Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱动总成,特别是能够电子调节转差率的车辆制动设备的液压总成。
背景技术
例如从DE 10 2014 221 015 A1中已知这种驱动总成。特别地,这种已知的驱动总成是能够电子调节转差率的车辆制动设备的液压总成。然而,本发明不限于这种液压总成,而是其实能够适用于配备有马达或发电机(简称电机)并且其中借助于传感器设备来检测和/或评估工作轴的旋转位置的任何驱动总成。为此,已知的传感器设备具有信号发送器以及带有相关的评估电子装置的信号接收器。
在申请人已知的并且在图1中所示的驱动总成10中,信号发送器22借助于保持装置24布置在工作轴16的端侧端部中的一个处并且随着该工作轴16环绕运行。信号接收器26,包括电路板32、传感器IC 34和在电路板32上构造的评估电子装置38,与信号发送器22相对,紧固在壳体块12处。为此,使用被布置在信号接收器26的圆周处的常规的紧固装置。为了保护评估电子装置38、电路板32以及传感器IC 34免受外部损坏以及不希望的环境影响,它们被容纳在朝向信号发送器22敞开的电子装置壳体50内。压入轴孔14的盖部40将轴孔14向着该电子装置壳体50的内部封闭。所述盖部40杯形构造、在周侧包封信号发送器22,并且在信号接收器26锚定在壳体块12处之前在本身的工作程序中锚定到,优选压入到,轴孔14中。

本发明的优点
相对于此,根据本发明的驱动总成具有优势,信号接收器可直接被容纳在马达轴承孔中,并且通过该马达轴承孔而能够固定在壳体块处。信号接收器在壳体块处的这种固定确保了信号接收器相对于信号发送器或马达轴的特别精确的轴向和径向对准,并且避免了单独的紧固装置,这反过来又节省了在信号接收器的周围环境中的部件和安装空间。用于将轴孔向着信号接收器的电子装置壳体封闭待单独安装的盖部被省去并且由此产生的用于将该盖部锚固在壳体块处的装配步骤被节省,而不会牺牲其保护功能。
盖部根据本发明与电子装置壳体一体形成,这避免了分界缝并因此避免了在两个结构元件之间的可能产生的泄漏。信号接收器和由此被接触的评估电子装置由此被更好保护地容纳在电子装置壳体的向着周围环境闭合的安装空间中。此外,本发明实现了信号接收器在壳体块处的旋转位置定向的锚定,这降低了传感器设备的后续校准的成本。此外,根据本发明的信号接收器现在构造了本身封闭的结构单元,结构单元可以在该结构单元紧固在壳体块处之前被检查其功能优良性。

屏蔽套筒可以关于干扰信号、特别是电磁波的可能射入而屏蔽传感器设备,或者从信号接收器获得可能的破坏性的电压脉冲。

具体实施方式
图2中所示的驱动总成10包括壳体块12,壳体块具有被构造在该壳体块处的轴孔14。轴孔穿透壳体块12并且在壳体块12的相互对置的外侧处构造两个敞开的端部,其中在图中只有一个端部是可见的。在轴孔14中,工作轴16可旋转地容纳在轴承18中。该工作轴16是马达或发电机(简称电动工作机)的一部分,工作轴被设置成将所供应的电能转换成工作轴16的旋转运动或者将工作轴16的旋转运动转换成电能。假设在工作轴16上还防止转动地布置有不可见的转子,该转子在同样未示出的并且装配有磁体的定子中旋转。
为了电子操控驱动机,对工作轴16的旋转位置的了解是重要的。借助于传感器设备20确定该旋转位置,并且必要时转达给电子控制器。
传感器设备20为此包括信号发送器22,特别是磁体,磁体借助于合适的保持装置24紧固在旋转的工作轴16处并且随着该工作轴16环绕运行。在该实施例中,例如在工作轴16的中心构造了盲孔状的容纳孔,利用中心突出的固定销将承载磁体的保持装置24压入到容纳孔中。
此外,传感器设备20包括信号接收器26,信号接收器牢固地锚固到壳体块12处。该信号接收器26具有来自面向壳体块12的电路载体28的电子装置壳体50和连接到该电路载体28的接触块30。在电路载体28处布置有配备有传感器IC 34以及评估电子装置38的电路板32。接触块30具有导电的触头36,评估电子装置38通过触头与外部电子设备通信。
传感器IC 34与信号发送器22对准,并且检测随着工作轴16的回转而周期性地改变的信号发送器22的磁场。评估电子装置38可以从所记录的信号变化曲线确定工作轴16在空间中的转速或旋转位置。
在信号发送器22和信号接收器26之间是盖部40,盖部中断轴孔14与评估电子装置38的安装空间的连接。该盖部40与电子装置壳体50的电路载体28一体构造,并且形成向外敞开的空隙42的封闭端,空隙被构造在电路载体28的面向壳体块12的侧部处。台肩44(例如被构造为闭合的环形台肩)在空隙42的轴向延长部中在壳体块12的方向上与电路载体28垂直设立。通过将该台肩44的外径在尺寸上协调到轴孔14的内径,该台肩44形成用于在壳体块12处的信号接收器26的定心装置52。在台肩44和围绕轴孔14的壁之间,可以构造传力配合的形状配合的连接,通过该连接以信号发送器22为中心能够将信号接收器26紧固在壳体块12处。台肩44至少部分地被电路载体28的径向延伸的凸缘段46围绕。利用该凸缘段46使得电子装置壳体50的电路载体28至少部分地位于壳体块12处。
在信号接收器26的经装配状态下,电路载体28的台肩44在周侧以径向距离包封被紧固在工作轴16处的信号发送器22。通过这种构造方案,评估电子装置38、电路板32和传感器IC 34在空间上与轴孔14分开布置,因此可能通过该轴孔14进入的杂质不会到达评估电子装置38或传感器IC 34并且不会干扰它们的功能。
如上所述,接触块30连接到电路载体28处的评估电子装置38。该接触块30在其远离电路载体28的端部处配备有导电触头36,通过该导电触头可以将传感器设备20的由评估电子装置38评估的信号例如转发到外部电子控制器。接触块30例如具有长方体形的横截面。由导电和非导磁材料制成(例如由不锈钢制成)的屏蔽套筒48沿其圆周包封接触块30。通过该屏蔽套筒48可以从传感器设备20导出出现的电压峰值并且防止来自外部的电磁辐射。
当然,在不脱离本发明的精神的情况下,可以想到所描述的实施例的改变或有利的改型方案。

Claims (6)

1.一种驱动总成,特别是能够电子调节转差率的车辆制动设备的液压总成,
所述驱动总成具有壳体块(12),在所述壳体块处布置有电机,所述电机具有能够转动支承在所述壳体块(12)的轴孔(14)中的工作轴(16),
所述驱动总成具有传感器设备(20),所述传感器设备为了检测所述工作轴(16)的旋转位置而包括信号发送器(22)和信号接收器(26),所述信号接收器具有布置在电子装置壳体(50)处的评估电子装置(38),并且
其中,在所述信号发送器(22)和所述信号接收器(26)之间布置有封闭所述轴孔(14)的盖部(40),其特征在于,
所述盖部(40)和所述信号接收器(26)的电子装置壳体(50)一体构造,并且在所述电子装置壳体(50)处构造有用于在所述壳体块(12)处的所述信号接收器(26)的定心装置(52)。

所述定心装置(52)具有部分地伸入到所述轴孔(14)中并且靠置在包围所述轴孔(14)的壁处的台肩(44)。

所述台肩(44)是环形台肩,所述环形台肩包封空隙(42),所述空隙在所述空隙的端部处被所述盖部(40)封闭。
