石墨膜的表面,以增加人工石墨膜的散热功能。
为此我们研发了一种利用石墨烯浆料层将至少两层人工石墨膜依次粘合在一起,散热性能更佳的散热石墨膜。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种利用石墨烯浆料层将至少两层人工石墨膜依次粘合在一起,散热性能更佳的散热石墨膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种散热石墨膜,包含至少两层人工石墨膜;相邻的所述人工石墨膜之间通过石墨烯浆料层直接粘接在一起。
优选的,所述石墨烯浆料层由机械法制造的石墨烯浆料制成。
优选的,所述石墨烯浆料层由氧化法制造的石墨烯浆料制成。
优选的,所述人工石墨膜有3层。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的散热石墨膜利用石墨烯浆料层将至少两层人工石墨膜依次粘合在一起,由于石墨烯浆料层的热阻更少,相临人工石墨膜之间的散热性也更好;本发明所述的散热石墨膜散热性能更佳。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
附图2为本发明所述的散热石墨膜,包含至少两层人工石墨膜11;相邻的所述人工石墨膜11之间通过石墨烯浆料层12直接粘接在一起。
本实施例中,所述石墨烯浆料层由现有的机械法制造的石墨烯浆料制成。
当然所述石墨烯浆料层也可以由现有的氧化法制造的石墨烯浆料制成。
本实施例中,所述人工石墨膜11有3层。
本发明利用石墨烯浆料的粘接性能代替现有的双面胶;由于石墨烯浆料层的结构与人工石墨膜的更相近,石墨烯浆料层与相应的人工石墨膜之间的散热功能更好。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的散热石墨膜利用石墨烯浆料层将至少两层人工石墨膜依次粘合在一起,由于石墨烯浆料层的热阻更少,相临人工石墨膜之间的散热性也更好;本发明所述的散热石墨膜散热性能更佳。

1.一种散热石墨膜,包含至少两层人工石墨膜;其特征在于:相邻的所述人工石墨膜之间通过石墨烯浆料层直接粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热石墨膜,其特征在于:所述石墨烯浆料层由机械法制造的石墨烯浆料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热石墨膜,其特征在于:所述石墨烯浆料层由氧化法制造的石墨烯浆料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的散热石墨膜,其特征在于:所述人工石墨膜有3层。
