Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种通信方法,所述方法应用于随机接入过程中,包括:接收网络设备发送的指示信息,所述指示信息包括下列中的至少一种:多个载波中每个载波的接入概率信息、所述多个载波中至少一个载波的接入控制信息、所述多个载波中至少一个载波的过载指示信息,所述多个载波中至少一个载波的功率增强信息,以及所述多个载波中一个载波的接入指示信息;根据所述指示信息,从所述多个载波中确定一个载波作为目标载波进行随机接入。因此,用户设备通过接收网络侧发送的指示信息,并根据该指示信息确定进行随机接入的载波,能够从多个载波中确定目标载波进行随机接入,并能够有利于负载均衡。
